A wonderful introduction to Jacksonville! Gregg was an incredible resource on history, architecture, music, plants, even great restaurants and shops! He was also an encouraging coach and thoughtful group leader, especially for the 60- and 70-year-old members of our group new to e-bikes! Tucker Bikes made a great starting and stopping point. We can’t wait to do this again with other family and visitors!

Our guide Ron was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a nice way to get out and explore the city. Although it tended to be a bit information-oriented, I would still recommend this experience.

Great fun and very informative. We really enjoyed learning about some of Jacksonville history and seeing the beautiful architecture important to know that this tour mainly focuses on residential architecture.

As a nearly lifelong Jacksonville resident, I decided to take advantage of this tour to learn more about my city. The weather was perfect, communication was top-notch, and the tour itself was excellent. We explored many of the area’s staple homes in Avondale and Riverside, learned about their history and architecture, and discovered some beautifully tucked-away neighborhood parks. Ron was incredibly knowledgeable and welcomed questions throughout the tour.

We had a very enjoyable and fun ride with Art bikes. Our guide was the owner and he was so informative and knowledgeable about the area. We learned so much about Jacksonville’s historic area.

We rode around rich neighborhoods looking at various old houses. No art. Only one mural. Leader gave some stories of the houses. But often began talking before the entire group caught up. The church was interesting.

This was a great way to spend 2.5 hours of your time in Jacksonville! We learned so much about the history & architecture of the city that is not common knowledge! The guide was born local, fun, wise and knowledgeable. We enjoyed every minute of our tour!. I would recommend this to tourists and locals alike! E-bike is a must! Helps you cover more mileage faster! So fun!

We booked an Electric Bike Tour with Ron to see the Halloween Decorations around Avondale. What a fun way to be festive and get into the Halloween spirit. He made sure everyone was comfortable with operating their bike before we began and ensured all the safety lights were on so we could be seen by cars on some of the busier back streets. Ron was not only very knowledgeable about the area, and the history of some of the historic homes, but he also shared some fun spooky stories about certain houses that helped set the mood for the tour. Aside from seeing the decorations, we all just throughly enjoyed using the electric bikes to ride around and see all the beautiful houses and trees in the area - so much beautiful architecture! Highly recommend booking!

Ron, our guide was fun and fantastic! We loved all them info about the area and the houses. It is great to be able to start and end in Avondale, where there are a lot of shops or restaurants.

We had a blast with Art Bikes Jax’s Ron on his e-bikes tour of some of Jacksonville’s gorgeous historical neighborhoods! Ron’s enthusiasm and excitement for the history of these neighborhood and Jacksonville is contagious. We learned so much and have a much greater appreciation for this special area! Comfortable e-bikes.. well managed ride through the historic district to include right amount of nature,history, architecture and current culture. Ron .. guided our tour and is a well recognized respected local personality that passed his vast knowledge to the group..felt like we were old high school friends enjoying a beautiful ride through the neighborhood .. perfect day!! Ron is the best guide! We took this tour as a work team outing. We saw a variety of architectural styles and painted murals throughout Riverside and Avondale. Ron is a lovely guide - he is warm and friendly. And he knows his stuff! I learned so many new things about Jacksonville. We heard about past, present and future projects in this area of town. And plenty of good eats nearby after we were done. Highly recommend this. Did I mention the bikes are painted by local artists? So interesting - you get to ride art too!

The ride was so fun. I had never been on an electric bike before but had no trouble and had not been on a bike in a while and still had a great time . The guide was so knowledgeable about the area even though I’ve lived here a long time I learned a lot I look forward to doing it again!!

FANTASTIC Bike Tour! Absolutely the highlight of our 5 day visit to the area and a MUST DO for anyone in Jacksonville - resident or visitor! We flew into JAX en route to St Augustine and decided to explore Jacksonville for the day. THIS tour is THE BEST fast and fun education on the city!! There are so many hidden GEMS in the historic neighborhoods of Jacksonville’s lush green tree canopied streets … so many stately homes, charming cottages, riverside promenades and pocket parks . Who knew!! The relatively flat terrain and Ebikes makes this a great outing for all levels of fitness.. Owner and Tour Guide Ron delivers a jam packed, gorgeous and informative tour and he really knows its history. Give yourself the gift of this tour!

I’ve lived in Jax for over 40 years and never thought to do a bike tour in my own city. I’m so glad I did! It was informative and great fun, especially for my niece and her BF visiting from Maryland. Thanks, Ron. I hope to be back again soon with other friends and family.

They provide the helmets and a bottle of water. We also got a bike with a basket on the back for incidentals.

New Years Day - the weather was amazing. Ron made the bike ride very interesting- he was so knowledgeable about the history of the homes . The owners from the 1900’s to now . We had 6 riders in our group - he was patient with all our riding skills. If you love old beautiful homes and a little exercise- this trip is a must !
