Carlie was very knowledgeable about the area and facts on the haunted tour! She was also netting to listen too! It’s hot even at 8 PM and bring a water bottle! Highly recommend!

Itinerary
Step into the shadows of Old Town Key West on a haunted walking tour that chills to the bone. Begin your journey at River Street Sweets—where the sugar fades and the spirits stir.
St. Paul’s Episcopal Church may be a place of worship by day, but as night falls, its shadowy graveyard and storm-battered walls tell a darker tale. Built atop old burial grounds and ravaged by hurricanes, legend says restless spirits roam the pews and the grounds—drawn by unmarked graves and unsettled history. Some visitors feel watched... others never return after dark.
Cursed, creepy, and cloaked in mystery, Robert the Doll sits behind glass in Key West—but don’t let that fool you. Locals whisper that he moves, changes expressions, and even causes misfortune to those who mock him. With button eyes and a sailor suit, he may look innocent—but legend says he’s anything but. Step too close, and you might just feel him watching...
Beneath the lush canopy of Key West’s tropical gardens stands the elegant yet eerie Audubon House—where whispers of the past still linger. Once home to shipwreck salvagers and surrounded by death, tragedy, and ghostly tales, the house is said to echo with unexplained footsteps and flickering lights. Some claim the spirits of the original owners never left… and neither will their secrets
Elegant on the outside, haunted within—La Concha Hotel hides a dark past beneath its polished charm. Once the tallest building in Key West, it’s seen its share of tragedy, from mysterious deaths to guests who checked in... but never left. Ghostly figures are said to wander the halls, elevators move on their own, and whispers echo in empty rooms. Stay too long, and you might just become part of the legend.
Behind its beautiful façade, Marrero’s Guest Mansion holds chilling secrets. Built by a grieving man for his lost love, some say her spirit never left. Guests report cold spots, flickering lights, and the feeling of being watched. Romantic… or haunted? You decide. But beware—once you stay, the spirits may never want you to leave.

Great history of Key West! Guide was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the walking tour as you can immerse yourself in the story
We had the best time with our tour guide Andy! He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Key West and really did his research to share incredible ghost stories, encounters he’s had personally and ones during his tours! We had a small group, which we loved, and he even showed pictures as he told his stories which made it so interesting! Would HIGHLY recommend Andy and Ghost City Tours! Thank you so much for thank the time to give us such an awesome tour!
We had such a great experience on the walking ghost tour in Key West, with Rich! He was incredibly detailed when explaining the history behind each location and the stories of the reported ghost activity and reasons connected to the area. He made the tour both interesting and entertaining from beginning to end. Rich was also welcoming, and happy to answer any questions along the way. You can really tell he enjoys what he does. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Key West and looking for a fun and historical experience!
This little trip down Key West memory lane was informative, interesting, and fun. The guide was great.
While it’s nice to walk around and hear the stories, the enthusiasm from the guide was just average. For the more, not bad
One of a kind experience offered by a wonderfully knowledgeable guide and a great spooky historical tour of Key West. Highly recommend!
I was very disappointed in this Ghost Tour. We have taken many Ghost Tours in various cities including one in Key West several years ago. The guides are almost always actors or people with a dramatic flair about them. Our guide this time was stationed in the Navy nearby. His story telling ability was greatly lacking with no dramatic flair. The stories were too long and told in a monotonous tone. He also talked a lot while walking backwards where only the people at the front of the group could hear him. Also when he was a telling a story, he paced back and forth. Very distracting. We left the tour about halfway through.
Interesting and fun. Lathan was a knowledgeable, entertaining guide! Detailed stories and spooky facts. Highly recommend
Our guide, Lathan was great. The tour was very very interesting not only gost but also local culture. Nice. Fun, full of knowledge!
That was the best ghost tour I've been on. Ki was so enthusiastic and entertaining! And very knowledgeable too. It was very interactive and fun.
Our experience was fantastic! I've actually been on many walking Ghost tours and I will say this is the best one I've ever been on. Our guide was perfect, and it felt like we were on a special tour because it was our tiny group. Our guide was nice, appropriate, flexible, and he made us feel safe while walking through a few really dark areas. When I come back I am going to ask for him as a tour guide. We also liked that he had pictures to show us.
