Destin Parasailing Experience

A little bit of a glitch in the beginning with the parachute but they fixed the problem. Very peaceful and serene when you are finally at the highest point in the air. Truly an amazing experience. 9/18/26

Take a towel and water. You can choose to have them dip you into the water or not. It was a blast! Great playlist and staff-don’t forget to tip them. Really so much fun-we would do it again!

Friendly staff, easy departure and arrival. Allowed enough time up in the air to enjoy spectacular view.

I was very disappointed I had no signal and did not know I had to arrive 45 earlier. We arrived at 11:15 my appointment was at 11:30 But due to the lady attending other clients did not notice us. We lost our reservation and she refused to give us a refund or reschedule

When I booked this adventure I wanted to make sure that u could do my sailing alone I was told I could by Viator rep but that wasn’t the case unfortunately . I still tipped the gentleman simply because they work hard and got us back safely.

The crew was amazing and kind. You could tell they were very experienced and enjoyed taking everyone out and just talking to us. I will definitely be doing this one again!

This experience was AWESOME! It didn’t cure me of my fear of heights but I had a great time and would definitely do it again! Wonderful crew (Caleb and Joel) highly recommend. So much fun!

The experience was fun, scary and exciting all at the same time! Lol The captain played a good a mix of music too for everyone to enjoy.

We had an absolute blast! The Captain was incredibly responsible when it came to safety. At 6'1" and 250 lbs, he expertly determined based on the wind conditions that I should parasail solo to ensure a safe and smooth ride. The first mate was also fantastic—very attentive to setting up and rigging each group of three safely. On top of that, they managed the boat's energy perfectly and took great photos of everyone's adventure. They even went above and beyond by sharing their local knowledge about dining and things to do in the area. I would do this again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The experience was more fun than I anticipated. It was very peaceful when you’re floating high in the sky. Our captain Caleb and Jay were both very nice and handled the boat with ease and made everyone on the boat feel comfortable. We all enjoyed the experience and walked away with very fond memories! Definitely 10/10!

We had an incredible experience parasailing in Destin, Florida! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. The views from up in the air were absolutely breathtaking, and the crew made the ride both fun and relaxing. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service really set them apart. Great experience SUPER NICE GUYS!!! I was Nervous at first but that quickly went away once in the air.

Definitely 10/10 recommend, they were so nice and very professional. From checking in to leaving everything was amazing. Also very plus size friendly, I felt so comfortable the entire time. Also great music the entire time

We had Captain Christian and Caleb. They were really great. They were humorous and very knowledgeable in what they do. They were very organized and worked methodically and held great conversation. Definitely a great experience and will return in the future!

My boyfriend and I had a blast on this excursion. The Captain Morgan and his staff were great!!! They gave us floats to float on, and knew which cooler was ours and would hand us our drinks from the boat to us in the water. Music was great!! All the food you could buy on the water was amazing! Chic Fil A, sushi, pizza, wings… the list goes on and on! 10/10!! Book it!!

The boys had a blast!!! The front desk was a little rude upon arrival. But I understand we all have bad days.

Horrible! Very Rude! I was running late 10 mins late because I drop my phone in the water at crab island & went to get another 1 so I had no way of calling them to communicate. I got there only 10 minutes late & she wouldn't even put me on the next excursion and wouldn't give me a refund & was very rude and unprofessional! I even explained what had happened & it was my birthday! I would GIVE THEM 0 STARS OF I COULD!

Our event was cancelled due to weather. Iamnow waiting on my refund. Disappointed at how long it’s taking to get my money back.

It was a great experience for everyone. We took 4 kids and 2 of them were very nervous. The staff was excellent! Explained what would happen as how it would feel enough so the didn’t with no tears….and everyone had so much fun. Got the full dip it was totally worth it!

An awesome experience! Could pick our “touchdown” and chose feet dip which was amazingly precise! We were in good hands—2 seaworthy Captains which were in full control. You just can’t beat the views from the air—ocean, beach and sky! A must do!

There was issues with booking day and time. Something went wrong in the system. We asked they change the date so we could still have the experience. They refused even though this wasn’t our fault. Viator forced them to refund us. She even called after being extremely rude and told me she was forced to refund us and would like to us to repay and still go. We went to another company!

Timely pick up and helpful in explaining what to expect and professional at all times but most of all fun!

From reception to completion of our trip was awesome. Captain Caleb and Jay ensured we had a great and memorable experience. I recommend purchasing the video or photos as the crew will make sure your special moments are captured. Crew dipped us in water with our tip toes and brought us back up, which really made our day. The receptionist was very kind and understanding. She received us as if we were the whole fo us of the tour... made us feel welcomed and very helpful. I have to command the Pelican Adventures employed great people and made our day unforgettable. Thank you for helping us when we needed help outside the scope of your duties and helping us thru our car locked out experience. Your kindness and welcoming attitude will always make us come back to Florida and to Pelican Adventures for more memorable experience. Thank you very much!

Our parasailing experience was canceled due to high winds. Thankful for safety first but was looking forward to it for sure. I hope the refund is processed smoothly as we were only in the area from Louisiana for one day.

Jay was a delight- ride was smooth and professional. Not too long but long enough to be worth it. Loved it!

It was a great experience. The flight was breathtaking and the takeoff/landing were incredibly smooth Caleb and Jay (?) were obviously experienced at this and put everyone at ease. This tour was the cheapest around too. Can't wait to do it again.

My son and I had a great time! The view was amazing and the company was very friendly. Only thing that was a bummer was the video card from the Gopro wasn’t very clear ( I’m assuming water somehow was covering the lens) so our video was hazy. For that price point it was a bummer to not have a clear video. But sometimes things like that aren’t anyways fault just an unfortunate.

The two gentlemen were so friendly and helpful. They created a great atmosphere with music and conversation. People pleasing by putting newbies at ease to calm nerves. Pelican Adventures has a two-person set up. I loved it. The crew were very competent and everything went off without a hitch. The crew were Jay and Christian.

Everything went great. My grandson and I had a great experience and we will come back again. The people running it, it was very nice,friendly and very helpful. The young guy was extremely nice.

Great experience, the captain Chris and first mate jay really knew what they were doing and made the whole experience entertaining and fun.
