Fort Lauderdale Ocean And Intracoastal Sunset Cruise

Trip cancelled day before because of boat show …..not a good excuse as it is know well in advance when the boat show is ….too late to find something else …..complete failure and disappointment

I loved this. 1st the tour guide (ETHAN) gave me a heads up about the boat show traffic. 2nd he was very knowledgeable of the area . The guide made the experience unforgettable

Capt Evan was great very knowledgable it was just a very good experience much better than a big double decker boat

Captain John was the best!! He was very knowledgeable of the area, very informative, explained everything in detail, while maintaining a steady course! As a Navy Veteran, I had full confidence in his skills, knowledge, and ability in navigating the intercostal! Very impressed!

It can be canceled due to not enough people which is not really a good thing because they don’t let you know until that day!

Excellent small boat down the river 11 passengers! Sunset cruise- awesome tour guide! Highly recommend! The directions were to meet were not easy to follow- it’s behind Marina villages - look for the signs of which boat slip! Be sure to park across the street parking $5/hr!

Captain Ethan was very entertaining and sooo knowledgeable about the area and the ocean. I would do this tour every visit to Ft. Lauderdale. Gorgeous views. Overall amazing experience!!!

It was canceled due to low ticket purchase. I need a refund issued. Because it came from third party Viator. Viator had to issue refund on their end.

I enjoyed the ride, however the boat ride stated it would be 1 hour and 15 minutes and it was only an hour. That was disappointing considering that is what we paid for.

Good value for money, fun boat tour

It was a lot of fun going out in the ocean and seeing all the ships and boats and the houses..it was a lot of fun!

The tour was cancelled a few hours before it was scheduled. The refund has not come through, I was told it would take 7-10 days because we booked through Viatour

Last year we took the sunset cruise and it was awesome! This year not so great. Love the guys who operate it. Good vibe and music. The problem is last year we went out on the open water and stopped in front of the strip for sunset pictures. It was beautiful. This year we stopped at the end of the port and sat in front of a radar tower. We heard one person say oh that will make a great Christmas Card… not. The crew seemed rushed. No explanation as it was too choppy etc. just too bad.

This excursion was fun. It was nice to see the sunset. The crew members were great and they take your photos if you would like. I definitely recommend it.

You might get wet! Caption was very knowledgeable with all the details of houses and other properties during the trip. Refreshments were served the entire trip.

Scary, the captain of the boat allowed a minor to hold/ steer the wheel of the boat. Almost caught by the coast guard

Everything went with out any issues. The guides were ready to get things going quick and efficiently. Nice boat ride through an area with mansions and the guide gave facts about the million dollar properties which was interesting. Clean nice boat: kid friendly, family friendly. Get a seat in the front bc you’ll be able to see more but no complaints my kids loved it. Also the only downside was the parking issue it cost us 30$ to park at the marina for 2 hours. The guides gave us a parking voucher for 10$ but when we scanned it it said it wasn’t valid so we had to pay 30$ to park. Oh well that’s vacation.

My activity was canceled due to low enrollment and the weather. I was very disappointed. I hope to get my refund sooner than later.

A really enjoyable tour, the two lads running it were very proffessional, friendly and knowledgeable. Was a little cloudy, but the captain positioned the boat the best he could to capture the sunset through the gaps in the cloud. Fun trip back to port with a tour of the stars mansions. Thank you for a brilliant 90 mins

Beware of the cost of parking $30 for less than an hour. Also the boat ride was less than an hour! Not worth it!

This was very fun! I would do this again. It was a scenic ride along the intercoastal, the captain was a really entertaining tour guide, the boat went at the perfect speed, not too slow/not too fast, and the crew mate was really helpful getting us drinks and taking pics.

We enjoyed a relaxing cruise that offered beautiful views, a great crew, and a wonderful way to end the day. While the beverage selection could be slightly expanded, the breathtaking atmosphere and scenic ride make it a highly recommended experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive.

We did general admission seats which was totally fine. Tour started right on time. We started out slow through the channel to the open ocean. Once we got out there we picked up speed. We did get pretty wet from hitting a couple of waves. So be mindful that it is possible you can get wet. It took about 10-15min to get out to the sunset spot. At the spot the Captain stopped and allowed the boat to float around so we could get up and take photos. It was a perfect night weather wise so we got a good sunset. We floated out there for about 15min or so and then headed back in. Once we got back into the channel they did a very basic tour pointing out some of the famous peoples houses and yachts. On board they do sell canned soda (coke products), bottle water and various canned alcoholic drinks. There are bathrooms on board. Overall we enjoyed the sunset cruise. If you’re looking for a simple night out and short cruise I’d say this is a good choice.

We enjoyed the boat ride and seeing cool homes along the inter coastal. Dom and John were great! Our only issue was there was a fairly strong fuel smell occasionally and I thought we would go in the ocean a little but we didn’t. Overall we still had fun and enjoyed the experience. No need to pay for ViP as all the seats are great.

This was a nice sunset cruise to wrap up the weekend. It went by quick but it was very smooth and enjoyable.

I had a blast!!. It was so much fun 😁 and beautiful 😍. The captain was funny 😁 and sarcastic 😄. He added colorful commentary 😀 to a beautiful 😍 🤩 scenery. I would do it again, in a heartbeat 💓.

We went on the sunset tour at 7:30. It was very enjoyable and peaceful. The tour left at exactly 7:30pm so don’t be late! We enjoyed the sunset and the opportunity to take pictures. On the way back we enjoyed the commentary about the mansions and yachts.

This was a nice experience. Something to do to pass the time before a nice dinner or a party. It was relaxing

Sunset over an industrial area was not what I was expecting... but we enjoyed the information about the homes and yachts on the way back into dock.

Nice ride along the intercostal. You leave the Bahia Mar marina, coast out right outside the jetties, sit for about 10 minutes, then go back in. Probably just over an hour. Music was great, good weather.

This was my first time in Miami, Fort Lauderdale area. When I google things to do, this was one of the amenities that popped up at the top of the list. I surprised my girlfriend with this sunset boat ride and she was surprised! We had a great time and the crew is a great team. Thank you Guys @1978MarcG 😃
