Loved the idea but was expecting more. The tracks are fun to ride and appropriate per age group. One ride for the price seems ok. The part that could have been better was the arcade deal. The game card allows for 1 hour game play, for certain games, and no tickets are earned so no prizes. My kids were super disappointed.
Great , even for a solo traveler
Great day here, the staff were great , they even gave my grandson a free bear and extra points for his birthday. They were all friendly and helpful. It was a expensive day but the staff made it enjoyable
A great afternoon spent here loads to do and good helpful staff. Several racing tracks for all ages and loads of machines available
My son was threatened by another guest during laser tag. The man said “do you want me to kill you for real?” Management gave us a partial refund and let the other guy stay because it was a “he said she said” situation. Buyer beware. We should have called the cops.
Good experience with a spouse or kid. Had a blast. Will do it again in the near future. Good place to have fun.
You still have to book a time with the desk normally an hour to wait. You need to sign a waiver at the check in point before going to the desk. They keep stopping you or slowing you down so I just got the hang of it and the race was over which wasn’t what I expected
We were here our annual marriage retreat and had a great time. The price was right only if there could be 2 laps versus 1.
Excelent service! The best ive had in a long time. I always had a smile in my face with them!!! I will be coming back. John B. And Mj
It was fun but also very expensive, definitely has everything for a family to do , , bars, games , go karts , don’t think i would return because of crowds
We had a great time bowling and eating food. Our server Krystal was well informed about the menu and made suggestions based on what we felt like eating. The buffalo wings were great that she recommended along with the blue cheese and fries and soda. A good waiter can make or break the food experience. Krystal made the food experience great and the bowling was fun with the large screens above it. Must visit!
The carting, 7D and other premium experiences were really great. The track is fantastic and totally worth it. However, the facility as a whole is understaffed and chaotic. The employees all seemed unhappy to be there, and we actually had to leave the site to get something to eat & drink because we could not get anyone to wait on us. I don’t know if it was an especially busy day or if that’s just how it is, but they really need to hire more people.
Staff is not friendly. Our check in experience with andrea was not pleasant
This is a great place for adults and kids alike! There are a ton of games to play, bowling, karting, and good food. Great place to get out of the heat or spend an evening just having fun. Highly encourage you too book karting experiences before you arrive.
Absolutely awesome time. We did the Races, laser tag, 7D experience and played tons of arcade games! Great way to spend my daughter’s birthday.
Had a good time for my son’s 20th birthday at this venue. What’s great is that there are so many things to do. We enjoyed laser tag, karting, arcade games and mini bowling. We also had a private room for 1 hour to celebrate. They do have a minimum spend of $500 on Fridays for a private event. It’s $1500 minimum spend on Saturday. The great part was that when you have an event you have set times to do all events and the coordinators are awesome. The food is a bit inflated in pricing.. $30 for a pizza is high. The Kids loved the wings and pizzas. The drinks were inconsistent… some cocktails good and some not so good and watered down. Overall it’s a huge place packed with tons of things to do and I recommend.
I bought my tickets, I paid more expensive than if I had bought it at the same place that still gave me the right to go twice and cheaper directly on site
It was okay. Food was good, allen was a good host. the arcade games was very limited. go karting needs more rules.
We had so much fun!!! If I could give 10 stars I would . I would definitely recommend. Other travelers should be ready to have fun .
Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Orlando is the place where friendships are tested, egos are humbled, and everyone suddenly believes they have professional racing instincts. From the moment you walk in, the energy is loud, flashy, and unapologetically competitive. This is not a casual hangout. This is a challenge. Let us start with the go karts, because that is why you are really here. These electric karts are fast. Not theme park fast. Not polite fast. Actual fast. The kind of fast that makes you grip the wheel like it owes you money and whisper motivational speeches to yourself in every turn. By lap two, you are convinced everyone else is cheating. By lap three, you are demanding a rematch. The track is smooth, well designed, and just technical enough to make you feel skilled while still exposing your bad decisions. There is always that one friend who talks trash beforehand and then spends the entire race discovering walls. Justice is swift here. When you are not racing, the arcade steps in to finish the job. It is massive and filled with games that instantly turn grown adults into competitive children. You will tell yourself you are only killing time until the next race. This is a lie. You are now emotionally invested in winning tickets for a prize you do not need and will never use. Laser tag gets intense for no good reason. Bowling becomes serious business. VR reminds you that balance is optional until it is not. Every corner of this place exists to remind you that self control is a myth. The food is solid, comforting, and perfectly timed for recovery between adrenaline spikes. Burgers, snacks, and drinks arrive just when you need them, especially if your race performance requires emotional support. The bar deserves special recognition for helping people process their lap times with dignity. Andretti Orlando is loud, chaotic, fast paced, and ridiculously fun. It is perfect for groups, dates, families with older kids, or anyone who thinks they are a better driver than reality suggests. You will leave energized, slightly sore, and already planning who you are challenging next time. Highly recommended. Helmets on. Pride optional.
