We booked transportation services from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. The day before I reached out to FAST ICE INC. to make sure our driver would be at the airport once we arrived. After waiting for a hour I contacted Viator customer service and was told they would reach out and get back to me no response….once we landed at the airport I tried calling for over a hour to get a response from FAST ICE INC. and after about a hour and a half a different company called me and said they had been given my number and was to transport us….The lack of communication with FAST ICE INC. is unacceptable especially when you have paid for a group of people and is dependent on their services

Antonio was my driver and he was prompt and informative. He communicated well with letting me know what he was driving and where he'd be located so we knew where to go upon exiting the airport.
I confirmed multiple times with the company that we were getting picked up at the cruise port and taken to the airport, but our driver initially went to the airport before I got in contact and he came to the cruise port. Luckily, we had extra time that morning and still arrived on time for our flights. The rest of the experience was pleasant.

Get a driver that is familiar with the airport; airport garage and location of the hotel. He was at the wrong baggage claim area then was confused about how to get to the area in the garage where his vehicle was parked. He missed the hotel and had to double back.

Fast Ice Limousine did an EXCEPTIONAL job with transporting 8 of us along with our luggages from the airport to our hotel and from our hotel to the cruise terminal. We were picked up in a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van, it was clean and smelled good. Our drivers were very professional, friendly, courteous and very good with communicating with us with their location. Luis (our driver) was on time when I arrived and was very communicative via phone call and text. As soon as we located him, he was super helpful with our luggage and greeted us with the most excellent customer service! It was a very hot and humid day and he had cold water waiting for us. He allowed us to control the music for an easy listening 45 min ride to our hotel. And the price was better than another deal I almost went with!
Alberto was our driver from the airport to our hotel. He was wonderful! He met us at baggage claim and helped with our luggage. He was on time and courteous. I would highly recommend Alberto!

I booked this company for my clients going on a cruise. They flew in to FLL and needed to get to their hotel in Miami. The driver was responsive, on time, and very polite.
I booked my car service through Viator and they in turn found me Fast Ice car service. Fast Ice were punctual, helpful and took a party of nine to and from Fort Lauderdale to Delray Beach. We had five adults and four small children traveling with us. Fast Ice car service, provided a car seat for a our toddler that we needed for local travel. I would recommend Viator and Fast Ice to anyone with travel needs.

Excellent service provided by Ariel M Alemany and team. Arrived at the airport early and welcomed th family for a family reunion celebration. There were a total of approx. 40 persons men, women, and children. The driver (s) greeted the family and a smooth transition in loading everyone and the luggage. The transfer was to the cruise in Port Everglades and plan to use this same service in the near future. Thank you for your courtesy and kindness. We used Viator twice. From Fort Lauderdale airport to Miramar fl hotel. That ride was great !! We used viator the next morning for transfer to cruise port from Miramar. The driver showed up at the hotel with a youcon suv for 7 passengers and the luggage. Luckily we had two people that drove so 2 of our 7 had to ride with them

Easy communication. Only small issue..we were arriving late at night so I wanted to ensure pick up was smooth and hoped they would be waiting at baggage claim w a sign. They assured me they would twice. But then just before time, they said the van was too big to park and they would have to wait outside. Seemed like they should have known that in advance? I was a little irritated but it 100% didn’t matter. The van was literally steps outside baggage claim, waiting w a very nice and very large Mercedes Sprinter van. Ariel, our driver, was very nice even at nearly 3AM! Great service, would use again!
