Amazing place. Went for lunch and shops the food was great. Outstanding experience.
Simply Marvelous place to dine in-between your gambling sets Lol! Conveniently situated right in the middle of the HR casino-doesn't get any better! GetSome!!
Staff was confused regarding the voucher which needs to be printed in advance. Very limited menu. Otherwise it was fine for the price.
The staff were phenomenal. Kind and attentive. Food was fantastic. Great entertainment. My daughter and I were treated like royalty.
The food was delicious, our waitress was amazing! There is an awesome cover band playing and we want $200 at the slots.
I went to have dinner after the Jonas Brothers concert on August 2nd. It was terrible from beginning to end. First the hostess, an africanamerican girl, she didn’t even say hi to my boyfriend and I and started walking towards a table, when we reached her I explained to her that I preferred a least noisy place, not in front of the scenario, because that night there was a heavy metal band playing, without saying a word se handed me 2 menus and left, so we had to choose a table ourselves, which wasn’t an easy task because ALL of them were full of dirty plates. Once we found one the server took our order and didn’t came back, we were missing utensils and napkins when the food arrived, my boyfriend had to go look for them, after all the staff ignored him he finally got them and we could eat When we were enjoying our plates after all, the server started sweeping his feet under our table and gave us the check, we finished as soon as we could and left. For such a well known place like this is sad the way we were treated, not worth the time and money at all.
Server was very rushed.. so service was not great . My flatbread pizza was so burned I could not eat it. No manager came over to speak with us. Mostly fried food and bar food. I would not recommend.
So when I get to the Cafe, staff were not knowledgeable about the promotion. The menu listed here are not available at the restaurant. But after showing my phone to the manager he granted my entree option but informed me that they no longer have those special menu listed. Aside from the embarrassing moment. Staff were patient and kind. I'd suggest eating there minus this voucher
We stopped in during the day for a beer only to get away from the crowds of people and it was a great place for a quick beer, no hassle, quick service and friendly staff
It was a lovely time out with my family. Food and service was superb! There was something for everyone.
I love this place, best casino in Florida, has the beautiful guitar hotel that have a light show all the time, has bars, clubs, restaurants, shoppings everything you need you found here!! Love the roof top bar and Daer club also the pool party’s are great!!
It is nice that you can be seated for dinner without a reservation or very long wait. It is busy, with many families, children, large groups. Service is very good. Food is good. We had appetizer of pepperoni flatbread to share which was very good. Also had combo fajitas with chicken and beef. I have no complaints about service or food. Would likely go back if at Seminole Hard Rock.
Food was overpriced and just average taste I wouldn't recommend Finding parking was a nightmare had to use valet . Will not go back there to eat
We went there to have a dinner at 10:00PM. We decided to take burgers which were pretty good. We asked medium-well done meat and that was very good. There was really good live music band, only unfortunate thing was that the music was little bit too loud to have conversation at the same time.
Typical American food - what you’d expect. Food was good but definitely pricey like other Hard Rocks I’ve been to. It was busy but we were seated quickly. Service was a little slow.
Have been to Hard Rock Cafe on a few occasions, This one was exceptional because of Juliette our Server. Anticipated our needs her recommendations was exactly what was right for us. And she didn't have to rush away to get on her phone in the back of house. Thank You Juliette
We had the best waitress both days we had lunch. Jenny was her name. The best experience. She could remember what we had on the first day. So pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious.
Good food, Good People place & the Staff is very attentive! Plates are plentiful and delicious. Will definitely come back for more! GetSome!!
The resort was beautiful and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Pools were amazing and the decor throughout was outstanding. Casino was large clean and not really very smoky at all. Good ventilation. Food was good as well. Saw a great concert (train) while there fantastic venue Going back soon
Dog friendly Great dog area clean rooms the bed and pillows are comfy and seevice was fast and friendly
Upon arrival, the restaurant didn't have any menus for us. We had to wait for 30 minutes and the Manager had to go print off black and white menus that ended up being cut off and didn't show entire menu. Then when checking out, the waitress had no idea how to use the voucher we had to pay for the food.
Total waste of money! This Viator ticket fir the Hard Rock Cafe does not get you to the front of the line, and does not get you preferred seating. It gets you absolutely nothing other than mediocre fixed price menu choices. We arrived at the hostess station and presented our Viator tickets. The hostess told us to wait in mine like everyone else, and put our name on the list for seating like everyone else. I spoke to a second hostess at the main podium, and she told us the same thing. Save your money and skip the Viator ticket. In my opinion this was a complete disappointment and provided zero advantages. We lost our time and our money, and ended up having to go eat in the food court. Avoid.
