Beautiful weather and crew! It was such a fun experience with hubby and sister-in-law and brother-in-law. Loved the cover on the boat and fun commentary. Definitely recommend!

This was our second trip with the Dolphin Quest boat. We learned some new things this time and saw even more dolphins than last time. What a pleasant way to spend 90 minutes. Two in our party were locals, so the discount was fantastic.
Amazing experience, saw a pod of about 5 all playing!
10/10 saw some dolphins and even got a little history background of the island. Both captains were amazing. Fun and relaxing experience.
We saw LOTS of dolphins even babies. The crew was fun and make sure everyone got to see the dolphins by moving the boat around them in different ways. They were very knowledgeable and explained a lot about the dolphin life. We also loved going into the Bay Area and understanding the ecosystem of the three small islands and learning about the hurricanes and the homes. It was a great experience.
Lots of interesting information about dolphins, manatees and the area in general. Educational, enjoyable. Crew was great!
Saw loads of dolphins. Crew very helpful and informative. Well worth doing.
It was a great tour - we got to see plenty of dolphins and we learned a lot about them from our guide Kirsten- she is very knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions- our captain Sully was also very good and friendly - the tour was supposed to be 90 minutes, but we had to cut it to 60 minutes due to the weather as it was beginning to rain - I highly recommend this tour and these tour guides!!
It was very relaxing and saw a bunch of dolphins. Captain was informative and funny. Definitely worth it
Very knowledgeable about dolphins and the history of John’s Pass and Treasure Island. Crew was entertaining.
We enjoyed our ride on the shaded boat to see the dolphins 🐬 jump right out of the water. Pretty scenery and the captain and first mate were fun. Thumbs up 👍
We had an amazing trip out! We saw many dolphins, both swimming and jumping! Our captain took us to two different areas for the best experience.
We’ve been on this tour the last few times that we’ve visited Florida from England.Always a relaxing trip and seen dolphins every time.Chilled drinks available at a reasonable price. The crew are very knowledgeable and funny.90 minutes is just the right length of time on the trip. The setting at John’s Pass is brilliant.
Absolutely wonderful! Saw a large group/society of dolphins. Lots of great views, information, and fun! Loved Kirsten’s deep knowledge of all of the dolphins by name that we saw. Wonderful adventure.
If you park in the garage they validate and it’s $7.50 for the whole day. Also their restaurant on the pier is very good and reasonable and you get a discount showing your ticket stubs. The Dolphin Tour was very well run. Their boat is enjoyable as it’s covered with plenty of seating but open so you get a lot of shade but also fresh air. It can comfortably accommodate a lot of people and there are restrooms if you need them. Also they had restrooms on the dock and a nice covered waiting area pre-boarding. The two guys that Captain the boat are very nice and funny making it an enjoyable experience. Also I was very impressed that they sold packaged snacks and drinks at very reasonable prices. You could get a pack of chips for the kids for a dollar and $3 for a soda or an alcoholic beverage for three dollars. They tell you some interesting facts about Dolphins and the area while you are on the cruise. The Dolphins come right up near the boat. Very entertaining and enjoyable. I would do it again!
The tour was canceled last minute, and I am unable to get a refund from the company. I have tried phone, email, and viator message -- they are not responding to me at all.
We had a great time on our Dolphin watching tour. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and we saw several dolphins.
Was a great experience! We weren't out there 15/20 mins and saw 7/8 dolphins. Even a couple of baby dolphins. It was awesome, and I loved hearing there knowledge around the area.
Lovely relaxing boat ride out with lots of wildlife and dolphins
Instructors were nice and funny- saw some dolphins which was awesome. Very affordable ans worth it :)
It was very good seen a few Dolphins
The tour overall was awesome. Was a little disappointed that we have a whole lot of dolphins but that's not your fault It was a lovely experience
Easy to find. Nice crew. Saw dolphins and a manatee! Ate at fisherman’s friend next door. Got 10% off with my dolphin tour ticket
The captains were very knowledgeable and the boat ride was calm and fun! We saw dolphins towards the end. Our toddler enjoyed it.
It was a fun time!! The guides were super informative and we saw a few dolphins. Recommend for sure!
The experience was awesome! The captain was knowledgeable and fun! Definitely worth it!
