A great day out and a must-do if you’re in Miami! Our guide really went out of his way to help us spot alligators—and we saw about six!! The experience itself was definitely worthwhile. The bus ride was quite long with multiple pick-ups, so next time I’d probably take an Uber instead, which would be around $60 USD.

We enjoyed ourselves. The guide Jo was funny and informative. She claimed to have had the fastest airport the company had. We did see three Alligators in the river.
The Everglades holiday park was great. Got to see 3 alligators, a few birds and lizards. This would have been a 5 star review if it hadn't been the pathetic bus experience. First, the bus was 20 min late. Also, it broke down causing further 1 hour delay. It was raining heavily when we were returning. The driver didn't announce when we reached our drop off location. Us and multiple other passengers had to get off at the next stop in heavy rain and then pay for surcharge Uber pricing to get back to our original location. The driver didn't even apologize.
We got a meeting point which we could not reach due to the road being blocked. Meeting point could not be changed and no refund since it was to close to departure. Offered to meet up at the lake and join the group to get our tickets that we paid for. But then they claimed to be sold out!!!! So we got nothing for the money. Btw don't fall for the special price, that's not applief for the tour anyway.
Felt like I was being herded through Disneyland…due to multiple boats in our area of the Everglades it was not the peaceful experience I had hoped for. The alligator experience was good
Horrible Poorly planed No air conditioning Actual tour had just a boat ride and no show. Overall bad
Great tour very well organised from the bus picking us up and Armando driving to the information we gained on the air boat ride and information about the eco system then the bonus of seeing a wild alligator sunning itself - the show was brilliant and the wrangler was both very funny and knowledgeable. The food was good and it was great to get the opportunity to hold a baby alligator for a very reasonable fee. We both thoroughly enjoyed the trip thank you
The Everglades has been on my bucket list for a few years, and it didn’t disappoint, it was fantastic. The gator show was brilliant, and the airboat was awesome going through the Everglades & we spotted 2 gators too !
It was a great boat ride and we were able to touch a baby alligator 🐊 and take pictures with it!!!!!
Our captain did a great job pointing out things and getting us close to see everything. Everyone was friendly.
Fabulous and fun. Comfortable transport and great tour guide. The boat captain was very knowledgeable
Our bus was late to get to the Everglades and then was taken in a van with a driver who spoke no English. Our tour was cut very short due to severe weather , never saw the show or exhibits. I feel a partial refund should’ve been given. The driver of the bus that finally came to the Everglades was angry about his tips!
Loved the boat ride. It would have been great to have been out for longer. Would be great to see more action in the Alligator show
As a Floridian it is a must do experience. We glided in the everglades and saw a few alligators and birds
Was hoping we would of been in an open airboat instead of a covered 1, Captain BabyFave was awesome Enjoyed it
Tout simplement aucun intérêt. Vous allez voir des alligators, ils vous en parlent en traînant sans aller en chercher et nous n’en avons pas vu. You go there to see alligators, they tell you about them without looking for them so you end up not seeing one.
Captain Rick on the boat was great. The time to pick up and drop was far too long for the one hour boat ride. We spent 4.5 hours on a bus. Standing in line whilst waiting for the boat ride in the hot sun without shade should not be permitted. The gator show was very underwhelming
Airboat great. Driver very nice but a bit difficult to understand. Speaking slowly would help. Thank you!
We did an afternoon tour from Miami as a last minute idea. The set up (guides, driver, bus) were great and getting to the park went nice and smooth. The rest was below average. The gator show promised didn’t have any activity other than a guy going into the gator enclosure and giving a 5min speech from there. Animal enclosures in the park were small and smelly and moving people around felt very rushed and disorganised. The airboat ride was a complete waste of time. Even if you see gators in the wild you will basically only see their head peaking out of the water and can barely recognise it as a gator. The airboat driver was storming around the canals like mad trying to get gators out of their napping areas which definitely didn’t feel right. Don’t recommed.
The experience of a life time. Allowing the view of gators in their natural environment without disturbing the natural landscape
Boat ride you just see some birds and a few gators swimming around. At the show nothing really happens just a guy talking and sitting on a gator. A lot of logistics and time and money spent for not a lot in return.
À big round of applause to our guide Tim for educating us on the fascination Eco system. The entire family enjoyed this trip.