It felt very disorganized. You can go in the morning but not get a slot until much later in the day. It would be helpful to be able to reserve by time ranges. My son enjoyed it otherwise.
We brought our 10 year old grandson here on a rainy day and it exceeded all expectations! Sharp facility, very professional and well run! He loved it! We highly recommend
Fun for family and friends. This place is good for all ages. Make Viator doesn’t charge you twice the didn’t that me and told me will follow up via email. I’m still waiting on a refund.
It was so fun I don’t remember who the manager dude was but he was super cool also the dude that told me ab his daughters playing it takes two was also super cool 10/10
THIS IS ONLY FOR GO CARTING NOTHING ELSE I had found out when I went. Nothing else is included just a FYI.
It s a very fast and fun ride. It is not a go kart, but much more. It was so much like driving on a real track. I do not like speed but enjoyed it.
Could have used more detailed and personalized on-site orientation to what our package included and where the games, rides etc were and our capacity of usage of a given attraction. Help laying out a itinerary while on-site. Higher-level go-kart and 3D shooting room were by far most engaging for my 13 yr old grandson.
Very fun, and not to crowded! Plenty of options on arcade! Sky bar! Bowling and go carts! Would definitely recommend for birthdays or first time activities
I was awful until I had the pleasure of having Melvin Sena who help me greatly with my time at Andretti Karting. Melvin went out of his was to make my experience better. Please k ow this young man is an AWESOME ASSET to any business he works for or runs.
Checking was a nightmare… clerk was confused, unaware of what to do, 2 mangers needed to help her, she couldn’t read the voucher. Clerk was so involved with the main manager in the white shirt about her nails instead of engaging with us at check in. Multiple manager needed to step in…. 20-25 minutes for check in was insanely ridiculous. On the other hand, the karting, food, and gaming once we were in was fun and exciting.
I paid around 90 for 2 people to have 1 go kart ride and an hour of arcade games with no tickets. V fun experience but pretty pricey for what it is. Overall, would go again.
Our first time at Andretti was fantastic thanks to the incredible front desk staff. Lili was so fun, friendly, and helpful—she answered all my questions and made using a coupon super easy. When my 4-year-old lost her game card, Jeff, the manager, stepped in right away. He replaced the card and honored our discount with no hesitation. Both Lili and Jeff made us feel very welcomed . Great customer service—we’ll definitely be back!
I only put a one star because this app doesn't allow to go forward without a star being selected. This doesn't deserve any stars. My 10 yr and 10 month kid and I are very disappointed in the race they assigned him to. the smaller children that looked like they were 4 and 5 yr olds went faster. He had the pedal all the way down and barely moved. It was ridiculous. I wasn't even able to use my voucher for the race because my kid wasn't allowed to go on the same track. I certainly wasnt going to leave him with total strangers.
Think of this space as a ALL IN ONE entertainment venue. There were arcade games, indoor race cars, and bowling. There are several ticketing options available to purchase as a package. The one we chose include arcade games for an hour and about 45 mins of race car driving. The arcade and other games were typical to what you’d see and play at a boardwalk. However, more than 50% of them were either out of service or not available to play with our package. It limited us to just a handful of games which was highly disappointing. Luckily the games we did play were played over and over again. After an hour of game time we got in line to drive the race cars. There is a 5 min instructional video that all participants must watch, then you’re given a cap and a helmet. After being assigned a car, get strapped in you’re ready to go! I drove a bit slow so I’d say I got to drive about 6 laps. I’m sure other for in about 8 laps. It was a ton of fun and most of all my daughter enjoyed it!
Great experience, staff was excellent minus the white woman with the short blonde hair cut,who appeared to be a supervisor, and just gives you a nasty look and stare all damn day. She walked passed me three times I said hello and not a peep came out her mouth but stared me down like I was some type of criminal! Other than that I give the experience five stars.
Too loud. Grandkids loved it though. A lot of games to play. The race experience was amazing! The noise level was ridiculously loud.
It was overall great. We got the good package but not many games you can play with the hour but it was great new experience.
