The experience was really good. Alex was so helpful and gave us a really good tour around the city. The views of skyline were so good!

Stay away its a scam I always read reviews before booking, but this experience left me questioning whether some of the positive reviews were written by their own staff. The location was extremely difficult to find. After delays on their end, we finally arrived, only to be told that the pilot’s time slot for our booking had already passed. We were then told we would have to pay an additional 60% of the original booking price if we wanted to fly. When we asked when we could take the flight we had already paid for, they said it might be another three weeks—even though they knew we were tourists and couldn’t just wait around. They refused to issue a refund, and we have already filed a complaint. Being delayed on their end and then asked to pay another 60% to receive the service we booked felt like a scam to me. Be very careful before booking.

Jericho was absolutely fantastic. My wife was a bit apprehensive initially but soon beacme comfortable with his calmness and smooth flying. I would highly recommend this trip if you are in the Miami area. A very unique perspective of the city for a good price.

The only way to get a quick overview of Miami! A great price and what a beautiful city to fly over. Our pilot pointed out all the major parts of the city, the beaches, the bay, and the beautiful homes all along the way.

First, the flight was supposed to last 45 minutes, but it lasted less than 30 minutes. The pilot arrived late. Our scheduled departure time was 11:30, but he didn't show up until 11:31. By the time we walked to the aircraft and boarded, it was already 11:38. We left the airport at 12:18. Second, the aircraft was very old, and there was absolutely no air conditioning. It was so unbearably hot that I started feeling sick. I was drenched in sweat. I couldn't enjoy the flight because, inside the aircraft, it felt like over 35°C, and there was barely any air to breathe.

Amazing air tour with my girlfriend! 🔥 We got to see Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Star Island, the Port of Miami, and the stunning coastline from above. The team was very professional from start to finish, and the pilot was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the flight feel safe and enjoyable. The views were absolutely incredible, and the whole experience was smooth and fun. Highly recommend this tour!

Fun! Different experience and view from the air was amazing! The pilot was very familiar with the area and able to answer lots of questions. The sunset in the air was AMAZING!! Christian got the plane off the ground ao smoothly - it was fantasy! Landing was unbelievably smooth too!! Way different than commercial flying experiences!

Really nice experience! Our pilot was amazingly kind and we had lots of fun. The plane is on the “older side” of the crowd at the airport, but works nice and safely. This is an amazing opportunity to see Miami area from the sky. Fully recommended ride.

Very enjoyably trip on my wife’s birthday. Had a great relaxing flight over the Miami area at sunset which was spectacular. The see-nary was fantastic and the pilot was very charming. Would defiantly do it again and recommend it

super stunning view and fantastic team, my girlfriend and i booked the 9:30am and we enjoyed the morning view watching the Miami view during the sunlight, the reflection of the sun on the ocean and the beach is priceless, i definitely recommend it to everyone

Difficult to review this, as the flight never actually took place due to bad weather. However, it's worth noting that I had called the company earlier in the day expressing my concerns about bad weather having been predicted that day, but they said they wouldn't cancel, and it was "up to the pilot". So after a 35 minute cab ride to the private air strip, we waited for the previous flight to return, and after waiting 45 minutes, were told by the pilot that the weather was too bad for the flight. He then had to call his manager to get us a refund, as we were not able to go on another day as we were leaving next morning on a cruise. So another 40 minute cab ride back across town. Basically out of pocket about $90 and no tour. they Should have cancelled when I called earlier.

Location was easy to find, staff was friendly and the tour was a solid 35-45 minutes of air time! Our pilot was easy to get along with as well.