Decent tour overall. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared stories not so well known which made it very refreshing but slightly too many stories that we began to lose our attention span. I felt like we spent most of our time within the same block since we saw the exact same Wendy’s about 3 times. Also, the tour was advertised as a way of learning history but the tour guide began to use a phone app to detect ghosts and communicate with them. I wish this information was as advertised as I likely would not have gone on the tour as it detracted from the storytelling. I did like the use of the IPad as it helped as a visual aid. Side Note: Tour guide was very kind but I wish she engaged with the community more. It felt like the tourism relationship within the community wasn’t cohesive.
Very fun. Kenna was a great tour guide. She knew her local history and she was able to tell different stories related to the supernatural places around major Key West locations.
We were upgraded to the ghost pub crawl as they did not have a guide available for the tour we signed up for. Kris was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of history. It was not very spooky though.
I’ll evoke the three strikes law for this tour. Their first strike was the guide telling us she hated her job, put in her notice to leave the company, and was exibelurent about this likely being her last tour. The second strike was the small tour of six people agreeing to a “PG-13” experience with a 12 year old girl on the trip, and the tour guide talking about “sh*tting on Key West” less than 10 minutes later after dropping f-bombs previously. This led to her mother leaving the tour with the girl’s grandmother and aunt. My girlfriend and I followed suit, ending the tour roughly 15 minutes in. The third and final strike happened after we complained via phone about the experience. Instead of being given a refund and an apology, we were given the option for a new tour at an “upcharge.” I’m told this touring group is a conglomerate from South Carolina without any real connection to Key West other than to financially exploit tourists looking for a ghost tour. These types of establishments stain all paranormal tours in the area. Please avoid at all costs as there are far better ways to enjoy the area.
Our tour guide is emotionally unstable! This lead to a very bad experience on the tour. There were 3 groups of people in which we all left prior to the tour being completed. We are concerned that this young lady not be allowed to expose this redderick to other visitors. She asked prior to the tour if she could use fowl language when there were two 11 year olds in the group. However, in the context that she used it was not just fowl and totally not related to the ghost stories she was telling. The family on the tour said she had been on this tour twice before and it was absolutely informative and wonderful!!!! We are 72 years old, we had a retired police officer and fireman in the group and believe me they heard it all! They felt it was out of line and decided to leave. I spoke to one of your representatives yesterday and was told my group will not be receiving a refund. We've worked with Viator in Europe many times and have never came across a situration like this before. I and anyone in my group felt this type of job is not suited for this 18 year old young lady. As far as the tour itself i'm sure it would of been just fine with a different guide.
Our guide was fun and very knowledgeable. We had a great time walking through the historic streets and learning a little about historic Key West in the process.
Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation at the last minute. But, the staff was kind enough to issue us a a rain check for a future time. The rain check doesn’t expire.
Lady B provided us with wonderful stories/legends regarding the places around the heart of Duvall Street in Key West. We had a great time. Thanks Again Bianca! Don't let those spirits gitcha - Rick & Michele
I have never left a bad review, but this was a disappointing tour due to the inexperience and poor presentation of the young guide. I just wanted it to be over.
I think the information on the Episcopal Church and cemetery was interesting. Plus the pictures that we took thinking they were clear, came out blurred. Bianca did a good job.
DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. Pretty sure it’s a scam. After booking this tour and getting multiple confirmation emails they call me to tell me they’re not running because only two people signed up and they needed three. So they were short one person. We probably could have made up for that in tips. When I called the tour company they only offered to book me for a later time which I couldn’t do due to a 4 am wake up the next day or a tour in a different city. The customer service representative, Elaine, was incredibly unhelpful and rude. They wouldn’t refund me, I had to call Viator to request a refund. This is now 48+ hours ago and the money hasn’t been returned to my bank yet. Avoid this at all costs.
Out family Had a great time on this tour. We enjoyed the spooky take on some key west history. Our guide Bianca was informative and funny!
Our host was high and awful. She could not complete a sentence, mixed up houses and historical names. At one point she laughed so hard at the punch line of a joke that was in her head that she forgot to tell it to us (if it existed). We left 3/4 the way through the tour and I’m sure she didn’t even notice. Terrible tour.
Our guide was very informative with each stop! She very kind and answered any questions we had! Every place we stopped to take pictures was very cool!
