Fort Lauderdale Airport Private Sprinter (Up To 14 Passengers)

Ariel, our driver was so kind and helpful! I couldn’t be more happy with this booking!

The sprinter was immaculate and the service was absolutely top tier. From pick up to drop off we were left impressed. They picked us up on time with a smile and looking the part. They are officially our go to service when we are in the area.

We used this service for a sprinter van pick-up for 14 people at the Fort Lauderdale Airport. The van was clean, sat all of us comfortably plus luggage, and we were offered cold bottled water by the driver. Well-priced and friendly, responsive service. Highly recommend.

It was great the driver stayed in contact with me to find him as the Port of Miami is large and heavy traffic

Excellent on time services. The driver was on time professional and provide excellent services. I highly recommend this service to anyone.

The wi-fi in the van did not work. I needed it for work. The driver was unclear on exactly on where to meet him

We arrived at FLL and could not find the Van. We asked inside the airport and they told us where to go stand. We asked the security outside they told us the same place so it seemed we were in the correct please. after waiting 20 minutes I tried calling all 3 numbers I could find on the reservation. NO ONE would answer the phone I tried 30 times. My son was able to finally get someone on the phone, we had been waiting 45 minutes by this time. Finally after waiting almost 1.5 hrs in the heat they showed up. There customer service phone number does not work!

The driver was an absolute GEM Highly highly recommend Luis and this company. Excellent customer service, attentive to needs, allowed us time to go back in airport to retrieve a lost item

What wonderful stress free experience using Viator and the Group from Fast Ice Limousine Service. Jacinto was so friendly & professional. Everything was so great we hired them for our return trip. Cudo’s to Viator and Fast Ice USA

Would highly recommend. Traveled with a party of 8. Excellent service. Easy to communicate with the company.

Very professional. Met us at luggage so took the anxiety out of trying to find the driver. Driver had a prime location so we only walked a short distance. Vehicle was clean and up scale. Pleasant and comfortable ride.

Very friendly went above and beyond to help will use his service again next time I’m in Fort Lauderdale or Miami

Awesome service. Antonio was great!!! He was very professional and attentive. He got us to our locations and picked us up in a timely manner. I recommend Viator for your transportation needs.

Driver was able to arrive earlier than scheduled which was perfect since I got off the cruise ship early. Smooth pickup, excellent communication. The sprinter was big and comfortable, we were a group of 8 so worked out perfectly. We got picked up at the port of Miami and dropped off at a Fort Lauderdale hotel the service was great. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, very professional and friendly. On time and great communication. Our ship arrived in port late and they had no problem moving our time 4 hours later.

Ariel was professional, courteous, prompt and very responsive. The luxury limo van was clean, cool and comfortable. We needed two car seats - one rear facing for a baby and one booster. They were both provided, securely fastened in the vehicle. Large screen and iPad for the kids to watch movies. I travel monthly and this has been the best private transportation service I have ever used in the United States!

My booking experience was effortless Antonio was prompt and very professional. He offered us water and the drive was easy and smooth. Thank you Antonio for your service.

The driver was very professional and courteous. He made sure we were comfortable. He navigated perfectly to get us to our destination.

Thank you Antonio Coipel!!! Very professional and ride to our destination was great!!! We definitely will use you guys again! Thank you!!!

Amazing service! Jacinto was on time, got us to our destination promptly and was a great host along the way!

Ariel was very prompt in responding to all of my questions about my transport and keeping me updated on our pick up arrangements. We had requested a transport to the Ft. Lauderdale Airport and our drive tried to drop us off at some other random location in the airport complex. We had to hand him our phone with the GPS directions to the FLL departures drop off area.

Our driver, Ariel, was responsive and friendly! We used this service to take us from our cruise ship terminal to Ft. Lauderdale airport. We got off the ship a little bit early, and Ariel was kind enough to come pick us up a little earlier than I had originally expected. The van was immaculate with cold water. Would definitely book this service again next time we cruise!

Our ride was excellent, and our driver Ariel was the best! He arrived a few minutes early, communicated prior to arrival to know exactly where to meet us, loaded and unloaded or bags, and had chilled water ready to offer us. Would definitely use this service again!

We used Viator to and from airport. Ariel & Antonio both were very professional, Punctual, courteous. We were extremely pleased with this company, they communicated with us at every step of our trip. Definitely would use this company again. Reasonable fees and we gave each a tip. Thank you, Brenda Minter

Antonio was very nice and patient. I was very impressed that he waited for me as my exiting my cruise was very chaotic and it took a really long time. I was so relieved to see him after such a long ordeal. Thank you SO much Antonio! You are rock star! <3

Great experience travel from cruise to airport in miami. Jacinto was great and very responsive and kind

Transportation service was just what I paid for. No more, no less. The advertisement said that water bottles were provided, but when I asked if we were to get water bottles, I was told I should have asked before the service started. Driver was not very friendly.

Went very smooth at airport to cruise port great service our driver was friendly polite and will to answer our questions about the surrounding

Company was very reliable and timely. Used this company returning from a cruise. The driver (Ariel) began communicating with me early that morning and I explained to him that I was returning from a cruise and not sure how long the embarkation process would take. He was very patient with the process as my group was able to complete within 15 minutes. Upon completion, he was waiting curbside with the van and my name on the screen. He was a very polite and safe driver as we had to go to the FLL airport. The van was comfortable and clean. Would definitely use this company again.

Nice clean vehicle. Polite driver, very helpful to my husband who had an handicap . Would love to use this service again.
