I called ahead of my reservation to ask what the weight policy was. Viator gave me the wrong weight limit for my 2 grown sons and myself, so when we arrived only my son's could go. The helicopter people told me that I would be able to get a refund, but as I'm looking thru this app, I'm not allowed to receive a refund. This is a rip off app. Would not use the app again.

My husband and I were in Orlando celebrating our anniversary. We decided to go for a helicopter tour. This was both of our first time ever on a helicopter. Quinton was our pilot and he made it very enjoyable and fun. He has a great sense of humor and answered our questions very well. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone who has never been on helicopter. The views from the sky were incredible and it also started to rain which made it even more amazing .

It was very fun and romantic. I did the tour with my girlfriend and seeing everything from that height was awesome.

It was wonderful and very personalised. Very good price. The service was amazing and the pilot and the lady assisting with the whole thing were just wonderful.The weather was so windy but the pilot was in real control despite of the heavy winds, he really knew what he was doing. He took his time thoroughly explaining everything we were seeing. It was an amazing experience and I 100% recommend it.

This flight was for my daughter’s 7th birthday, and she absolutely loved it! Our pilot was amazing, and the flight itself was smooth and unforgettable. We also loved the photos Quinten took. This is a great introduction to riding in a helicopter. It feels as though you are riding in a toy but we felt safe.

Very pleased! Building/restrooms were very clean. Office lady very nice in explaining the different tours, what to expect, how to safely get in and out of helicopter. Helicopter looked newer, clean also, communication equipment worked well, could easily understand pilot and each other. My first ride-they made me feel totally at ease. Reasonably priced t-shirts saying “I survived my first helicopter ride” AND of course they took numerous pictures of us. However we had option of having 4 (I think) pribted or get all the pics emailed to us for same price of $25! We did this spur of the moment and it was one of my top experiences in the area!!

Absolutely love Maxflight Helicopter Services! My only regret is that we didn't do longer flights! Our pilot was great, he was funny and nice and gave a great tour! The staff was also very helpful and nice. The picture package was also totally worth it! Would absolutely recommend Maxflight to anyone interested in touring the Orlando/Kissimmee area!

Awesome ! Took my grandson he loved it. The pilot is super good with the kids. Their team is so professional and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you step in the place. They have snacks and lots of souvenirs to take home with you. We are already planning our next visit. Definitely recommend
