Flyboard With Miami Watersports

The experience was amazing. Rayden was very helpful and patient. The only bad thing is that what you sell here is not a package they offered. We had to pay the double of the money to actually do the activity.

The experience was really, really bad. I honestly do not recommend going there. They didn’t help us at all. My friend tried but couldn’t do it. I didn’t even try because they told us they couldn’t do it for us. We wanted to see a demonstration first so we’d have more confidence and a better idea of what to do, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. We ended up wasting our money. On top of that, the water where they’re located is very dirty. It was honestly a horrible experience. I had a great morning overall, but my time with them was absolutely terrible.

It is very hard to balance on the platform and not as easy as described. The operators djould also have other options available other than just standing to ride.

Flyboarding was fun. Ok let's get to the reason why I'm giving them 2 stars. They texted me saying it was too windy and I need to reschedule and I was fine with it, had them reschedule for another day. since I booked it with Viator I couldn't cancel it or reschedule it was past the 24hr mark. I show up and they telling me they don't see me in their system, I showed them the Viator reservation and the guy was like it's past nothing we can do then I showed up the text message and he went and talk to his other buddy and they realized it was booked for $115 instead of $145 on their website so he came up to me and said he sees me on the schedule now but I gotta pay extra $50 for surcharge and marina taxes etc and I asked him explain that to me and he couldn't he didn't even know what that was he just said there's 'X' on it so that means it isn't include on the $115 I paid on the Viator app. I feel like they scam me out of that $50 but Flyboarding and the water was dirty

Horrible experience! I almost drowned. The guy who was supposed to help set up is the worst, hr doesn't care all he wanted was the money. The instructions were horrible too.

!!!! BEWARE of an additional $50 fuel surcharge on the spot after the initial registration payment !!! Otherwise, my son enjoyed this activity and could get up on the first try.

CAUTION: Price does not include a $50 / person surcharge once you get there. Price is misleading. However, we had a great time and it was a very fun exepiernece. Great time otherwise, fun experience.

Had another incredible adventure with Miami Water Sports, this time trying out flyboarding after thoroughly enjoying jet skiing and speed boating on previous visits. Flyboarding with them was nothing short of exhilarating. It felt like being a superhero, soaring above the water! There’s definitely a learning curve, but the instructors were patient, offering clear guidance to help us get the hang of it. They prioritized safety without compromising the thrill. The equipment was top-notch, and the experience was surreal, offering unbeatable views of the Miami coastline. It’s an activity I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for an adrenaline rush and a unique way to experience the water. Miami Water Sports continues to impress with their variety of water activities and exceptional service.

This was quite an experience. It requires plenty muscles otherwise it's gonna be splashful 🤣😂🤣😂 but I enjoyed it and the tour guide, Bobby did too! He saw the progress from where I started. I also have a sprained ankle sl that was added to the pressure but it was amazing!! Definitely doing it again!

The experience itself was super fun. And the check in process was easy. Yes there is another fee you have to pay but that’s not the reason for my two stars. The reason for the two stars is the photos and video that I paid for. The staff only took pictures and videos in the first 5-10 mins where you are adjusting and don’t get very high. When I was finally catching air, the staff did not capture any videos or pictures. In my opinion there should be another staff member on a jet ski taking pictures and videos and not the one attached to you.

The people were not motivated to make the experience happen snd we paid $320 for two people. We ended up leaving because nobody would take us out:(

Once I got there I had to pay $80 more than expected for fees and such. I was told it should’ve been stated in the terms of the third party. So that sucked. The water was filthy. My instructor was a cool guy. That was the only good part of the whole experience. They had my reservation so at least the booking process worked if I’m looking for something nice to say. But due to the fact that I had to pay an additional $80 after I had already clicked “that I understand that all sales are final and there are no refunds” I felt it was shady. I would not recommend Viator because of that shadiness. I would not recommend Flyboarding at that location due to how dirty the water was.

I will not recommend this app viator I and paying more for the the trip I pay like 30 dollars more is better buying the tikes in the place then here in this application

I paid 119 $ on your site and i call jus to be sure is not any hiding fees and the person in the phone said no. I went to do flybording jus to find out i have to pay 75 extra $ . I will not recommend this to no one . Almost 200$ for the worst experience ever.