Had an awesome time at work he Had d Rock Cafe with my husband. Food was great and the atmosphere was exciting.
The music was too loud. The food and drink prices were ridiculous. Your prices are equal if not more expensive than Las Vegas. And this is not LV! I asked the waitress for Splenda and a straw for my ice tea. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, grabbed the hostess and asked her. She brought it immediately. So then we ordered boneless wings, Buffalo style, for appetizer. They were so hot that they burned the back of our throats. Also ordered pulled pork sandwiches, she brought us one dinner. I asked where mine was and she said, "oh, I thought you only wanted one". What?? Why would we order only one sandwich platter for the two of us. So I told her to forget it and I ate some of my husbands sandwich. At this point, with the loud music and the poor service, I really didn't want to eat. The pork sandwich was too saucy for us and difficult to eat. Won't go back.
Overall, the place was very well kept. Everything was clean and in good condition. The staff was accommodating to say the least. Whatever I needed there was someone to help me find it. The Hardrock Sports Bar had many TV's all with an event on the screen. It wasn't hard to find a sport I was interested in. The biggest let down for me was the lack of "Hardrock" music being played while in the hard rock venues. I expected too much from a place with the word "Hardrock" in the tittle to have some hard rock music playing in the background. The music was more like Pop Music (Bubblegum). They need to consider renaming the place to Billboards top 100 club. There is nothing wrong with pop music, just maybe not the right place. Other than that, it was a great stay. BTW the pools were fantastic.
The people down there where freaking great and took great care of me I plan on going back again this year on vacation
The food was good however the server not so much, food and drinks took a long time and I was disappointed we never got dessert just gave up and left didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for that and he didn’t even offer a happy bday comment. The burgers were yummy though
It was an interesting experience. By showing our ticket, we avoided a rather long line of people waiting to eat. It was a pre fixe type voucher, and we found that we had many good choices. We both enjoyed the salad and our entrees, and it included dessert of an large apple cobbler with ice cream and a drink all for the price of $105 for 2 including taxes and tip. The one thing that seemed a little strange was that the staff were not real familiar with the offer, and not sure how it worked exactly. Must not be used all that often but I thought it was a great deal!
like the Hard Rock cafe and band . Rooms were lovely. Love the view, bathroom lovely. the Hotel itself is great. Cleanliness was great.
Stayed at the guitar for my wife’s birthday. I have celiac and we ate at the Hard Rock Cafe. I ordered the wings and the big cheeseburger and food was delicious. Usually the gluten free buns are basic and subpar. This was very tasty and the burger was juicy. As far as the wings this is the first time I’ve ate wings that I didn’t cook at home cause of gluten exposure. Absolutely delicious. Staff was great and surprised my wife with a birthday Sunday. There was 6 of us and everyone’s food was spot on. Hard rock did good and love coming here just usually order a salad at the food court to play it safe.
Unfortunately our visit at Hard Rock Cafe Restaurant has been a deep delusion. We found dirty table, poor attention to the Covid basic precautions (in the kitchen almost all the attendants without masks), low profile food. The only pleasant surprise: very good live music! Recommended only for really big lovers of Hard Rock Cafe’s myth.
Service bad. Many services are handled by call centers out of the country. Press front desk button on your phone and get a call center somewhere in Asia. From the same phone, ask the operator for the front desk and get another call center. The person at the call center informed me if we were granted permission for a one hour late check out there would be fees. After checking on this for me the answer was NO late check out. The hotel obviously was not booked because there were sanitation stickers on may rooms on our floor. They could have easily given us an hour extra. No room cleaning unless you stay four nights. We stayed 3 nights. So at $600 per night they cannot clean the room for three nights. We had to empty the trash cans and ask for coffee and towels. The prices are outrageous. At the pool two hot dogs and three cocktails including tip was $92. I will say the $350 meal for two that we had at Council Oak was top quality. In person service at the hotel was very good. Too bad they feel the need to save a few dollars to get good help on the phone.
Jessi the bartender with pink hair was awesome! My partner & I are both vegan and she was very knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu. Her drinks were great, jager was ice cold, prices were great for a casino, and she really made our night even better! Thank you Hard Rock for having some really great staff!
order the coconut shrimp, friend order the burger which come with fries. food was hot and food came fast. also order the mai tai and passion fruit drink.
The burger consisted of 2 buns, the meat patty, melted Swiss cheese and shrimps.the burger was quite tasty and excellent to my taste considering the fact that the meat came cooked the way i requested it: medium. During the entire time that i was having lunch, I was never asked how was everything and if I needed anything else like a refill on my wine or a glass of water.Only when i was ready to pay did the waitress asked:"how was everything?". I'm thankful that the food and the wine made up for the service i received and that is the reason why I'm rating this experience only average.
