Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal Holiday Lights Cruise

Booked the Christmas Lites cruise with BOW VIP seating. Arrived at the dock and they did not have our reservation. Said that there were 8 open seats and they could get us on but BOW VIP seats did not exist. We waited an hour and did not get on the tour. The operator refunded us but we were our an Uber ride there and back. Don't book this tour with Viator and I would be hesitant booking direct as it does not seem well run.

The boat ride was pleasant as well as the crew. My only complaint was that they over sold the main area and started moving people into the front of the boat which had a higher priced ticket

Aside from the chilly temps and wind which is not something the crew can help, the experience was very cool.

Wonderful experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We did the holiday lights tour at 8:30pm and loved it. It was one of the highlights of our whole trip. Our hotel was a bit of a disaster so this really lifted our spirits. The captain was funny and the boat pup was adorable! Admission fee was okay. We didn't get a choice as there were only 8 tickets left and I needed 3! Length was just right. We could have went longer though as we were having so much fun. Atmosphere was holiday magic. Christmas music and lights everywhere. Crowd was a full boat but the seating is comfy and enough room to stretch out. Not too packed on the deck. Best for all ages!

The crew was fantastic on a clear night with all the holiday lights. The way to create town city near the front of the boat.

Boat is further down the dock than the signage. Look for tge boat with the fairy lights. Well managed, friendly crew. It's a nice way to pass an hour. Worth the money.

It was overall good.. with few things that could have been better … for a starter a sanitizer or soap on board would have been appreciated since they provide on board toilet services my 9 year old felt weird not been able to wash hands after using it ..

Well, it started out bad. Paid for front bow, but others filled it up before we got on and we had the worst seats. No one monitored on board where everyone went. Merry Christmas to us, not. Wasted my extra dollars, someone else has my birthday present seats. Should be more professional and monitor on board for fairness.

very organized but the speaker didn't work. That is something that should be checked a head of time. So we couldn't hear anything the guy was saying for the entire trip. He kept talking toward the front and all the people in the back couldn't hear

I had the worst experience because you/Viator/Trip Advisor did not make my reservation with Sea Rocket, so me and my family, which included 3 children did not get to go on the boat tour. Because of your incompetence, I did not get to share the experience with my family members that I was visiting and could not reschedule because it was my last night in town. There were also 2 other parties that encountered the same issue and the problem was compounded by the complete and udder stupidity and dishonesty of Jack (not even sure he gave his real name) from Sea Rocket who made us wait on standby for an hour and a half just to tell us there was no room for us on the next boat tour. He flat out lied to us and gave us false hopes of getting on the boat. He should have been honest from the beginning and advised us that it would be unlikely that we would get seats on the boat. So disingenuous of him, the Captain and Sea Rocket. There were 9 of us waiting. They don’t care about people, especially children!!!! All we got were empty apologies that, of course, did nothing to help the situation. WARNING, DO NOT USE VIATOR OR TRIP ADVISOR and DO NOT BOOK WITH SEA ROCKET!!! NO ONE EVEN HELPED OR OFFERED TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. SUCH HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR AND TREATMENT OF PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! Can’t add a photo because we never got to get on the boat tour!! You all should be deeply ashamed of yourselves for treating human beings like we don’t matter and our time doesn’t matter (I’m talking to you Jack or whatever your name is)

Did the Christmas lights tour. Crazy rich folks live here . We enjoyed it. Get the now seating for best views

It’s nice to see and was just OK but not well narrated by staff and they are not really service driven…personally I’d spend my money on the all day water taxi you get more information and better service…a sunset and christmas lights…this was just basically a boat ride…they didn’t even really highlight the christmas lights they passed.

This was an excellent tour! I highly recommend it. Great way to see Christmas lights and see Ft Lauderdale from a different perspective than in a car.

Excellent experience. Boat was very clean . The captain was knowledgeable about the sites and even added some humor.

We went last night 12-14-25 for the tour. We had a great time. The crew was GREAT! We sat in the middle behind the console, it was hard to hear the Captain/Tour Guide over the egines sometimes but we made do. Will do it again.

Extremely professional and fun crew. Highly recommend this trip. I've been on similar New River tours but never actually knew any of the history of the properties along the way.

Definitely worth paying for vip boarding! Fun activity to do with friends during the holidays. We really enjoyed this boat ride.

Boat is nice, crew not interactive with Guests. Drinks could gave been served before the boat left. Narrative was good at first then the Capt just stopped talking. Crew, (1person) did not interact with guests. Did not follow up with" can I get you anything else, etc)

Awesome info about some of the most amazing homes and yachts in Fort Lauderdale. I HIGHLY recommend it but also would advise being 30mins early, we almost missed the boat….literally
