America's Escape Game: Crisis At 1600

This was our first escape room experience and Tati and the crew made it great. It was only my daughter and me, so we did not escape but the service was so amazing and the game so fun that we will be back. Great fun, great people and a great memory for our vacation.

Tatiana made our experience so much more fun. She explained everything in great detail, and was a lot of fun as our game master!

Great time, well worth the price! Working as a team we completed the game before the time ran out. Recommend the heist room!

We had a fun time. It was challenging for a first time escape room visitor and we did need a couple clues, but we made it out!

Could not attend the escape room as booked as they said the system did not show our booking and therefore did not allow us to participate. Still awaiting update on refund!

What a fantastic escape room! We booked “Crisis at 1600” for my birthday, it was also my son’s very first escape room experience and he could barely maintain his excitement! Tati was so very encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive along the way. She guided us through the process, helped us with clues and explained the thinking process afterwards. ♥️ Steven and the team also sent me a very lovely gift after we escaped with 3 minutes remaining. Went with husband, 17 year old daughter, and 13 year old son. The puzzles were engaging and challenging. Everyone was into it. We did need to use some clues along the way in order to make it through. Staff was helpful, which made it a great experience. Great family event. Would do it again.

We love this escape room company! We have completed two rooms so far with them and thoroughly enjoyed each one! The crisis at 1600 had a little more locks and puzzles than the contract but both had a great flow and storyline. Will definitely recommend them!

Had an amazing time with my wife for our first escape room during our honeymoon. the staff was great as well, would definitely go again.

We had such a great time trying to save the world from missile attacks. Some puzzles were harder than others, which is great when you have ages 8 - 68. We had an awesome experience. This is my second time and my husbands third. We will be back to try to escape another room.

Great time!!! Challenging but not impossible. We had kids with us, ages 8 and 11. They were both able to participate and solve many clues. Hosts were great and gave just the right amount of clues to nudge us along. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time experiencing an escape room and it was a blast !!! Steven did an awesome job ..he had a great personality and made the experience one to die for! I was scared out of my mind but I would deff do it again ..great birthday gift

We did this as part of my daughters Bachelorette Party night and it was 9 of us. We had so much fun! Its a challenge which we all liked and we all worked together and got out with a little help of 3 clues and 3 min left on the clock lol. Would definitely recommend!

We had an awesome time. Our host Lorenzo and game tour Lauren was amazing. We will definitely be returning. We don't live in orlando but we stay coming here!!!

Having done majority of escape rooms in the Orlando area expectations were set, and we were unfortunately very disappointed. The room felt more like a chore then an escape experience. We would unlock certain areas and suddenly had 50 different pieces to work with at once. The puzzles weren't challenging just tedious work and all around just lazy. Again, unfortunately it was the worst escape room experience we have had simply because of how the room is designed and the puzzles. Staff were pretty friendly, and the complimentary water is a nice touch.

Had a great time even though we didn’t escape. Very challenging and worth the time. We were seconds from escaping.

So much fun! My family and I did the Tomb room. Please don’t pick this room if your group has kids in it that don’t listen lol we didn’t make it out! Team work makes the dream work!

The game masters were very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and made the experience a breeze. The puzzles were tough and it was a great adventure. This was the most immersive room I have seen out of my many years of doing escape rooms. Fantastic job!

Lauren, Steven, Valeria, and Joseph are the best people. Lauren and Valeria are the best at giving little nudges here and there, but they also make you laugh along with them. We did four (4) escape rooms in one day and while we didn’t think we would spend all day there, it was amazing! We had such a blast I highly recommend it. The people are just as great as the rooms are. If you do any of the high intensity scary ones, make sure to use the bathroom first because Steven will scare everything out of you in the best way! It was such a great time and we all had a blast. We loved our time there!

Our family went to celebrate some of our birthdays and we totaled 11 and went into two rooms and we enjoyed every moment. I recommend it and you will enjoy it!

Went for my sons 12th birthday with a group of his friends. Had an amazing time staff was pleasant and friendly and made sure my son and his friends had a blast. Valeria was our host and she was fabulous, the kids danced down the hallways because they were so proud they worked together to escape! Will definitely be planning my younger sons birthday their and request Valeria.

