Jet Ski Eco Tour Through Key Largo

Akeem was our tour guide. Fantastic!!! Showed us all the cool areas of the mangroves and plenty of time on open water to go fast.

My boyfriend and I booked a jet ski rental same day and it was an easy process, mostly because the staff was welcoming and attentive. Drew was the first person to greet us and tell us about the eco-tour. We were excited and thankful for the recommendation and booked it. Drew was helpful, informative, and overall a fun guide. He took us through the most beautiful trails, in to open space to go fast, and we even got to see a manatee! He also recommended the Key Largo Fisherie for lunch and it was phenomenal. Especially all of the nurse sharks and tarpon we got to see swimming around. Drew was the perfect guide to our Key Largo adventure.

The Jetski Eco Tour was so much fun! We got to go through the mangroves and it was absolutely beautiful! They also took pictures of me and my husband for us so we didn’t have to bring our phones in the ocean. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is definitely worth the price! The staff are super friendly and helpful and made it so fast and easy for us to get our temporary Florida Boaters Safety License! I have never ridden a Jetski before, and they explained it well and made sure I knew how to operate it safely and correctly!

Captain Joe was an awesome tour guide and so knowledgeable about the local wildlife. We saw a ton of Manatees which was really cool and learned about the different mangroves. He was great with kids too!! A very family friendly experience

We had a fantastic time. Things you should know it’s a 60 min, and if you are born after 1988 (i think) you have to take a boater safety test. My son was a slow reader it would have been nice to know ahead of time. We did it here and it worked out. Everyone was wonderful.

I had a ball on the trip -- a mix of both Tour , where I would not have gone if just rented -- and LET IT RIP. Compliments to Owen for taking pictures n video - then airdropping to my phone back at the dock. Trip was BETT ER than expected !!!

We had an amazing eco jet ski tour in Key Largo. Our guide was knowledgeable, safety-focused, and shared interesting information about the local environment while keeping the experience fun. The scenery was beautiful and the tour felt respectful to nature. Highly recommend.

We went on the 1.5 hour jet ski tour! It was amazing! We had to take a break for a rain shower to pass but that didn't stop our tour. We were able to finish the tour and were able to ski in the ocean and tour the mangroves. Very fun for all!

They are a ripoff. They will charge you for damage on their jet skis that is already there. Also very rude people. They are private contractors from Marriott and Marriott should get rid of them for a better group. If you use them take pictures of your jet ski before you use it.

I booked a 90 minute tour with Dylan and took along two 17 year olds. We loved every minute. Dylan was beyond knowledgeable about the jet skis. He was a super quick and efficient instructor which made the tour that much easier. The time absolutely flew by and I would definitely do another one. Dylan was a 6th generation Key Largo resident and was able to answer any question you could think of. The tour was a perfect mix of sight seeing and adventure. I highly recommend them. From the minute I called and talked to Michael about the tour, Pirates Cove Watersports was attentive and professional. I hadn’t been on a jet ski in many years and it was an absolute blast. And the teenagers loved it too so it was a win win!

Dylan was an excellent eco tour guide. Great instructor as I was a first timer on the jet ski. He was very knowledgable about the area and made the tour fun. We even saw some manatee! My family had a great time!

Our tour with Dylan was great, he was a super awesome and knowledgeable guy. As first time jet skiers, he made us feel confident and safe, and by the end of the day we were pros! Can’t recommend the experience enough, would absolutely take this tour again!

My family and I had an absolutely great time. Kids loved the tour! Pirates Cove its the place to go for water sports while in Key Largo. Look out for Steven he’s AWESOME!

We took a morning tour back in February. The weather was perfect. Our guide, Andy was knowledgeable about the mangroves. He was also a lot of fun and recommended places to eat in the area. We would do this again!

Did a 90 minute tour this morning with Dylan as our guide. My 11 year old grandson quickly stated at the end,"we need to buy 2 jet skis before I turn 14 so I can drive." Dylan the guide did a fantastic job leading through mangroves and speeding across the bay. Highly recommend this trip.

We booked two hour Jet Ski tour with Pirate Cove and our tour guide Andy was amazing!!! He took us through Mangrove forest and it was so beautiful!! THANK YOU ANDY!!! Definitely recommend Pirate Cove tours!

Steven and Ben were great guides! They made our trip safe and enjoyable for the whole family! We got some adventure in the open ocean (enough for me even if my boys wanted more) and some nice calm water riding through the canals. I would definitely look this company up for other activities when visiting again.

Fun 90 minute ride with Andy as our guide! He is very knowledgeable about the area. The guided tour tools is to areas we wouldn’t have known about.

It’s great to see a guy like Dylan that loves his job and shows it. On Jan 14 - Seven of us 65ish northerners took out 5 wave runners with him and Andy as guides. 3 in the group had never been on one before. They had the newbies keeping up after about 20 mins. Nice blend of slow cruising through mangroves and scenic canals and an adequate chance to open it up on our own in a large calm back bay. The company was very patient with those who forgot to bring their driver license and didn’t penalize us for the delay in getting on the water. In fact, the guides were generous with the time, ultimately giving us extra time at the end since they had no immediate booking behind us. I’ve done several of these types of wave runner tours around MX and the carribean and this ranks high among them. Equipment was well maintained and clean. Highly recommended.

Our guide Drew provided a really enjoyable experience for me and my family (wife, two sons and a daughter). The tour took us through open water in the bay and ocean, as well as through channels within the mangroves. Drew was knowledgeable and friendly and was good at reading the group in terms of where we wanted to spend our time. The jet skis were easy to operate. Very professional operation. We would definitely do it again.
