We loved the experience and highly recommend it. The package includes a shuttle to Everglades Holiday Park with many pickup/drop-off locations around Miami. Ours was only a 2-minute walk away. The bus ride was also entertaining, with the driver/comedian sharing Miami history and pointing out landmarks. The airboats hold about 15-20 people, and the 45-minute to 1-hour ride gave us plenty of chances to see alligators, birds, and other wildlife. You don’t get wet since the boats have windshields and most of the spray goes behind you. Afterward, there’s a live alligator show and an opportunity to take a picture with a baby gator. One important note: you pay $25 per person online, but there is also an additional $35 per person cash payment to the driver. Overall, it was a fun and well organized experience.

It was a good experience for me. I had so much fun. They have lots of pickup locations. It was easy and super quick.
Armando is the best tour guide. We were picked up at the hotel and did not wait long to get on the boat. We saw 6 alligators!
Title of tour was misleading. Very disappointed that this excursion was in Ft. Lauderdale instead of the Everglades National Park. However, the airboat captain was informative, we saw a few alligators and other wildlife, and the ride on the man-made canals nice.
The trip to Everglades National Park was overall good and the transportation was well organized. During the airboat ride, a large area of wetland has been seen, which is quite attractive. The environment and conservation information in the guide was also instructive. However, I expected to see more wildlife, but the presence of animals on that day was relatively low. Also, the airboat ride would have been a little longer. Nevertheless, it is an enjoyable tour for those interested in learning about nature and the environment.
Book directly with the provider. The pickup options trip advisor gave were incorrect we had to drive ourselves. Guide was ok alligator show was excellent. Trip advisor did not respond to texts on app, we tried to verify pickup location several times with trip advisor no response. Sunny Miami tours was the service they were kind a gracious and waited for us.
The bus had no window sight. It was covered with advertisements. The tour guide did not describe anything and did not accompany us inside the place. He basically drove us and wanted tips.
Very good experience from the beginning to the end, bus driver entertaining and knowledgeable, boat experience well worth it
It was such a shame that a decent excursion was ruined by poor organisation. We arrived at designated location 15mins before pick up time as were told not to arrive late. Pick up arrived 30 mins late. We then got on bus to discover there were not enough seats for the pre paid customers. One guy had to go on the trunk from Miami Beach to the Everglades ? Surely not legal). Arrived at the Everglades park where disembarked bus. No-one had a clue where to go, no instructions from driver. The actual trip on the water was great but proceedings to & from the park wax really chaotic with no communication whatsoever which spoilt was should have been a great day.
Says schedule for airboats was at 10, didn’t get on an airboat until 2:00. Was not what we expected.
Very long wait times and limited options with shade. The show was not good. Poor jokes for a family environment. Very little information on alligators and very little interaction with them by presenter. Airboat was fun but only up and down the canal. We did see a lot of alligators though. Boat captain was good. Ride from Miami was long - can’t be helped. Just felt very poorly organized. For a prepaid tour we stood around in the sun for a long time. Bathrooms were dirty.
Well organised WhatsApp message was received day before to confirm pick up point Great experience on air boat we saw lots of alligators and wildlife Informative show
Efficient pickup, comfortable coach, good guide, very enjoyable trip on the Everglades and presentation
It was cold so few Gators out but our guide made sure to find at least a few for us to see. Was so fun
I love Viator but their contractors (Sunny Miami Tours) in Miami did not show up so we were not able to take the tour. They gave me a incorrect pick up point and tried telling me I was in the wrong. I am going to recommend this to a friend because I love Viator....but be wary of the Sunny Miami Tours and incorrect information from Keren Morales.
The real wildlife the pictures the shows my family was amazed the alligator show blew our mind and scared us at the same time
The airboat ride was great we never did something like this we enjoyed a lot the tour guide vas very good so much details and we learned a lot we liked the alligator bites as well
An amazing wild life experience we saw a bunch of alligators the park was great and the pictures were lovely the show left us surprised that people is risky we enjoyed a lot
The 40 min tour around the Everglades was good followed by a 20 min Alligator show. We spent around 4 1/2 hours in total however which I guess is the price of going with a large number of other tourists and for a reasonable price. My advice would be to spend longer on the Everglades (which are pretty cool) and get a personal or private tour. More than half of our trip was spent waiting or standing around. We saw two small alligators in the wild (which was great). Staff were professional/ informative.