Afternoon boat ride (lame). We saw a couple of birds - no gators on the water. Back ant the park, the alligator exhibit was ok. The highlight was petting a baby gator 🐊
Airboat Tour with a good view of the alligators. Experienced guide, who also had a sense of humor. Absolutely recommended.
We would have preferred if the guide and presenter explained the process importance of conservation and interdependent relationships between flora and fauna.
The bus ride was a nightmare.... Getting to the Park, the driver had no idea how to use climate control and keep his windshield clear. My seat was jammed in a reclined position and all seats were taken so I had no choice but to try and sit upright. Exhausting! On the way back the bus died--- DIED right on the Interstate...in traffic....can it get any more dangerous than that? He kept trying to get the bus to start and move and eventually, it died altogether and would not start. Already extremely delayed, we had no choice but to pay $34 to hire an Uber to get us back to the hotel. We paid for the pick-up and drop-off and did not have an acceptable transportation outcome.
One of the most expensive tours you can book and not worth the price. Had lots of issues with the booking. The purchase is through viator but the operator is a different company - got conflicting information, the operator was not answering the phone etc. The bus times communicated were incorrect but it waited for us, the driver was ok but the microphone on the bus was not working very well so we could not understand him, bus was old etc. The Everglades itself was nice, but I would recommend a different company.
Trip was ok, saw a baby alligator and iguana. Purchasing through viator not worth it, $20 less at the venue. Drive was longer than the boat ride.
Driver Rocky was excellent. He knows where to spot alligators. I prefer an open top airboat so as disappointed to be enclosed. And the front window view is obscured by cloudy plastic. Great ride.
DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DIDNT EVEN PICK US UP. THEY SKIPPED OUR PICK UP LOCATION!!! When we called they said they had come 5 mins earlier, however, we were outside for 30+ minutes. Such a joke. Then the guy on the phone said he wasn’t able to refund me, because of their 24 hr cancellation policy BUT IT WAS THE COMPANIES MISTAKE. He gave us 3 different stories, the last one being “if they’re behind schedule sometimes they skip a pick up location”…….. Excuse me??! After my friend getting very upset, they finally agreed to refund me, but it took some mad convincing and aggressiveness. Rent your own car and buy tickets at the Everglades, it’ll be cheaper for groups of 2 or more people!
Filling in time between arriving off a cruise ship and access to our hotel room we decided to take the Everglades trip to go on an airboat and see some crocodiles. Unfortunately after the recent tropical hurricane the levels in the Everglades were up so crocodiles had nowhere to bask. This was not suggested before booking. In addition we had to wait for the full sized bus to return to collect us. The trip had finished at 4.30 pm and he returned at 5.20.
There is no afternoon pickup from local hotels for this tour. This website makes you believe that there is. When I called reservations to ask why we weren’t being picked up no one answered for 45 minutes. When they finally decided to get back to work, I was told that the only pickups occurred during the morning. So we had to run to catch a trolley and got to the bus as they were ready to leave. THEN I was told that they were overbooked and we didn’t have seats. I told them that WE WERE getting on that bus. They apparently bumped someone because we were put on the bus. Then we got to the airboat center, went out into the Everglades and saw absolutely nothing but sawgrass, water, and water lilies. This tour is not worth the money that you’re wasting. Avoid at all costs!
We were given a pickup time of 10:10 to 10:25 outside the Holiday Inn in downtown Miami, told to look out for a blue bus. We were there from 10:12 to 10:40, watched a blue bus drive past us without stopping at about 10:20 and were told via Viator message that we had missed the tour. I tried contacting the operator (via Viator) and they claimed we were not at the pickup point. I DEMAND a refund.
Well organized. Good parking availability. Great guide talking about the alligators after the boat ride. It was difficult, close to impossible to hear the boat driver talking during the boat ride, even when engine was turned off
Great boat tour, great alligator show and walk. My only complaint is the Tripadvisor website. It asked if I needed hotel pickup (which I did not) then TOLD me which hotel to be at for my trip. I sent messages to tour company through Tripadvisor (who did NOT provide direct access information) and contacted the help desk at Tripadvisor, and eventually connected with the tour company so we could go directly there. Going to assigned hotel would have added over two unnecessary hours. We paid for the 50 minute boat ride, but we all agreed the 25 min would have been fine. It's fun to say we were on one, but the longer ride was not really worth the extra cost. We didn't know to expect to tip the tour guide (we're newbies), but will remember next time.