Christian was very knowledgeable and animated! We enjoyed her very much! We were guest of “The Artist House” and have high respect for Robert the Doll!
The Ott House was very interesting as well as the key West Theatre. Our guide made the stories come to life.
Sonya was a great guide. She knows the history and loves to spin a tale. We learned so much! Wandered all over KW. Comfortable shoes a must
Bad business. Canceled your at last minute, I found out while waiting at the meeting place. Have to wait 3-7 days to get my money back. Funny, they didn't wait to get paid. Too late to go on another tour.
Our tour was postponed by an hour due to a guide being sick. The guide we did get then had really needed coaching on her delivery. She stated that she had only been a guide for 2 months. She seemed to know the information and was passionate, but this was overshadowed by her inability to relate stories without using extreme amounts of profanity, "nevertheless" in every other sentence, and too many personal details about her own life that did not relate to the ghost stories. This all very much took away from what could have been a fun and educational tour. We were very disappointed. My husband wanted to leave before the tour was completed (and 8 of our party did walk off and leave the group about half way through the tour without an explanation). Would not recommend until guide gets more training.
Christian was our guide. She was lively, friendly, tells the stories well, properly paced, answered our kids questions along the way and after.
We had an enjoyable evening learning about the ghost history of Key West. V was a great guide and told us lots of interesting stories. Many gave me goosebumps.
Poor. The guide was nice enough but not good at her job. The stories were random, hard to folllow and many seemed pointless. There were no costumes and she did not have a uniform on either. The entire thing was unprofessional and our guide seemed poorly trained. I would not recommend this tour. Zero fright or creepy factor.
It seemed to be that our guide was a rookie and there was a lot of ums in the story telling. Not a fun experience overall. He was very nice and personable
It was a great tour. Braylyn was easy going and friendly, informative and entertaining. So many houses in the keys have stories to tell, fascinating.
The purple house haunted by the creepy Robert doll was the highlight of this tour. Out tour guide was EXCELLENT especially since he said he had only been giving tours for a couple of months.
This ghost tour was a riveting combination of island history and ghosts! Braelynn led an engaging and informative tour.
Didn’t realize it was a walking tour when we booked (through a 3rd party site), but had a great time…and feel the walking/smaller group was a better experience than the larger bus.
The tour guide was high on drugs and incoherent. He mumbled random nonsense to himself and was barely audible. We all left very early since it was so boring and the guide was not in a state capable of leading a tour, but they won't refund our money. They said we can just go on another tour one day since our vacation was ending, but this was a ridiculously expensive tour to be such a waste of our time. Stay away since there is no guarantee.
Our guide was prompt, sweet, and polite, but she was the wrong person for this tour. My husband likened her to the character "Flower" on Ghosts, because she would start a story and fail to finish her sentences. Because two of our group were youths, she toned down the scary stuff, even though their father told her not to hold back. This job really requires someone dramatic.
Wonderful experience. Learned so much about Key West history! Our tour guide Adrienne was great! I liked being able to stop at the places too.
I can’t recommend this tour because after buying the ticket I waited at the meeting point and at the requestes time but no one showed up. I can understand if the tour didn’t start due to lacks of members but I didn’t receive any notice. I’m still wainting for my refund
I could do without the profanities but otherwise a good experience. Guide knew her stories and was passionate about the subject matter
Our tour guide was amazing! She was so kind and funny. My sister and I had a really great time and learned so many new things about the spooks of key west.
Cancelled twice in two nights. Understand being ill, but no backup plan? Last cancellation only an hour before start.
Excellent information received about Key West history. Mike was well versed in the history of Key West
It was awesome! My wife and I are very interested in the supernatural, myself maybe a little more than normal. :) It was very insightful and information packed. Mike was awesome and a great tour guide! We are definitely going to do it again and request Mike, maybe even before we leave this Tuesday. We are staying at the Old Town Manor tomorrow, then possibly “The Otto’s House” or “Artist House” where Robert the Doll stayed. We will let you know how it goes! Thanks for the amazing tour, Mike is the best! Everyone needs to check y’all out, riding around in a bus just doesn’t give you the same experience.
We were led by our tour guide Mike. He was very personable, and made our experience very exciting!!!
Ted was great ! He had so much knowledge and didn’t miss a beat . If your going to do a ghost tour book with him .