Went here for dinner, order appetizer the spicy shrimp, food was hot and tasty. Order the burger which come with fries, food was good and meal was hot. Also the hurricane drink and passion fruit mai tai.
We loved the food at HRC but felt that this package was overpriced and very limited. No steaks were included.
They offered a 3-course dinner for $48 that was delicious and a good value. For the starter, I chose the bruschetta, filet mignon for the entree and the chocolate martini for dessert. Excellent!
The food here is pretty good but it is pricey as all Hard Rock Cafe's are. The service was a little slow, but being in the middle of the "pandemic" and the casino I am sure added to that issue.
When you stay at a hotel, you don't necessarily think the food will be all that great, especially at a chain restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised when eating at the Hardrock Cafe. The ribs were stellar, fall off the bone tender and really flavorful. Their burger was cooked to perfection at medium and was also full of flavor! Can't go wrong with fresh cut fries either. The Mac and cheese was also good and had a bit of heat to it. Best of all was our server, Allison. She was friendly, attentive and on point. She elevated our experience just by being so positive and bubbly. We can't wait to go back!
This was the first time we had visited in 4 years and we liked the new restaurant. It was more open and the music was not too loud and you could have a conversation with your other companions. We were served promptly and the server was very friendly and efficient. I had a burger which was cooked exactly how I wanted it. My husband had ribs which he said were very good. The server refilled our soda very promptly without asking. The restaurant appeared clean. We had a wander round the revamped hotel and was very impressed with the changes.
There could not have been a better setting. The energy was right and people were lined up to get in. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was out in a timely manner and everything went smoothly, even participating in a sponstaneous happy birthday song to a newly 90 year old patron, that was fun. The reataurant is in the middle of it all. The hotel grounds offer lots to see and do. We plan on returning, and definitely stay the night at this one of a kind hotel. Find the reception area and see the cool waterfall show, surely a sight to see. This was definitely was the place to be. Enjoy !
Great for lunch! Service is always very good and I really like the appetizer menu. Try the flatbreads....delicious!
Wonderful place, only that people needs to pay more attention where they car is being parking, the name, number and parking (Casino or Luck parking). where the elevators are; if you do not do that, you will have a long, and confuse walking around, and around, and around.
The food was delicious. However, the entire experience seemed discombobulated from the moment of our arrival. The host(ess) desk is not designated by a sign so we wandered to an area that looked like the entrance only to wait in a line for several minutes without a representative to greet us. The hostess finally returned and we discovered we had been waiting in the carry-out line. We were directed to another entrance where waiting patrons also seemed confused. We presented the receipt for our dining package and was promptly told the wait would be an hour and a half. When we told them the package included priority seating the hostess asked us to wait while she went to check with someone. She returned and repeated that it did not include priority seating so we pointed it out on the list of inclusions on the receipt. She again asked us to wait while she checked with someone, then returned and said that we could be seated right away. We were directed to a second hostess desk further back where we were asked to wait. There were a couple of brief discussions between several of the staff regarding where to seat us and how to handle us having the dining package. We were finally seated by another hostess who was very polite. She left us at our table with a regular menu and two small slips of paper that had what we could order simply listed without any pictures or descriptions. As we were settling in, yet another lady came by and took the full menu my husband was viewing from his hands and went to take mine saying "oh you won't need these," which I thought was rude and presumptuous. When we asked if we could keep them to look them over she gave them back. Our waitress had to ask someone a couple of times if what we ordered was included. My husband noticed during our meal that the waitress went to a table with the bill and found the patrons had already left, saying she looked confused, so we weren't sure how to "close the experience." Overall, the restaurant was very busy and the staff seemed generally overwhelmed.
Awesome light show, great food. Need a place to go for a while this IS the place. Lots to see and do for a day. Make sure you stay for the light show.
Great places, great atmosphere, the room on the guitar tower are awesome and the guitar ligth show is outstanding. The casino area is huge and the resturants choices are greate and the best quality for the prices.
Definitely Worth the wait to get in and enjoy the Huge amount of Music Entertainment Paraphernalia that Abounds! Food is Plentiful and the staff is Super Attentive! GetSome!!
My next visit to HRC - this time in Hollywood, FL - connected to take a view of the new hotel. Actually I’m a big fan of HRC - but the food here was terrible. I did not know that you can do so much wrong with a Big Cheesburger, but it also does not seem to interest anyone so much. Too bad.
