Half Day Keewaydin Shelling And Beach Adventure (Private)

Dreamboat trip! Super deluxe boat. We felt like the rich folk. Cruised through Naples Wonderful shelling. Captain Joey is fun. Enjoyed great weather and a fantastic time. Sigh. Wish we could do it every weekend.

We had an excellent shelling tour with Paul S and Cristina. They were both incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and the area, and we felt like we had the opportunity to learn a lot while having a great time out on the water. The shelling was incredible and we only wish we could have gone back for a second day!

Capt Kerrick was awesome. Told some great stories and shared different information on the shelling.

We had the best day and best tour! The dolphins performed for us thanks to Capitan Paul S!!! He is the dolphin whisperer! We were taken to 2 islands to shell and found tons!!! Capital Paul was so helpful pointing out shells we didn't even see and was super knowledgeable of the shells and their names. We had a great day and a ton of laughs thanks to our Captian! We had such a great day! Our captain was the best! He walked with us & explained shells to us & found some great shells that he gave to all of us. We had fun on the boat by stirring up the dolphins to play in the wake of our boat. The dolphins were everywhere! It is a tour that you don't want to miss!

Had a great time finding shells and watching the dolphins. Paul S. Was outstanding. Found the dolphins and had them surfing behind the boat. He was very knowledgeable on the area and the wildlife.

We had 6 adults and 4 kids from 10 years old to 6 months, The boat was perfect!!, having a real bathroom is also a major plus. Comfortable, safe, shady with the Tiki roof, and equipped with 2 powerful outboard engines. Captain Paul and Captain Evan were our guides. They were great, the cruise around Port royal was fun, and the shelling for the kids was so much fun!! Captain Paul show samples of various shells explaining their names and info about each. That was key as the kids were finding shells everywhere on the beach. There were 2 coolers full of ice for our lunch and drinks to go. 3 hours was perfect for the kids and the weather was great also. It was the absolute perfect family boating and shelling experience.

Captain Jamie was the BEST! She found dolphins for us that swam right next to the boat! Storm clouds loomed, but she kept us in front of them so our trip was not canceled! And sooooooo many shells! Captain Jamie even slipped me a few super special shells that I missed….did I mention that Captain Jamie is AMAZING?

Captain Paul at Sand Dollar Shelling was awesome so helpful and fun with the kids, so knowledgeable as well! We learned so much and had a great time! Jocelyn loved looking at all her different shells while sitting in the hot tub since it was kind of chilly once the rain started on the way back! But we got lucky and got to shell for quite a while! It was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was ready at our arrival. The captain was informative, stopped to let us enjoy the dolphins that were swimming around us. The beach we went was beautiful and we had it for ourselves. We did some shelling and enjoyed the sunset. What a great way to spend the day in Naples. Thank you! Can’t wait to do it again.

If you love Schells this is a must do. Our guide Joey was super great. We saw dolphins, stingray, and other wild life. I was able to get 8 different species of Schells. Amazing .

We did a private 3 hour shelling tour with Captain Jamie- and had an amazing time! We brought 4 kids ages 2mo-6y and they all had a great experience. We all loved watching dolphins jumping the wake of the boat, seeing osprey nests, learning a ton about the birds and marine life of the area, and finding sand dollars and gorgeous shells on the beach! It was an unforgettable experience!!

This was our second time going with San Dollar Shelling. They are by far the best Ten Thousand Island excursion because they offer private packages at reasonable rates and their Captains are the best with local knowledge and making the shelling excursions memorable including nature and Dolphin viewing. This time around Captain Joey was our master for our family group of five and he made sure we got the most out of the three hour private tour. Captain Joey made sure we went to the shelling hot spots. Watching the dolphins ride the boat wake is always the highlight. Don’t be one lost in a crowd, Sand Dollar Shelling out of Goodland, FL is the only way to go on a private excursion.