10/10 amazing experience! Kyle was an awesome instructor and easily explained how to Flyboard. If you find yourself looking for some watersports in Miami, ask for Kyle and go Flyboarding !

This was my first time flyboarding it was an experience I'll never forget Justin and James the instructors were incredibly nice thank you so

I went there to try jet ski. Too windy, so can't send any more vessels.. Ok. I understand that. So since we were already there we wanted to try other things. So we picked Flyboarding. $169 on the spot. then after "taxes and fees", $192. For 20 minutes. My boys were in the water for about 16 minutes (I checked my watch when they went into water). Complained, and they say 20 minutes include instruction time. I come home and research and on tripadvisor they are selling for $119 for 30 minutes, with no other additional fees.. So they charge more on the spot than the prebooking by that much? I spent ~$400 for very brief 20 minutes each. Walked away feeling pretty cheated.

Great experience, our guide/teacher was Pierre, and he was really nice and helped us learn quickly. Very fun activity, if I had anything negative to say, would be that the location near all the boats doens't leave much place to maneuver, but in general it was a very fun experience.

Flyboarding was on another level of excitement. SO FUN! You don't need to know how to swim, but be comfortable belly flopping into the water a lot before you get the hang of it. Big shoutout to JASON for helping me through it the whole time, thank you! Also did parasailing with the same company right after with PIERRE & KYLE. They both made sure we had a great and relaxing time. It was totally serene enjoying the views from hundreds of feet up.

Excellent experience. The only issue I had was the price I paid didn't match the price online hindsight ... But it was worth it! Incredible guide. Patient and knowledgeable to assure that you're able to get up in the air and learn to Hydroboard! Highly reccomend Miami Watersports and I will be back for sure! Dope crew.

Jason was great!!!! He was cool through the entire process. I didn’t participate but my husband had a blast, he actually caught on his second try!!! Jason gave great advice that seemed to help…. I’d recommend Miami Watersports and Jason 100%

Really cool experience. Elevating high above the water and finally balancing was a challenge but definitely a great feeling once you accomplish it. Definitely will do again‼️

My experience in the water with Josh was great. Had a great time and for the first time I did pretty good. It was just the fees, we went to the actual page to book it but when we got there they had some other hidden fees. When we calculated it was much more than other water sports companies.

We did two activities with Miami Water Sports: banana boating and flyboarding. We had a lot of fun and our guides were especially attentive to our questions and concerns throughout both activities. Jason was a great guide for the banana boat and James was amazing when we went flyboarding. They both spent time addressing our concerns and also listened to us throughout the activities and made sure we were comfortable. Will definitely be coming back!

Just stopped by on 6/15 for our first try at flyboarding, and it was great. The "Captain & Crew" were very friendly and patient to get us flying and flying and flying ...

I had a very good experience with Kyle for the fly bord! It was so fun, he take the time to explain me exactly what to do and he was very patient so I very enjoy my experience.

My wife and I took an hour-long flyboarding class with Jensen and couldn't have been happier. Neither of us had tried flyboarding before, but with a background in snowboarding and skydiving, it wasn't hard to pick up the basics. Jensen's constant encouragement and detailed feedback had me smoothly getting up, turning, and gliding before my 30m were up. It was an absolute blast that I would recommend to anyone!

Took a Flyboarding lesson with Jenson. This was my first time and Jensen was so supportive and helpful, despite the fact that I could barely get up and stay up (LOL). Highly recommend, regardless of skill level!

They refuse to refund us the service when it was they who cancelled twice! We had to do it at the beginning of our stay, they cancel under the pretext that they close that day... We re-plan at the end of the stay and there, they cancel again and 30 minutes before... They offer us a voucher but we live in Belgium, they know that we will not be able to use it... They understood how to pocket the money without doing anything. I do not understand why Tripadvisor does not intervene...

🔥 Organised SCAM if you are a foreign resident! 🔥 They accept your reservation 📆and of course your payment 💵, then, the morning of your reservation, they tell you that they are exceptionally closed! That you can schedule another date and that you have the option, “for life”, to do the activity later because they do not refund (whereas they cancel and not us). As you come from abroad and may never come back: they pocket the money without lending anything!!! 💸💸💸 We have tested until the end and planned another date, the morning of that other date we received the same message informing us that they are exceptionally closed. ➡️ to be closed exceptionally for two different dates two weeks in a row, it is statistically impossible... (I have the emails that prove this opinion)