On the booked day less than an hour we were informed via email that the tour had been cancelled due to wind problems. We postponed the tour and flew with Diego who was nice and an excellent guide who showed us all the points of the city I recommend this tour A++++

The flight tour was absolutely unforgettable, seeing the fireworks light up the sky from above was breathtaking and truly magical. We went on a flight with Christian yesterday. Although windy, Christian being skilled and, from what I could tell, a very positive person, we had a blast. Unfortunately we couldn’t go near the skyscrapers of Miami because of a Music Festival, which would’ve been nice to know in advance, but it was a nice ride. Also, when we first saw the plane we thought we’d head back 😅😅😅 super tiny and not really good looking but it did its job ☺️ We were happy to have taken the tour

The scenic flight was shorter than scheduled, but we still managed to see all the sights we wanted. The aircraft was a bit older but got us there safely. The pilot was friendly and pleasant, making the sightseeing experience enjoyable. We will definitely return for another scenic flight

DONT DO IT !!!!!!! the airplane looked like its about to decompose.. its so old and not well maintained and supplller dirtyyyy.... i hated it. I tried texting and calling them to add some champagne prior to the flight since i am celebrating my anniversary ( NO ONE ANSWERED ) the pilot was so rude, literally turnd at me and said well you can talk no one will kill you if you talk " because i didnt want to talk yo my fiance over the microphone on the headset " OVER ALL TERRIBLE

Great trip and great pilot. Very professional and informative but did not over do it on the talking. He kept the plane very calm and steady for the entire flight. We saw all of miami beach and took many awesome photos. Can't beat the price also. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting miami beach.

There was a miscommunication when I booked the tour over the phone through Viator. I thought I was booking a Monday afternoon tour but I didn't find it out until I called the tour operator at the meeting point. Luckily the operator immediately rescheduled to a tour to one hour later and the pilot was very friendly. The only complain is the confusion at the meeting point. The people at the front desk do not work with the tour company. You need to call the operator with a number on a notice at the front desk. I didn't know this after having waited for more than one hour. I tried to communicate via Viator app but no response.

Terrible experience, don’t recommend. They schedule flights every 30 mins and don’t do maintenance between flights. When we arrived this super young pilot comes out in shorts and flip flops, barely talks to us (his name was Sergio). Once we were up in the air for 5 mins we hear him ask for permission for landing. I asked him why we were going back and he said “something was dirty in the motor but he couldn’t explain it in words I would understand”. We arrived, he made us get off, and had us call customer service for a refund. Nobody gave us any explanations or apologies. Don’t waste your time here, find yourself a reputable company

The experience was amazing!!!. It was both awesome and terrifying at the same time. The pilot was friendly. My only issue with the tour was the waiver. The waiver puts all the blame on the customer in the event something happens even if there's negligence on the pilot's or company's part. I did not like the fact that a waiver like this was not given beforehand for purview. It strong-arms the customer into signing it after spending time and money to show up for the tour. The tour also did not start on time. I unequivocally recommend the experience to anyone and I would do something similar again.

We were lucky to have a nice day for the flight. It was a great experience with beautiful views. Easy to find the meeting point and a friendly pilot.

The view was beautiful, however we experienced multiple issues with this trip. The flight was delayed so we missed the sunset flight and nobody called to make us aware of the delay. also, the pilot didn't speak english so we couldn't understand the navigation and the plane smelled absolutely horrible.

Never book this tour! The tour didn‘t take place without notice! We stood infront of the company and we couldn’t fly WITHOUT any notice! The person on the phone was super unfriendly and hung up the phone on us.

If you like architecture and ingenieering, or you love cities and enjoy sightseeing, you must do this. If you like Miami, you'll be delighted. If you don't like Miami, you should do this to understand it better and appreciate it more. You will be surprised ! Sergio, the pilot, was very gentle and kind with my seasickness. He was cobrrikibg the air and temperature si I could keep everything under control. So if as I do you suffer from seasickness in the sea and in plains, it's still feasible and enjoyable. My only dislike was the waiting room/place. The receptionist do not welcome you at all, they don't listen to your questions and answer mechanically that "they have nothing to do with the pilot and the company Aviator, they don't know nothing about times, scheduled or the pilot etc etc. It made us feel stressed at last minute not having any news and not knowing where to go, who to see or if we had been canceled without being properly notified, etc. In addition we called to a number that they finally gave us for Eagles Air tours and no-one picked up the phone. It's good to know that in that room you are joy being hosted at all. You are by your own. You can use the restroom but contact/check directly with the company that sold you the flight. The pilot finally showed off and everything gone well.