Our private dolphin tour was amazing! Captain Robin was very knowledgeable and fun. First Mate Sonya was very kind and accommodating. Our neurodiverse family appreciated the ability to have the whole boat to ourselves for a reasonable price for our group of 13 that included my son with severe autism as well as several kiddos with ADHD and anxiety. The atmosphere was calming, educational, and fun. There was a restroom onboard and we all made shell necklaces that were included. There were snacks and drinks for purchase and we were able to bring our own cooler bag too. We saw several dolphins, learned about the local animals, architecture, and so many more fun facts.
The trip was a little slower than we thought. There were no jumping dolphins. It was mainly seeing dolphins and babies in the bay and observing them. Very laid back. The operator did a good job of explaining about the life of a dolphin and the area itself. We felt there was too much info about houses instead of wildlife and natural areas.
The website directs you to the address of the company NOT the place where you depart. This caused confusion because I went to that address and was almost late departing for my dolphin tour
Lovely trip. Spacious boat, great crew and loads of dolphins.
Great trip. Captain was knowledgeable and entertaining. Saw lots of dolphins. All around great time with family in from out of town. Highly recommended!
It was a great experience saw lots of dolphins. Nothing else really besides some birds. Captain was great.
Dolphin experience was great especially with the calves. The crew was awesome. I hope my grandkids can see them
Absolutely brilliant experience with colin and kellen. Both were so knowledgeable and fun too. Thanks guys
The captain was excellant. I enjoyed the tour. Saw some dolphins and a manatee. Lots of big mansions.
Guaranteed to see dolphins they make sure everyone on board has seen some before returning! The crew Interact very well with the passengers! It was a great experience!
Saw so many dolphins!! Excellent trip especially for the money. And you could buys snacks and beverages onboard inexpensively
Nice eco tour in the Boca Ciega Bay. We saw three pods of dolphins, the first one very early in the tour. We stuck with them long enough to hear about how they live, why they live here, how they feed, how the young grow… The tour in the bay was pretty scenic too (much nicer than when you start from Clearwater or St Pete Pier). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Pleasing background music between speeches and cold drinks available for a fee. As a local, I would definitely recommend this tour.
We did a 11 o’clock cruise to see the Dolphins, which did not disappoint. We saw a pod of dolphins that were very active and entertaining. The captain and his assistant were very knowledgeable and personable ( sorry, I’m bad with names).
This was a lovely short trip. Watching dolphins in natural environment. Talk was good. Snacks avail Snacks and a few drinks
Great trip, saw loads of dolphins, captain and crew were fantastic. All the family really enjoyed it including our 2 year old.
The Captain and crew did a great job telling us about the islands and the dolphins! Saw lots of dolphins.
Knowledgable captain and crew. Fun time. Plenty of dolphins, several manatees ( real treat) and baby osprey in nest. Full boat but still had lots of views and room. Thanks for a fun time
One of our spring break excursions! Highly recommend. The captain and first mate were so nice and informative. I live in St Pete and do this everytime I have guests in town. Love the great hour and a half on the water. And DOLPHINS who doesn't want to see dolphins!!! And there was a baby dolphin. It was magical. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!
Very enjoyable day . The weather cooperated and we were able to see several sightings of dolphins. The commentary on the houses was great. All in all it was a good value for money spent.
We had an awesome time at Hubbard's and saw several dolphins. Later enjoyed a delicious seafood plate for lunch at the restaurant with a discount and received free corn fritters. It was a very nice day@
Captain was very informative & funny. Answered every question from the passengers! Boat is clean & spacious, and you can stand up and move around the boat to see things from both sides! Not a bad seat on the boat!!! We saw many dolphins that played around our boat and put on an awesome show. Everywhere we turned, we saw dolphins!!!
Captain Zach and Brandy were great. Saw a bunch of dolphins and was a nice calm ride on the water. Definitely recommend
I booked this trip with my sister who lives nearby but has never done the Dolphin Quest! It was great. So many dolphins! What's more Captain Rick was a great skipper and even better we had Kirsten was so knowledgeable about the biology and ecology of dolphins. A great experience
Easy to book. Great Captain and first mate - very interesting and easy to see Dolphins and learn more about the history and local information. Amazing stories of hurricane effects. Would recommend.
