Great value with an incredibly peaceful kayak experience. No rushing but our guides encouraged us to wait and pointed out wildlife that allowed us to truly appreciate a different pace and beauty we may have missed! The clear kayaks were alot of fun. The tour was 2 hours or more. One guide Lilly was amazing. Lilly and Lisa were very welcoming. They explained what to expect and gave us bags to protect our phones from the water. Lilly spoke about the area and of course manatees. We were ablebto see 5 manatees close up, even though it wasn't manatee season. Lilly took us the Three Sisters Springs, we we were able to swim The water was crystal clear. It We had a great time.

We had a fantastic time on our kayak tour! Lillie was a wonderful guide, who was clearly invested in showing us the best places in the area while keeping us safe. A storm started rolling in about half-way through the tour - after we saw the springs but before the glow section - and she encouraged us to return to avoid the lightning. Because the tour wasn’t completed, the company provided a full refund! Despite the shortened tour, we had a great time and saw a spectacular sunset.

Kaceys Custom Adventures Crystal River: Three Sisters Manatee Clear Kayak Tour with Free Photos was by far the best tour of our trip. You should be somewhat knowledgeable about kayaking; however real experience is not required. Kyle (who just completed his doctorate-so proud of him) gave us an excellent safety briefing before our tour. Our family was a group of seven and two others joined us. Kaitlyn was tandem with me, so thankful because I was able to more enjoy the experience with her doing the navigation. We were told up front that manatees do not stay at Three Sisters during summer months and we did not see one. The experience at the Springs, however, was fantastic. We snorkeled (gear provided) the perfectly clear water and I was able to see all three springs with minimal swimming from one to the other. Besides the extremely excellent care that Kyle and Kaitlyn took of us, they also snapped pictures of our experience. A link to the digital pictures are texted at NO additional cost. My boyfriend and I had a great time with Kaitlyn! We were able to snorkel and see so many cool fish crabs and birds! She took us through the neighborhood and it was beautiful to see all the nice houses. Weather and water was great! Our first time at three sisters and we had the best time. Highly reccomend!

Lillie was an excellent guide. She was very patient with our group of inexperienced kayakers, including young kids. It was leisurely, pleasant, and beautiful. The Three Sisters with crystal clear water was the best part. We saw lots of wildlife along the way including a young manatee even though it's off season.

Our guide, Lillie, was awesome! We were there out of season foe seeing manatees, but Lillie worked really hard to locate some. She was friendly and knowledgeable- even gave us a great recommendation for a lunch spot. Even if we hadn't seen manatee, the Three Sisters Spring waters are beautiful! Totally worth the cost.
Despite a wet start, we decided to go ahead with our tour and ended up having the best time! Kyle was a great tour guide and his photos of our experience were a bonus. There were Manatees in the harbour before we even departed, and we were lucky enough to see more of them during our kayaking. We saw fish, turtles and watched dolphins feed. I highly recommend this tour!
While it was late in the manatee season we did see a mother child pair swimming near the three sisters springs. Kaitlyn was a terrific guide and was enthusiastic and well informed about the site and encouraging in the water! I look forward to my next adventure with Casey’s Tours.
This was some bucket list stuff for us, and it did not disappoint. We got to see so much of the wildlife while out. We saw several Manatees, a gator sunning itself (way far off from where we were at) turtles and fish! Our guide Kaitlyn was absolutely fantastic! She gave us history of the area, information about the manatees, and so much more. On a scale of 1 to Awesome, she blew the scale away with a fanfreakintastic. Thank you Kaitlyn. Well worth it!

I booked this trip and was really so excited. But it was absolutely nothing like what was pictured and what I was led to believe.The entire trip was through residential, totally residential neighborshoods. We saw three manatees. But it was overlycrowded with snorkelers and boats. Looking at the pictures that are in the ad, it does not depict what this tour is like at all. The only good thing about this trip was tour guide, heavenly. She was awesome. But I would not recommend this to anyone seeking an adventure.
Just had THE MOST awesome morning with Heavenly our tour guide, who was just terrific! Although out of season we saw manatees! Water was so clear, would highly recommend this tour!
We had a fabulous time on the river today with our tour guide, Lillie. She was so informative and knowledgeable. We were fortunate to see somewhere between 6 to 8 manatees on our tour. What an incredible experience! We will definitely be back for another tour.

Our family had an amazing time on the manatee kayak tour! Kaitlyn was outstanding—friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to point out wildlife, share interesting facts, and made sure everyone felt comfortable on the water. You could tell she truly cared about both the guests and the manatees. Our Guide, Lillie, is so kind and patient. She is very aware and well educated about the area. There are so many beautiful plants and flowers on the way. We went on April 28th and were able to see about four manatee. (Late in the season, so we very pleased to see 'so many'. I wish Lillie the very best with her continuing education and travel desires.

Our clear kayaking tour was absolutely unforgettable! Seeing several manatees up close in their natural habitat was something truly special—peaceful, surreal, and just breathtaking. Lilly, our guide, made the entire experience even better. She was incredibly informative, sharing so much about the manatees and the ecosystem, and her friendly, easygoing personality made everyone feel comfortable right away. She struck the perfect balance between education and fun—and we’re still laughing about her reminding us that manatees are definitely not good to eat! Excellent experience! I’m so glad my son and I had the opportunity to experience Three Sisters. The journey was easy and moderately paced. Although manatee season had just ended, we were able to see a few.
This was such a fun opportunity and would 100% do it again/recommend it! Out tour guide Kaitlyn, was so kind and insightful and provided us with fun facts about the wildlife, conservations efforts, and even some sun restaurant recommendations during our time out on the river. The kayak ride it’s self was smooth, as someone who has only been kayaking once before it made me want to purchase my own! While we did not see any manatees due to it being off season we still were able to experience the beauty of the Three Sisters Springs and even got some swimming time in. Our tour guide also served as a wonderful photographer and we were able to take some photos to remember our trip by! A wonderful way to spend your time out doors trying something new! It helps to have a guide especially because we weren’t familiar with the area. Would love to go back, Crystal River is so worth multiple trips! Bring on summer!
