This clear kayak tour was one of the best things we've done in Florida! The spring-fed water at Merritt's Mill Pond is unbelievably clear, and paddling in a see-through kayak makes you feel like you're floating on glass. We could see fish, turtles, and swaying underwater grass right beneath us, surrounded by gorgeous cypress trees. Our guide was fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable about the springs and local wildlife, and great at making everyone feel comfortable, even beginners. Check-in was easy and well organized, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Great value for such a unique experience. Bring a waterproof phone case because you'll want photos of everything! Highly recommend to anyone visiting

Elijah was our tour guide a Florida native 22 year-old fountain of knowledge. Friendly and funny. He reminded me of Forrest Gump but with a much higher IQ. Gorgeous pond with plenty of places to hop out and take a swim. Underwater caves, we saw 2 cave divers scuba diving. End of September seems to be an ideal time of year here. Cool breeze a little overcast water was a tolerable cold temperature.

Great experience. Views were amazing. Springs and cave were so cool. Definitely would do again. Out giude, Three was super friendly and very informative. 100 % recommend.

He is an amazing guide! He gave us the whole tour with a smile and explaining us everything through the day, my friends talk Spanish and he tried to communicate with us talking in Spanish too. So lovely and friendly!

Erhen was very nice to kids and adults alike, the history of the lake was interesting and the caves and the swimming hole made it great, though I don’t like deep water it was cool.

We are local, but had never done a kayak tour in Merrit’s Mill Pond. It did not disappoint at all. Beautiful water and scenery. Elijah was our guide and did a great job. He is local and very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and the ecosystem. We had a blast.