The rooms were setup nicely. Hard but realistic. Great experience. Will be back with larger group. Should be fun

The escape room was so innovative and challenging. We had a great time and the host was very friendly too

We decided to give this place a chance. Our daughter has her favorite company and is pretty stuck on them..but with a groupon and having a larger group than just our family of 4–got us to convince her to try this place. I must add what another review said about the Groupon..when you put in the code, you will still be charged taxes. This information belongs in the fine print on Groupon and the company should contact Groupon to have them include this. So this was a negative point. Another one was the general feeling that it was just not very „clean“ or a bit run down, is maybe a better word. The game itself was one that we would probably not have finished in time as a family of 4. We had another family that we wanted to play with, this would have been very expensive at our favorite company. There were a number of pretty extensive „problems“ which one needs so many players have them spilt up into smaller 2-3er groups to solve these problems. There was 1 or 2 things that did not work smoothly..we were given tips in those cases and asked for a couple of hints. We made it out with probably less than 2 minutes. It was a good experience and for our daughter, it just really cemented that she has her favorite escape room company and this did not come close for her. I think we would only return if they were to have an incredible deal on playing.

From beginning to end it was fun and exciting. Great way to celebrate my niece's 11th birthday. She and her friends had a blast.

Hosts were friendly, and helpful. Very challenging but had lots of laughs with the family trying to escape. We didn't escape but had fun trying. They have their own parking. Will definitely go back to try other rooms.

We went for a work function and we had an amazing time. It was definitely more challenging that we thought but luckily the staff was helpful. Josh did an amazing at explaining the game to us and Norbert was the voice of God and he was great and patient!

Nice staff and the escape was very interesting. Required a lot of thinking and team work. I would go back again to finish the room.

Gives you a Headache. Not an exciting game. They let in children as young as 7 and charged the whole fees.

Spent an hour driving to a location that was closed. TripAdvisor took my money but can’t reimburse me for the time gas and effort it took to go to a location that was closed for the holiday even though it took my reservation and money. Super disappointed.

LOVE THIS GAME PLACE. I will be coming back. The lovely lady at the front desk was super helpful and courteous. Escape was sooo good. I’m addicted now! We did Pandemic then Crisis at 1600 the next night.

My team had a great time and provided the teamwork and collaboration that we needed to help connect on a professional level. Great challenge!

We had a great team building exercise after a team meeting. We had a great time working with each other to look for clues. Agent J and the other team members were really great! I would definitely try out another escape room theme again.

Enjoyed this experience so much. It was challenging and took us a while to put things together and may have made it out of the room with extra people. However, we all had a really great time!

Amazing experience! We had our son's 9th birthday there, with 9 kids and 1 adult in the Crisis at 1600 Escape Room. They escaped with 3 minutes left and had a great time doing so! We will definitely be back for another adventure!

We went to Crisis at 1600 as a group and had the room all to ourselves. The different aspects of the puzzles and mind tricks along with high number of tasks to complete allowed everyone to participate. Some escape rooms leave the two dominant personalities to take over but this room allowed us to all take over something and work together as a team. Shout out to DJ & Andy. I was in Orlando with my volleyball team and we needed something fun to do. “Crisis at 1600” was the perfect thing for us!! It was easy enough to keep us moving along, and challenging enough to keep us engaged. Definitely a fun afternoon event to do with 10 people!! A lot of escape rooms only allow a maximum of 8 ... I am so happy that America’s Escape Game had the option for TEN people!! Everyone had a job to do in order for us to escape, and no one was left out of the loop !! Great experience and the rooms were not small and claustrophobic like some other places that I have been to! Definitely Two Thumbs Up for sure !!!

This is a great place we went as a company team building and we had so much fun. From the moment you walk in until you leave the whole experience is great and fun. The staff is friendly and it is very clean.

Really good escape game. Agent J was great! We had a party of 6 (4 first timers) and were able to solve in about 52 minutes The staff were very helpful the entire time. *Possible Spoilers below* * * * The clues/puzzles relied heavily on finding the combinations to various locks (as most escapes rooms do) but the clues/puzzles were unique enough that nothing felt repetitive. There was one part in particular that was very unique and fun.