We were visiting Kissimmee for our annual Mecum Auction trip that just so happens to coincide with my husband's birthday. We discovered Andretti Indoor Karting & Games when searching for fun things to do on the internet. What a fun filled way to start my husband's birthday celebration! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot and saw this huge impressive building featuring 2 Andretti race cars outside, we were exciting about our choice of starting our day. When we walked through the front door we were warmly greeted by the facilities Assistant General Manager James, who upon learning it was our first visit, gave us a guided tour of the complex to insure we could take advantage of ALL the amenities it offered. What an incredible fun filled gem we discovered!! James got us set up in their system, brought us around to share the countless state of the art games many of which we had never seen before, then brought us to the sweet girl who described the many different packages they offered. He then introduced us to John, the kind bartender who also after enjoying some of the games/activities, was our server when we decided to give their kitchen a shot. We knew we wanted to try the Racing Track, as it was the main reason we decided to visit, but before that, we decided to try the 7D Experience, which reminded me of a ride we would wait hours in line to ride at Universal or Disney. We tried 2 of the 3 different experiences, Carnival and Zombie. Such incredible graphics with moving/shifting seats that added to the experience! The young man who was working that attraction could not have been any nicer (shame on us for not remembering his name!). We then enjoyed different arcade games, some favorites and some new, before hitting the track. My husband went twice, as his competitive nature made him want to improve his time!! After working up an appetite, and James stating the items on their extensive menu were made from their Scratch Kitchen, even having a wood fire pizza oven visible in the large festive nicely decorated dining area, we decided to give it a try as he was spot on with everything else he told us about this place!! NEVER expected to have such high quality delicious food from a gaming center, but clearly, management made sure EVERY aspect of their business would leave their guest looking forward to their next visit. John shared with us that the chicken tenders were breaded per order...no pre-packaged frozen chicken here, and my husband was thoroughly impressed. We also had delicious Spinach Artichoke Dip served in a hot skillet with freshly made chips, and delicious sweet potato waffle fries! All served with John's genuine smile. Unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of their bowling alleys, which looked very inviting as well!! I highly encourage those looking for a way to spend a few hours, half a day, or an evening in a fun-filled, exciting, clean, spacious place to give Andretti Indoor Karting & Games a try...I am confident you will be warmly welcomed and truly appreciated for stopping in. My husband and I will, without question, put this on our to-do list EVERYTIME we are in the Orlando/Kissimmee area!! Thanks for the AWESOME time and for making my husband's birthday more memorable!!
It was fun but the prices are a bit high (even Disney parks and escape rooms are cheaper per hour) and the carts were a little slow at some straightaway's, but you don't max out the cars speed too often. It was really fun nonetheless and I would recommend more over k1 speed if you're with a group because k1 speed does not allow people to go at the same time.
Amped up Dave & Busters, a bit louder and no restaurant area. It was an enjoyable time. We weren’t able to enjoy the laser tag because they were all reserved so it would be a good idea to check availability before going!
Terrible attendant for gokarting. Karts slowed down multiple times throughout until there was no point anymore. Left halfway through the race
Great drinks and vibes. All the staff was extremely friendly. The duck pin bowling….though not bowling is fun and only 5 bucks an hour. In Orlando that is a massive bargin.
Beware! I spent 3 days in the hospital because I was t-boned by an erratic driver and suffered multiple broken ribs, among other injuries. The employee who was overseeing the track told me the person who hit me had been driving “crazy”……yet he did nothing to stop him.
Love the experience, The go kart was by far my top pick / choice. Love that I got an hr card to play in the arcade by using this app. Usually you would pay to top up the card but it won’t be for an hr. The perks are much better booking with aviator. Andretti 10/10.
The kids and I enjoyed the kart racing it was so much fun. They also enjoyed the Tag game and many of the arcade games.
The most Amazingly Experience place that I have ever been too. I enjoyed the arcade games, go karts and the food. You will not be disappointed
I do not want to be the one to give a place a horrible review. The venue is amazing but some of the staff was incredibly rude. This place is only worth visiting in a break glass emergency (Rain). They need to revisit the value of a customer, yikes.
Took my 11 year old son as a surprise date all the way from Tampa. When I get there they tell me he cannot do the intermediate race because he is not 12 years old. But online and EVERY WHERE inside the facility it says "Required 54" tall. RECOMMENDED minimum age: 12 years old." My son is 59" tall and he turns 12 in 2 months. I have had friends who came with their tall 9 year old and no problem. It is not REQUIRED that they be 12 years old. But no matter what, they insisted he had to be 12 years old. So they made me purchase a junior race ticket so they could "observe" him. He literally raced with 5 other 7 year olds who kept slamming into him (which is against the rules). No one watched him. I had to just find a guy outside to put in the computer that he was good to go. Then we had to stand in the long line again and purchase for him to do the intermediate race with me. But from the beginning they slowed his car down. Everyone passed him and he was only able to complete 7 of the 8 laps he was supposed to get. He never hit another car, never hit a wall (he couldn't! He was going at a crazy slow pace!). Worst experience ever. Worst customer service ever. Ruined a surprise date night with my son. Would never go back there again. Wasted my money on this place. I tried contacting corporate to discuss their "recommended age 12 years) but it is impossible to talk to corporate.
Karts were extremely fun!! Kids had a great time in the arcade as well. They enjoyed the entire experience.
