We enjoyed the professionalism, expertise, and organization of the crew on this tour. Absolutely wonderful and highly recommended.

History buffs, this one is for you! The Harry S. Truman Little White House serves as Florida’s only presidential site and holds a whole lot of history within its walls. Originally constructed in 1890 as naval officer housing, the house became famous during Truman’s presidency when he used it as his winter White House. Here, he faced the rebuilding of Europe, the Palestine question, issues of Civil Rights, and the American response to the Cold War. It has since been transformed into a living diary of the president’s past, complete with artifacts and exhibits that paint a vivid picture of America’s history.

As part of the pass, we took advantage of a visit to the alligator farm in Everglass and a motorboat ride on the waters of Miami and Biscayne Bay. Buying attractions through the pass worked out cheaper, so it's a good option for those looking to save money. There was a small issue with the order processing, but Viator's staff resolved it efficiently, so I can recommend them as a travel agent.
Having the pass made it easy and stress free to experience all of the exciting attractions around Miami. I would definitely purchase again.
Absolutely love GoCity passes! It is very easy to access and truly easily accessible and easy to navigate. It saves you a lot of time in lines and money!
We chose to do the salsa class at Mangos… Salsa Mia… the teacher, Carlos was amazing.. He is an engaging young man whose passion for his art comes through. He makes learning the steps fun and entertaining. Definite recommendation. Big Bus Tours was wonderful as well.
On their site they show much higher price than what is actually offered at the attraction site. Based on this Fales info you think you are getting a deal. But just a scam. You can check the attraction site for their current offering price that is almost 50% less than the go city listed price. So do yourself a favor just but the attraction by calling them or visit. You will save money.
The tours themselves are fantastic, however the information provided to Viator and provided on the go city app really needs to be updated. We ALMOST missed our night tour because of lack of clear instructions and information. The instructions on where to go to meet for several of the tours on this pass are not very clear and fail to tell you that if the actual tour itself is sold out from the provider they work with, you are out of luck for that date/time. I would have been much happier if this information had been clearer and had we not had to ask several people at Bayside market on where to find two different providers of these tours we wanted to do (due to lack of clear instructions) Again, the tours once we were on them were fantastic. This is more based on the lack of information and the fact we ALMOST were unable to do one of the bus tours because we booked through Gocity and not the vendor direct. This was not my first time using any kind of a pass like this but this was definitely lacking information it should have.
Definitely worth it if you are planning on spending time in Miami and want to do a bunch of activities. It does require some planning, so make sure you figure out your time and what you actually want to do. Not all the attractions are actually in Miami, but range from Orlando down to Key West, which is, in my opinion, is a bit dishonest, so plan accordingly. We purchased the 4 attraction pass, but due to inclement weather, couldn't do all we planned, and thus went for secondary alternatives. Still worth it.
I purchased a Go City five attraction sightseeing pass through Viator and am unlikely to consider using either company again. Firstly, I had to chase Viator for the relevant details so I could upload my pass to the Go City app. Secondly, the pass automatically scanned three other attractions when redeeming one tour, despite not going to them or having the pass physically scanned by them. This meant that when I later tried to use it to gain entry to an attraction that was included in my pass, it was showing as expired and would not work. As a result, I had to pay to enter an attraction that should have been free on my pass. A long hold on an international call to Go City advised that it had been used five times, but it had not and they advised me to call back later! Using the chat function I managed to eventually get someone to understand my issue, and after a couple of hours, I had a call back to explain that the other attractions are automatically scanned when the tour is activated. Really?! I explained that I had not been to them and they credited three passes back to me. By now it was too late, as I had already paid to enter an attraction, and so was out of pocket due to the error with the pass. There is no functionality on the GC app to see what attractions have been visited, or how many are remaining, which would be useful. Finally, on returning home and contacting Go City to request reimbursement for the entry fee, I was told to contact Viator as I purchased the pass through them. On speaking to Viator, it took several attempts to explain my issue, and their final word was it’s not their problem, and I had to contact GetYourGuide as I purchased the pass from them and they will know how much I paid!! I replied that I had never had any dealings with GetYourGuide, reiterated my Viator order numbers and emailed a copy of my entry fee receipt, and they have not responded. In summary, very poor customer service and a lack of interest in trying to resolve my issues, resulting in me being out of pocket. This is a shame, as in principle, the passes are a good idea and in theory, should save you money. In the unlikely event that someone from either company is prepared to look at my case again, I would be happy to provide further details.