We had a blast! Got to see dolphins, several kinds of birds and find TONS of cool shells. We did a private tour with Captain Paul S and he was absolutely AMAZING! He's very knowledgeable, fun and helped us find so many unique shells! He was fun to hang out with and we were sad when our tour was over. I'd definitely do this for again and Captain Paul S is 100% who I would request!

Megan our tour guide was fabulous! She shared all pf her knowledge about the local environment and wildlife on our way to Kewaydin Island. We saw dolphins, osprey, bald eagles, racoons, Anhinga and cormorans. Once we got to Kewaydin, Megan picked a good path for us to head to the beach and pick shells. She found a few for us as well as teaching our group what the different shells were. Would highly recommend and do again!

We went on a private shelling tour with Capt. Paul S and Veronica last night and it was spectacular !! Capt Paul even got the dolphins to play in the wake of the boat for us !! Great shelling and ending the tour watching the sunset in the gulf. Highly recommend !! If you are going early or near dusk, bring bug spray... the no-seeums on the shelling islands were brutal !!

Such a cool experience! Found really pretty shells!! Loved our captains! Amazing humor! Saw and learned about dolphins! Amazing!

We came to see some dolphins, go shelling and watch a sunset. Dolphins, as soon as we left the marina, there were dolphins all around us. We boated all around the mangroves and our captain Peter S. explained everything about the mangroves. There was an osprey nest on a boat sign and he explained all about the osprey. He brought us to an island where we started shelling he gave us bags to collect shell, they were filled up fast. Peter was with us collecting shells also he would explain each one he would find he was like one of the family talking, joking and enjoying every minute of his time with us. We decided to go to another island and on the way we spotted a dolphin, he turned the boat around to see if the dolphin would play with us. He came up and jumped in the boat wake. Really close. We then proceeded to the second island where we filled up the bags even more. It was getting late and it was cloudy and we thought we would miss the sunset but it cleared enough for the perfect sunset. We then took off to get back to the Marina fast before it got dark . It was the perfect day. We could not thank Peter enough and he said he had just as much fun with us. Would I recommend this tour to anyone, in a heartbeat. It was a perfect day. Shell Island beach tour is one of the best selling adventures you can take. I have been a repeat customer at least once or twice a year, and it never disappoints.. Paul is a great guide and always delivers what he would expect on a tour. We had a beautiful sunny day and I replenished my shell collection!

We had a great time. Our guide, Jamie, took us to a very secluded beach which we had all to ourselves. We were the only two on the tour that can take up to six. The shelling was fun. Our guide, Jamie, was outstanding. On the boat we saw a good number of dolphins. She was extremely knowledgeable about dolphins, the environment and all the shells. She was delightfully friendly and made the trip extra fun. We would highly recommend this trip as it was an extremely fun adventure. (Even though we failed to find that famous Junonia!)

Captain Paul and captain Jenny were excellent, informative and very entertaining. They work well as a team. Both were very knowledgeable about the wild dolphins we encountered while heading to the island to go shelling. They were vey kind to my niece and sister-in-law who live in the Netherlands. I would highly recommend this trip. Captain Paul definitely made a special effort to make everyone on the boat feel comfortable and made a point to talk personally to all of us on board the boat. Jenny drove the boat and kept a close eye on the water spying several dolphins and was able to actually get several dolphins come close to the boat to entertain us. If you are looking to have a once in a lifetime experience and be entertained the same time, this is the trip for you. I promise you will love it!

This was a great tour to end our family vacation with! Our guide, Captain Paul, was great with the kids and taught us a lot about the area and ecosystem that we visited. I highly recommend this as a family activity!

Capt. Jamie is great. A perfect day in the 14,000 islands. The dolphin were jumping and the shells abundant. Jamie was low key, super friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Captain Paul S was such an enjoyable person. He was very experienced and had a vast knowledge, learned from experience. Great boat trip to even better secluded beaches. We wished we would have tried Sand Dollar Shelling first before any other tours, but definitely our go to , from now on. Kice island and Dickmans island were both great places ,they made the last day of our two weeks, the best day !
