Everglades Small Group Express From Fort Lauderdale +Airboat Ride

Didn’t see one alligator and once I got there, they told me if I drove out there myself it would’ve been like a 40 bucks and I paid you guys 159 WTF

Walter was an excellent driver/guide and the airboat trip was very fun for our 10 year old granddaughter and the two of us. This was well worth the extra cost.

My tour guide was very friendly and informative. He helped me have a great tour of the Everglades and was also nice enough to drop me off at the airport!

If I could give it a zero I would. This was a big scam. I booked for 12:30 company called stating the driver would arrive between 12:30 - 12:45 and never showed up. I sat outside the hotel from 12:15 to 1:40 and called back 4 times asking if the driver was runner later then before, every time I was told give him another 15 minutes until I called at 1:40 and demanded answers. The company kept saying the driver tried to contact me I have no missed calls or texts on my calls phone, additionally I was standing in front of the hotel in the rain from 12:15 to 1:40 because I didn’t want to miss this experience. The company is giving me the run around for a refund so now I have to file a police report and present it to my bank for a refund.

Nothing special. Air boat ride over quickly with no special experience or sightings. The backs of 2 alligators really do not justify the cost. The Displays were interesting and staff enthusiastic. We appreciated the hotel pickup and return but would not do it again. It was disappointing for our grandchildren.

Learning about the natural features of Florida was fun and enjoyable. Riding in the airboat over the Everglades was fun! Tanner, our driver, who picked us up at our hotel was a wonderful guide!

Julie was our guide who took is to sawgrass recreation park. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend her.

We had a great driver/educator. Air boat was fun! We saw alligators and birds. They also had an exhibit area after the boat ride.

Our captain was very informative and gave a good tour, would have beem better if we would have seen some alligators though, but understandable seeing they are wild

The Everglades tour was awesome, but my real praise is for our driver, Walker. He made the trip there and back fun and interesting. He has tons of knowledge about Florida history and has a real knack for story-telling. He’s someone I’d definitely love to be friends with!

Wilson was an excellent host. Despite the weather a fun experience with our grandson. And the chance to hold a baby alligator was very cool.

The pick up point experience was horrible! This needs to be totally redone! To meet in the middle of a residential neighborhood is ridiculous! The driver should have some type of identification to let us know who he is and what company he is associated with.

I booked a Everglades tour for small group (six), but we were put on a large airboat of about 25 people. Paid way too much for what we got, and no resolution from Viator for any partial refund or credit.

The boat ride was very nicer.Our tour guide Walker was very nice and informative.What my husband and I didn’t like at all Was that your website told us to pick a location for the tour guy to pick us up which wasn’t at our hotel so we picked another place that your company suggested well that was a condo complex where you couldn’t park we had to keep calling so whatever you need to do to change the spots where you say to pick the guests up would be very beneficial.

The pick up was excellent, however I especially booked a tour with a seven person maximum capacity. We ended up sharing the boat with 20 other people. Very disappointing. The animal rescue area was fantastic.

Great experience- Hot, so where appropriate clothing and sunscreen. Very hospitable and accommodating. We did get to see gators and had lunch at the food truck

Walker was amazing, I just wish we had booked more. He was very informative and had a great sense of humor.

Great day out, airboat was excellent , saw a few alligators and our guide and pick up service we're great, very well organised.

Our guide, Walker, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave us lots of information about our trip and what we were seeing. The airboat trip was really good, saw alligators in the water. Lots to see at the sanctuary. Ate a gator taco that was very nice. He dropped us at downtown Fort Lauderdale rather than the hotel which was great. Really enjoyed the experience.

I booked this tour via the phone about 10 days in advance as I wanted to ensure the experience that I wanted. I received the booking confirmation via email which I confirmed. It spell out the date, the pick up location and the times. They did not pick up at our hotel, so had to get a taxi to a secondary hotel, we got there 20 minutes in advance of our confirmed pickup. About 25 minutes AFTER the confirmed pick up time - no one showed. We went into the hotel and the receptionist was so very helpful making calls for us. We called the numbers on the receipt, but kept being told they couldn't assist as we had to contact the service provider. There were only 2 number on the receipt and we called them both. The people on the calls were doing their best to help us. We were finally told they did not pick us up because they called our cell phone (international phone that did not work in the US) and no one answered, BUT we had written CONFIRMATION of our arrangements, why try to call? They wasted 2 hours of my vacation and cost me $50 in cab rides and a HUGE amount of frustration. I asked for a full refund and to date have only received a partial refund. DON'T use this service!!!

The provider canceled my trip and I had to call my credit card company to get it refunded. I managed to make the trip by myself.

We had a great experience with our guide, Walker. His knowledge of the area, along with our airboat ride, provided an informed and great experience.

See the area by air boat was interesting. But I have to say your guide, Walker was wonderful in every way

My 9 yr old grandson and I both had a wonderful time! (Even though the alligators were hiding!). Our guide was very knowledgeable and very nice. My grandson asked to go to the Everglades, ride an airboat and see alligators. There are gators in the animal rescue area, he did see several gators there learned their histories and was even able to pet one. Definitely something both of us would do again!

This tour is the perfect way to the Everglades. Pickup directly at the hotel and takes you to the Everglades very fast. The park was nice and the airboat was a very cool experience that I would recommend to anyonne visiting Fort Lauderdale.

This was a perfect morning in Fort Lauderdale. Got picked up directly at the hotel and drove directly out to the Everglades for an airboat ride. This is a very time efficient and pleasant experience. The small group was also nice (it’s a 7 passenger van not a big bus). I recommend this experience.