We selected the Miami Seaquarium, Hop-on Hop-off bus and Duck Tour in two days and enjoyed our visits a lot.
Both the Conch Tour and the Truman White House were great experiences! They were both very informative and a lot of fun. The only thing between the two was that the Conch Tour had trouble at first scanning the Explorer Pass, while the Truman White House was more straightforward.
Go card had excellent variety of activities, affordable price and easy to use. Will definitely purchase again!
Bad experience , told me i get to parasail but come to find out i couldn’t because it wasn’t on the list and couldn’t get my money back
very easy to use. It's very convenient for us as we stayed at Miami beach. It's walking distance to Hop on hop off and big bus tour, also the duck tour. You need a car to go to elevator farm.
We used this ticket to access 3 attractions. We had no issues with it. It was well accepted and is affordable
<p>Good deal- only thing was a couple of items listed on he website were not offered in Miami or at least I couldn't find where it was offered Safari bike rental and Mini golf. Also, it was a hassel to find the tickets for the Hop on Hop off bus. Each ticket stand sent us to at least 2 more stands as they stated the pass was not theirs but the next ticket counter could help us. However, we enjoyed the pass and got to where we needed to go- the extra walking was good exercise:</p>
<p>Excellent trip. The pass was very convenient and we had no issues using them.</p>
<p>Was a wonderful but sad trip good-bye to my dear best friend... He pasted away 4 days after we arrived home to Colorado.... Miami FL USA was his last stop</p>
<p>Both my husband and I had a blast, and also saved money by doing this Explorer Pass! We went on the Miami Jet boat, and then in the Keys we did the kayaking and later did the snorkeling trip. Staff we all welcoming and helpful!</p>
<p>Awesome package deal! By purchasing this pass the buyer ends up with a very nice discount compared to buying tickets individually. If you make the purchase be sure to print the guide and read the fine print as one of our items had only one time slot available for the explorer pass holders and we didn't notice that prior to.</p>
Fantastic activities at very interesting prices. Pass highly recommended. We were able to use it in Miami and Key West.
Everything perfect from booking to using passes.... Very convenient overall price compared to the costs of individual activities
I paid the 3 activities more with the pass than if I had gone live! For activities on which we are supposedly saving money, we must book in advance by calling American numbers charged by French operators. If you are not comfortable in English or do not anticipate your reservations, GO CITY does not save you money, quite the contrary!!!
The Explorer pass is recommended if you know which excursions you would like to do. Stubborn as I am, I also checked what the member excursions cost, but the Go City turned out to be much cheaper. It is worthwhile to purchase the pass directly from Go City when the euro is more favorable compared to the dollar. Using the pass was very easy. To be sure, I had made print screens of the QR codes in advance.
The price of $53 USD per person for 2 activities is unbeatable but we can expect to have difficulty enforcing it. You must first purchase the desired package and then scan or book in advance (depending on) the bar code received by email once there. First we took the Miami tour (two-decker bus) and then we wanted to cruise the millionaires. When we arrived for the cruise, they did not recognize our barcode and told us that we had to contact Go City. We didn't have a phone and the company didn't want to call for us. We managed to borrow a good Samaritan woman's phone and after missing our departure time and waiting more than half an hour on the line, the agent informed us that we had already used both our activities. However, we managed to take the cruise. We understood where the error came from when we took the bus back and were told the pass was for the evening tour. Once again, we had to persist in order to be able to board. The morning driver had scanned our two activities for the day and evening tour without however giving us the ticket for the day and without us asking him the evening ticket. In short, a big waste of time and a headache for saving some money. Know that the companies offering the individual activities take no responsibility and it is up to you to unravel everything. We've been told that he often makes mistakes like that.
Also mega genial!</p>
