Had a wonderful experience on the 2 hr Eco-tour. Our tour guide Steven was amazing, very knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. We saw several manatees, turtles, jumping fish and various birds❤️

Zach was our guide and was wonderful and full of information about the animals and the area. He gave us ideas of places to go after our tour was over and it made for a very enjoyable day.

The guide jox was excellent. The manatees not so much. The guide did find some manatees for us to see. And one did come up by the side of our kayak. The workers were super nice. But the water was not clear on the day and I didn't think the manatees sighting were as advertised.

If you get a chance, go at Cypress, she’s awesome. She has a lot of knowledge about manatees and about the river that we kayak in.

We had a great time! Saw lots of manatees, a baby alligator, a dolphin, and lots of interesting other fish and underwater surprises. Be sure to bring your own sunscreen and use it, even if it looks a bit overcast above.

We were looking forward to this trip since my niece has not seen see all the manatee huddled together at three sisters springs. We did not get to see them this trip . We stayed in the lagoon where everyone was at , crowded . Seen a few manatee scattered about . Wasted 2 hours just looking at birds and her talking about the springs . This was more like a nature tour , not a manatee excursion. Definitely not worth what we paid .

We had a wonderful time today with Cypris, our guide, and several other folks. We paddled around King's Bay and were lucky to see several manatees swimming and resting among all the people, kayaks, etc. The manatees are so calm and sweet. Cypris explained thoroughly how to respect their safety and privacy. I feel privileged to have been close to these lovely, peaceful animals.

Wonderful tour for our family with two kids, ages 7 and 10. In March, the weather was cool, but the sun was warm and pleasant, and the number of manatees we saw was excellent. I would say having some minimal experience piloting a canoe is good because you will be expected to navigate swimmers and boats, and sometimes avoid animals quickly.

We had Jax as our guide and she was great! We got to see lots of manatees in the clear water. She was super knowledgeable about the animals and showed us lots of good spots. I’d highly recommend this tour company. :)

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area. She did her best for us to see manatees. Because of the warm day (85 degrees) we were only able to see a momma and her baby. Will definitely go back.

Although we missed the manatees we still had a great tour with Steven! His knowledge about the area and the great weather made for a fun trip. Thank you!

We drove 2 hours from Orlando expecting a peaceful 3-hour nature kayaking tour through scenic waterways to observe manatees. Unfortunately, the experience was very different from what was advertised. Most of the tour took place in residential canals and marinas between private boats and houses rather than in natural areas. It felt more like paddling through people’s backyards than exploring nature. The guide talked almost nonstop about unrelated personal topics instead of focusing on wildlife or the environment. At times it felt like he was trying hard to make ordinary things like jumping fish seem exciting. We did eventually see a few manatees, but they were surrounded by multiple snorkelers chasing them, which was honestly sad to watch rather than enjoyable. The tour was also about 2 hours on the water instead of the advertised 3 hours, and at the end we were asked to wait for photos taken by the guide, which seemed to count as part of the tour time. We were also charged an additional $5 launch fee and $10 parking on top of the $80 tour price. Overall, the experience felt very commercial and far from the relaxing nature tour that was advertised. Had we known the route would be mostly through residential marinas, we would not have booked.

Our Guide Jax was great. We saw several manatees. Loved the clear kayaks. Next time led sunset trip is planned.

We were lucky to see 8 manatees. It was fun to be in a clear kayak and impressive to be able to see through the clear spring water.

It was a fun experience. It takes 2 hrs. You have to paddle near some boats so make sure you are aware of paying attention and staying with your group. Bring a hat and apply sunscreen prior to the tour. All employees were friendly and helpful

Jax, our guide was great. She navigated the river extremely well and got us into position to see several manatees. She was also very knowledgeable about the river and the wildlife in and surrounding it. The only negatives were the weather wasn't fully cooperative. It was overcast and windy so it made it somewhat difficult to see into the water and the paddling a little more tricky. There were also quite a few other excursions going on the same time as our's so we had to work around them also.

Jax was amazing. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took us to the perfect spots to see manatees!

This was an awesome tour! Steven is the absolute best ever!!! We saw manatees and even smelled the manatee's fart! Steven was so helpful and very patient with me since this was my first time in a kayak!

Had such a wonderful time we ended up seeing a couple of manatees and we went to 7 different spots to see them swimming and eating , Steven was amazing he went way out of his way to make sure we had a great time definitely coming back next year !!!

Super fun and chill tour! Cypress was a fantastic guide. Started and ended the tour with manatee sightings.

We arrived in Crystal River 1 week after most of the Manatees had gone back to the Gulf but our guide said there were still a few hanging around the area. We followed her around in our kayaks for a long period of time while she told us random things about the area. I finally had to ask her if we were going to try to find manatees since that is what we paid $80 each for and she said she didn't know where they would be. Huh? I thought that was why we paid for a guided tour and were not just floating around on our own. She got annoyed with me because I did let her know, I don't care about the "fun facts" of the area - I was just out there to see manatees and I wish I had known we were going to just be randomly floating around for a couple hours before the trip started. The water was also very dark (not green like the pictures) so you could not see anything in the glass bottom kayaks or from your sitting position. Once the manatees go back out to see it stirs up the water so its no longer clear - something to keep in mind if anyone decides to go out looking for sealife there. The entire waste of time cost each of us $100 because you also have to pay for parking and a per person launch fee.

Great tour, Ayanna was very insightful throughout the whole experience. We were able to see manatees (mom and calf), alligators, turtles, and sea otters. Very relaxing pace with many spots to check out. Ayanna was great answering all our questions thoroughly. Would come again!
