Great service. Good communiations and the bikes were exactly what we ordered.

We absolutely loved our experience with Bike The Florida Keys! From the moment our bikes were dropped off, everything was easy and hassle-free. The owner took the time to show us exactly how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable before sending us on our way. He wasn't just dropping off bikes—he was sharing his love for the Keys. He gave us recommendations on where to ride, places we had to see, and even some of the best spots to eat while we were there. Those local tips ended up being some of our favorite parts of the trip! The whole process, from delivery to pick-up, was smooth and stress-free, and the customer service was outstanding. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers having a great experience. We'd absolutely rent from him again and would recommend him to anyone visiting the Keys!

Good value … a lot of fun !! Took the bikes out for hours till their charge was fairly low . That accounted for close to 5 to 6 hours I believe. Kids had so much fun

The bikes were awesome and new. Easy to ride! The owner was friendly and accommodating. He also gave advice on stops (restaurants and parks) and areas to ride! I would totally recommend!

Drop off and pick up was easy. Instructions were very clear. Bikes came with helmets and waterproof storage bags that fit securely on back. Bikes worked great. Plenty of battery time

These guys were the best! In a last minute decision upon waking up on our second day of vacation , my husband and I wanted to rent e-bikes in Islamorada, FL for the day to explore some sites. I called Bike The Florida Keys around 8am and spoke to Marc with request for 2 e-bikes. Despite my last minute planning, Mike was so accommodating and within an hour, our rental was confirmed, and all the details were relayed with perfect communication and ease. Payment and waivers were easily completed within 5 minutes, tops. Price for rental was very affordable , especially for the caliber of bike and service provided. Nate, who was set to deliver our ebikes, texted us upon his upcoming arrival and was perfectly on time - we met at front lobby parking lot of our resort where he gave us a quick, but thorough demo instruction session - he also adjusted the seats to assure appropriate for our heights. The bikes each came equipped with a metal crate on the back, a water proof bag , helmet and lock. We had a great few hours of riding bikes and seeing sights with no issues at all! After we completed riding , we left the bikes locked up in same location they were dropped off, texted Nate we were all done for the day , and could carry on with our day. Communication from Marcelo was awesome. Provided great tips. Delivered and collected bikes (plus helmets, panniers etc.) as discussed with no hassles.

Marcelo was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He dropped off/pichked the bikes to our place/time of convenience.

We would recommend this to anyone! The ease of delivery and pick up was amazing! We had never used E-bikes before, and he was so great explaining them to us and having us practice before he left. We made a couple stops for snacks, so the locks and bags also came in very handy!

First time E bike rider. The one price for that many hours was great. The flexibility in drop off and pick up locations was awesome. Anthony provided great instructions and Marcelo coordinated all this great. Email didn't work very well but texting was cool. Loved the miles we were able to test these out and are hooked. Also appreciated the rack , saddle bags and locks they provided. Thank you. It was awesome.

What a great experience! I never expected such amazing service from an e-bike rental company. They delivered the bikes to Sun Outdoors (directly to my RV site). They suggested various routes and kept in contact via text during our ride. The e-bikes were like brand new condition. I highly recommend and I will be using them again.

Bikes were more fun than I was expecting! Marcelo made everything easy and simple for us! They were pretty fast at 20mph and we had no issues with battery life. Close to half of the battery was left after our 3 hour trip (we ended early). Dropped off and picked up at our hotel was very convenient! The bikes were easy to use. Would definitely do it again!

We had a great time ebiking the Everglades thanks to Marcelo! He delivered the bikes to the park and gave us easy to understand, professional instruction to get us started. Bikes were in great condition too. Thank you! I'll definitely rent again the next time I'm in the keys!

We had a really fun day riding these bikes! It was the first time we used ebikes but the service gave us a brief orientation and we had no issues. It was very convenient and reasonably priced. Plenty of bike trail to explore locally in key largo, would definitely book again.

Arriving at our hotel with the bikes at 1:20 for our afternoon rental, Nate was friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent teacher of the e-bike and area trails. The convenience was great, staying in touch easily via text and phone. At only 5 foot tall, the bike was a bit too big for my partner, although I found it easily adjustable to my 6 foot frame. The bike accelerated easily with the power assist from a stop, and cruised at a fun pace while pedalling comfortably. I had to watch the Energy Bar, though, as it was halfway done after about 1.25 hours. We turned around and made it home, just about empty. Couldn’t handle much more anyway, which in no way was the bike’s fault. Really enjoyed the power of the bike, but was a bit disappointed in its longevity. Really happy with the company that rents them, though!