It was fun seeing the alligators. The air boats are extremely loud so if you have children take earplugs for them as they are not provided.. the only letdown was the pickup coach was 10 minutes late collecting us and by the time everyone else was collected we were an hour late arriving at the park. All in all the day actually took around 7 1/2 hours rather than the 4 to 5 hours noted in the tour description. I’m still glad I did it, but just don’t make any reservations for that afternoon as you may not be back in time.
Didn’t go because they didn’t have space for my daughter. Then wanted to charge an extra $40 person to rebook and you can’t get anyone on the phone. They use AI as customer service. My son was very disappointed. I don’t not recommend use another company.
This one wasn’t the best. The experience was nice but the tour company getting us there and back was poorly organized.
7h trip while it is planned for 4-5h. We have travelled a long way to get all the people from our group (50 people !) and then, when we arrived at the park, the driver needed to check us in. The park was full. We had to wait for 2hours before hopping on to the boat. However, the experience was good, the park is great and the bus driver did his really best to sort out the poor organization.
The actual experience was good, and the day worked really well. Rate 4 instead of 5 because getting details for the pick up was difficult. Got to see several crocodile’s, guide was knowledgable. Would recommend
The Everglades experience was better than we expected. This tour is very good value. However glad we did check reviews beforehand. Our booking had a pick up of 10am, but as previous reviews had said this will no doubt change. It was only on the morning of the tour we finally managed to get hold of someone and confirm pick up which was now 8.50 and from hotel across the road. Fortunately we had anticipated this and were ready. This aside tour was great.
Honestly, this activity is a MUST DO!! Went with my partner and we had a time. Took a photo holding baby alligator and a snake! Saw a range of animals and had the alligator show included. The boat tour to try and see the alligators was exhilarating!! Fast but safe, they make every effort to try get you a sighting and considering weather conditions when we went we still managed to see 2 alligators !!! Would recommend a million times over and if I was to go back would do it again.
This was a well organized & entertaining trip for my family. Our boat captain Rich did a great job entertaining & educating us about the Everglades. We saw five wild alligators and many species of birds. The live alligator show was also informative & everyone enjoyed holding the baby alligator.
We enjoyed the airboat experience. And our guide. We only saw 1 alligator but she gave us plenty of time to see the gator & take photos.
I booked this the day before we went, the supplier messaged a few minutes after booking to ask where we were staying and I replied within 10 mins. Did not receive a response so I messaged again. The provider then rang me this morning @ 9.10 saying pickup is a 5 min walk away @9.20. She then said she would call me back, called me back and said we need to go now as drive arriving in 5 mins. I advised we would not make it in time. At 9.20 she said we can go to the downtown pickup but this was a 25 min drive away not accounting for traffic and pickup there was @ 10am I advised we will not be able to make it and she then offered me a refund which I accepted. I messaged when off the phone asking for the refund to be processed to which I received a very rude message back telling me there was no reason we couldn’t have made it and this was my fault. Have since responded to this with no response but they couldn’t respond to my message yesterday afternoon but weren’t long replying to me message asking for a refund. We had another excursion booked with them tomorrow which thankfully was under 24 hours away so I have also cancelled this after the way I was spoken to.
Well organised good communication. Bus collected us on time. There was a few stops picking up other passengers before we reached Everglades. It's breezy on the airboats so come with a sweater
Great tour, nice and simple. Bus picked us up, took us to the Everglades national park and we took the airboat tour. Had plenty of time to do the gator wrestling experience after and get some gifts. Bus took us back and we were done. Very simple and very good. Thanks
Great day out armando our driver kept us informed of what was happening throughout the day. Explained where we needed to be when we arrived. Joe the captain of the airboat explained the history before the Everglades along with the wildlife. Great alligator show after the airboat.
