Crab Island Pontoon Boat Rentals

Time flies for 4 hours. We had a great time and the boat was a great value. Wish we had more time but the time we had was a good time. Boat ran great and we had everything we needed. The guys who checked us in was wonderful and the guy who helped us come in was just as good. Great place to rent from.

So great. The whole system was easy. Everybody was so nice and we would definitely do it again when we come back to Destin.

The pontoon boat was nice but the sound system wasn’t working properly. Good thing we took a small JBL Bluetooth speaker. But boating down and around the island was really nice and relaxing. I would for sure doing it again.

This is a great day on the water with family! The staff were great at reviewing the boat and procedures as well as giving local highlights. We highly recommend this group, there are a lot out there, but this one stands out in service.

Overall experience was great. Thank you for providing a safe alternative for families/ friends to spend together beyond the usual tourist shop traps. If I had to give my two cents before launch of dock. Maybe a little more instruction on anchoring on crab island sand bar and re-docking boat upon trip completion. But overall, Josh did a great job & was very informative for first time boaters. Thank you thank you for a great boating experience.

This was our first time but it was an easy and fun experience. My son in law was our "Captain"and he did a great job! We were nervous at first but once we got going it was smooth sailing. We spent a half day ( 4 hours) at Crab Island. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. My daughter and son in law caught a pretty big catfish. We will definitely do this again on our next visit. I highly recommend!

The process was quick and seamless, although we would like to have known about the $600 hold &/or additional $69 insurance in advance versus day of at check in. Everybody was very nice, the equipment was in great shape and we thoroughly enjoyed Crab Island and the surrounding smaller islands and beaches. We can't wait to return!!!

After going back and forth with different options my husband and I decided to rent a pontoon boat ourselves for the afternoon. There is parking on site which is convenient. We noticed other places did not have parking so you would have to add another expense by ubering. The check in process was easy and the guys on the dock were attentive and helpful. We headed over to Crab Island first. It was relaxing and even with all the other boats it was still very enjoyable. Surprisingly there was a lot of food options. After a couple hours we decided to just drive along the coast line. We brought our own cooler, canned beverages, and food items. The check in spot does sell ice and other beverages in case you forget.

This was our first time out on the water as a family. They made it such a breeze, and we had an amazing time! Front desk staff and deck crew were very helpful.

4 hours was just the right amount of time. We got to go to crab island and explore a lot. It was great!

This company was fantastic from start to finish. The check-in process was incredibly fast, it took less than five minutes. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The young gentleman who explained how to operate the pontoon was knowledgeable, polite, and very kind. He made sure we felt comfortable and confident before heading out on the water. We visit Destin a couple of times a year and have rented from other local companies in the past, but after this experience, we’ll only be using this company going forward. The customer service was outstanding, and they made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and the time flew bye! I would recommend the 8 hour vs the 4. It took about 30 min to get there and 30 to get back so you only have 3 hours at crab island.

Great time exploring Crab Island and the other surrounding Islands. We had a great time; the pontoon boat we rented was clean and ran well. As a non-boat owner with little experience driving boats, it was much easier to navigate than I expected, and I would recommend this adventure. We had our family of 5, and there was plenty of room for 3 more. Our favorite part was exploring a few of the smaller islands near the doc. One thing of note, the midday traffic leaving Fort Walton to head back to Destin was no joke, would try to avoid that in the future.

My husband and I had an amazing time! Renting a pontoon was the perfect way to spend the day at Crab Island. We were able to relax, enjoy the beautiful emerald water, and take in the scenery at our own pace. The rental process was easy, and everything went smoothly. We will definitely rent a pontoon from Destiny Water Adventures again on our next visit to Destin. Highly recommended!

Great time at Crab Island. Check in was simple however, the crew assisting us with the boat was not informative as he should have been. He was a nice kid, but he was not very knowledgeable as he should have been. Would have been nice to have a dressing area for when your return the boats.

We had a great experience! It was fast and efficient to check in and get on the boat. We did 4 hours without a guide and it was super simple. Seth helped us get off and return with ease. He was super friendly. We had a great time and would definitely rent from here again!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their job and the water craft you rent, they’re also super helpful in finding places to go. The one and only complaint that I have is I wish the boats were in better condition some of them can honestly be considered dangerous and just need a little more love that’s all.

It was an experience we will never forget. Everyone was a lot of help. Will definitely do this again.

Staff weren’t polite at all I was speaking to them and they were ignoring me and my family and we were speaking to them and check out was and is very much unorganized.

Everything was great Except the boat broke down and stopped working on the way back to the deck. They came right away to assist. Crew were great and helpful.

Clean boat, very helpful and instructional hosts. Boat was easy to maneuver for us and we rarely drive a boat.

They were very friendly and make everything so simple. The directions were easy. We enjoyed every minute it was an awesome experience. We will be back next year!

We rented a pontoon for our group of 12 for an awesome day at Crab Island. The tour company was outstanding. The employees who helped us with our boat, directions and recommendations were awesome. Everyone was very friendly and gave us great places to stop that would not be so crowded. Great time spent at Crab Island. I highly recommend Destiny Water Adventures and would use them again.

Great experience. I would caution everyone to make sure waivers and licenses are completed prior to arrival or this may delay your start time. It can get crowded so getting in and out is important. The staff were pretty friendly. We had no issues with the boat and had a great time at Crab Island.

Even though the weather was cloudy with some rain. We enjoyed our trip to crab Island. Water was beautiful and weather was warm.

We have rented boats before through another vendor and we swore we would never go back. It was because this vendor had such great ratings and reviews we agreed to try a new company. I am so glad we did! From the very beginning with all of the confirmation info to the check-in process to the dock, was phenomenal! While Sam was checking us in, she noticed the throttle was stalling, so she immediately said. I’m not sending you all out in this! I felt 100% comfortable knowing she had our back? Great company! We will be back!

The service was good but more expensive than others which was fine with if the quality was better. I called the day before to confirm reservation details and they were apparently slammed and I waited on hold for 40 minutes before I called on another line and eventually got help. We rented two boats for our group of 20 people and one of the boats was nice while ours was pretty rough. Seats were ripping, metal Bent to where the door wouldn’t close on the front of the pontoon and the engine sounded like it was having some problems. It was also very slow compared to the other pontoon. Overall, we still had a good day but the boat definitely needed some attention.

It was an amazing experience. We got there kind of late so we went to a different island near the dock and it was beautiful! No shells unfortunately but that was no biggie. Boat was clean and very nice. Speakers sounded great. Kids had a blast.

The team was fabulous! We rent through Destiny Water at least once a year, and will keep going back! The free cooler is always a plus, and they make boarding and boarding process super easy! Always a fun time! Can’t wait for next year!
