This event is NON-REFUNDABLE!!! When I landed in Ft Lauderdale on a Friday afternoon, the city was gridlock from flash floods and high waters. The weather app said raining all weekend. I called Viator to cancel the event. I called 26.5 hours before the event. I was put on hold and when rep on he told me it was non refundable because the agent said I was calling in his time zone which was 23 hr until the event SERIOUSLY!!! What land is 3 hrs east of Ft Lauderdale??? I pointed out to the Viator agent that THIER website said, free cancelation till 24 hr of event. He said sorry, they said no refund. Now I am letting my bank deal with MISREPRESENTION!!!
Ask if the boat is covered. When I booked the boat shown was covered. I booked for my birthday but Sunset cruise was canceled due to supposedly not enough people to go out.
Captain John and Amelia were awesome! Enjoyed seeing the beautiful homes and yachts and a great sunset. Had a great time, highly recommend!
Sunset cruise was a winner. Crew very good and fun. We enjoyed the 1hour tour, not to long not to short. Thanks for the experience.

The workers were very friendly, very entertaining during the ride I would recommend this for any solo person or a group setting. They were very nice.
Be prepared to get wet on the first part of the ride. I wasn't expecting that. That should have stated. Couldn't hear the guide talk. Need a better system so everyone can hear

I was supposed to receive half refund for 2 tickets cancelled, no money refunded and no communication from the operator .No email came through. Some weird messaging system sent messages which could not be seen after clicking the link.No refund
It was inciteful. We enjoyed the ride and learning about some of the homes around and the boats. Fun was had by everyone.
Amazing boat tour in Fort Lauderdale! Beautiful mansions, luxury yachts, and relaxing water views. Friendly guide, smooth ride, great vibes. Perfect way to explore the city. Highly recommend!
Generally good. But crew set off blast which resulted in hurting my wife’s ear. Not sure that has any place on a pleasure cruise and probably raises safety issues as well.
Awesome from start to finish! They sent very clear instructions for parking and arrival at the dock. Boarding was painless, drinks were serves quickly, and the captain and crew were on top of every question or need. Our captain/Tour guide was so funny and shared such interesting facts.
They should know they won't regret this adventure... Everything was amazing the sunset,the boats... Everyone was friendly and I could even say that everyone loved the moment...
This experience was very, very disappointing. We had friends from out of town and we went on a cruise last year when we were in the area and it was absolutely magnificent showing the big mansions and the huge yachts and it was just absolutely beautiful this cruise we drove through barges. an oil places where boats came in it was and just woods. They didn’t start to talk about the briefly talk about a few yards and a few of the mansions on the way back. It was extremely disappointing. I would expect a refund actually that’s how disappointing it was. We paid for VIP seats it just it was a terrible terrible disappointment. I would not recommend it and I would post this review so if you wanna get in touch with me to see how you can give me a refund or something 215-470-6952. It was a terrible experience.

Did not get what was offered!!! Sunset was not up to par!!! There was no VIP seating..... weather was not good enough to leave the bay...... so it was not romantic at all!!!
My cruise was canceled due to inclement weather twice. I was told I would receive a call in 2 days to get a refund but no one has called. I submitted a claim to the company with receipts and have yet to hear from anyone.
Got a notification that our boat had been canceled due to weather. Called to ask about rebooking and was told they were not aware the boat had been canceled. I explained that the text had said to reach out to rebook to which she goes oh yeah it’s canceled due to weather. Ask to rebook for the next day in the morning and was told they had no availability but online had multiple times. Clearly whoever works the phones has their head in the sand.

It was amazing! The sunset was beautiful and we also spotted dolphins ( a rare sight). The staff was pleasant!
The boat was very nice, crew was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Departed on time. Overall, very enjoyable.