I was so excited to visit the Everglades but finally it was another tourist trap. The company is terrible and only cares about your money. I was scheduled to go one day and they didn't wait for me, didn't want to refund so I had to change completely my plans and go another day. Which kind of company does that? Especially if you work in tourism. Luckily our guide was really nice and I felt bad for him to put so much energy for a company like that. I don't recommend
I would just like to report on our disgust with this company US2U which we pre booked an Everglades trip with using Viator as the agent .This trip was booked from the Uk and paid in English sterling two days before the excursion. On arrival at the booking office on the day of the excursion we found out the trip cost was $55 per person which was a good 33% LESS than we paid.As Viator policy was price match within 48 hours we put in our claim. My husband emailed Viator as they were the agent and gave them all the evidence they requested in order that a refund could be raised. There were 15 emails sent and received in total over this simple matter each from a different advisor. With the exception of the first email all were of a very rude and dismissive nature. The conclusion being that we were not entitled to a refund and that was that. We did not receive any apology even when we pointed out that the coach we went on had a bald tyre which had been identified by the driver a few minutes before we left. Also on our return it rained heavily and water was leaking into the bus. Major safety issues ignored.
This was not $99 per person worthy. We just got back from our boat ride and are being rushed to go through exhibits, no photo available and we won’t be able to see the show!!! We were told to be on the bus by 4:20 or we would be left. The staff at the location are not the nicest. Especially Suni on the gift store who scolded my husband and I for not being down at the exhibit. We had just returned from the boat ride and it was sweltering and we need a beverage. I really want some of my money refunded. I should only be charged for the boat ride. Plus we were called and informed they couldn’t pick us up from our location because the bus was full. #Dontwasteurmoney
It was cool I wish that there where things to see in the water nothing more to say that’s it..why is it making you say more then what you want to say it was ok that’s it
We really enjoyed the tour despite the heat. Our airboat captain was funny and informative. He pointed out many of the wildlife we saw, like alligators, turtles and birds. The tour was very educational and fun. The boat tour was followed by a brief educational presentation on the importance of the protection of alligators and other wildlife. Pick up at our hotel was on time and a 50 minute drive each way. Great half day tour if you visit Miami.
Ideal for a day trip whilst being in Miami or Miami area. If you have a tight schedule and have to fit in a lot you can book this trip for the morning of the afternoon, easy to get there and I am thrilled by nature and water. It is a nice adventure and depending on the day and weather an exiting trip or just a relaxing drive where you simply sit down and watch, take photos and enjoy it to the fullest.
We recently reserved a trip to Everglades with pickup from a Miami Beach resort. All of our email confirmations noted a 9:30am pickup and, at 9:10, we noticed a missed call on our cellphone. After speaking with the transport company, they reported that their notes were for a 9:00am pickup and they had already departed (with other guests) for the excursion. Concurently, the tour operator being reviewed here called and tried to pass it off as a cancellation of the tour due to weather. When I explained that I had already spoken with the transport company and know that the tour is still operating and we simply weren’t being picked up at 9:30, the tour operator stated (in a panic) that they’d offer a full refund and subsequently hung up on me. After leaving a factual albeit negative review, the operator posted a response including my wife’s personal information in the hopes that we’d delete the negative review in order to protect our privacy. Buyer beware.
The airboat tour was very fun. We booked the trip with transport from miami Beach. The airboat operator was safe, earplugs were provided. We had a great experience. The price seems appropriate. Thank you for a great trip.
We all loved the airboat experience, spotted couple alligators and vultures and some wildlife during the tour. Loved the crocodile and alligators exhibit. Holding a live baby gator is first-time experience. The whole tour was an awesome experience. Will sure back again.
Gators, great staff, beautiful view, boat. Very personable boat driver. He made our day. The views were beautiful. The price was good and the bus pick up option was worth it.
The staff was excellent, personable, friendly, relaxed, and our guide had a great sense of humor. It was super fun and an experience none of us will forget!
The staff was amazing!! The bus ride there was miserably hot with little to no ac. Communication at the loading area for boats was less than impressive, it was like we were all supposed to know what the workers 2 word commands meant before we boarded. Boat tour captain seemed more like he was reading. Wasn’t much to see, that was no fault of there’s but the entire tour was less than impressive.
Not what I was expecting for the price. Staff was amazing, but the bus had little to no ac and the airboat ride was less than impressive.
The airboat tour was great fun, however be prepared for the hot weather when walking around the park and taking pictures.
The air was great and watching the animals was a good experience for me. We loved taking pictures and enjoying the ride.