Good smooth experience end to end, could have got more information from the driver about Everglades and or the region but he did not do much talking
Scammers… I arrived 2 minutes before the meeting time and bus was already leaving. Once I contacted the person that sent me the details they said the bus will arrive soon. Guess what? It didn’t arrive in 30 minutes and once I finally called them they started refusing to refund me and sending fake pictures that bus was there. After a debate they said they would refund me and it still didn’t happen. 👎👎👎
This was one of the best excursions we have done. Many laughs were had by a great crew!!! Definitely will be back!!
The booking was very confusing. Our pick up point was changed very last minute and we don’t know why. We ended up not using the shuttle service, due to their error, and were not compensated. The Everglades experience was fun!
The overall trip was cool, we saw like 3-4 gators. The gator show was about 15 alligators swimming in yellow water. The tour guides were knowledgeable but it definitely felt mis-advertised. The bus ride was over 3 hours long, while the boat ride showed minimal alligators and the show was >45 minutes and all of their gators are sitting in yellow water. There was one white alligator in a tank about the size he was. If the trip was correctly advertised we wouldn’t have booked the it. Overall, I loved the wild gators, but the white gator, and gators in yellow water made me sad.
We had to drive and meet a bus in downtown Miami, after we were advised we would meet at S Beach by our hotel. Extremely long and slow ride. Upon arrival, realized we could have driven to the place, Everglades "Holiday" Park, and done the air boat for $40, but were charged $75. I believe it is on the outskirts of the Everglades Nat'l Park, not in it. We barely saw 2 snouts of alligators in the water, that's it. Waited forever before the bus got loaded up and left. Had we known of what this was, we would have just driven out to the actual Everglades Nat'l Park and booked an airboat on the way.
Timely pick up with a very friendly and helpful driver who made sure we were looked after the whole time. The airboat trip was fab with a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide and the short alligator show was great with a very interesting and funny host who clearly cared about the animals. Thoroughly recommend.
Cool views and ride. The commentator was awesome and entertaining. The knowledge given to us about animals was amazing.
There was a 45 minutes delay for pick up and it took over two hours for the return. The team seemed confused at the beginning. Driver was great but can not take over two hours over scheduled time. We had a schedule to complete and couldn’t do it.
Easy and convenient South beach pick up. Comfortable bus ride to the Everglades Holiday Park and we saw Alligator in their natural habitat. Good trip.
The tour was cool and the alligator experience as well but if you drive yourself to the park both are significantly cheaper. You’re mostly paying for the shuttle service here
I was disappointed with this tour unfortunately. There were soooooo many boats in the water so when we did see wildlife we weren't able to actually enjoy it because 3-5 boats were right behind us waiting to see everything as well. The alligator show was good but knowing that those alligators weren't going to bite anyone took the shock factor out of the show for sure. If he leaves that fact out I think it would have changed the reactions of the crowd. I gave the review of 3 stars simply because we did at least get to see wildlife and the captain did a great job with what he had to work with. Less focus on just getting money and more focus on guest experience is what this tour was lacking for sure.
Great experience see around 7 Aligators and great fun zooming through the everglades. Lots of interesting facts and wildlife.
Didn’t see much wildlife. Maybe June is not a good time to go. The boat just travels in a small waterway not in the swamp.
Mario was a good driver, pick up and drop off was helpful. The Everglades Park referred to in the ad is for the “Everglades Holiday Park”, not the National Park which I was under the impression it was for. The boat ride was about half an hour through man-made canals, not the actual everglades, on a small circuit. There were up to 2 dozen other boats on the water at any one time causing lots of disturbance. Quantity of gators seen is not a great indicator as you may only see 1 or 2 due to environmental reasons that are out of human control. However, when you have 2 dozen boats that have 2xV8 engines roaring around, can imagine it isn’t very accomodating for gators to relax and then be spotted. If a tourist/family centric trip is what you’re after then this wouldn’t be all too bad. Given I was after something different and feel it wasn’t truly advertised, we left feeling disappointed.
The airboat was fun and interesting but very disappointed with the up close and personal show. Learned nothing about alligators and exhibits looked tired and uninteresting.
Very accommodating, well communicating tour organizers. Jay was a great host, making for a smooth, effective trip to the Everglades. The added information on Miami's history as we exited the area was an added touch.
Captain Billy was awesome! I would highly recommend doing this activity! Beautiful nature and a great knowledgable captain to tell us all about it!
