We had a great experience with Captain Chris. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to make sure we saw alligators despite it being a hot and sunny day. He was able to answer all our questions about the Everglades - its flora and fauna. We would definitely recommend him if you need to take the Everglades Tour.
It’s a low key relaxing boat ride through the Everglades. Captain Chris was very informative about the plants and wildlife we saw. We saw many birds, a couple of alligators and many tiny ones.

We wanted to book solo and system said there was no availability. So we can to book 2 and then split later between us….it was an inconvenience. The tour was very informative, but we only saw 2 alligators…..a head of an alligator as he came up to eat a fish and one swimming far from the boat…..unable to capture or see an alligator close up. It was a worthwhile trip just riding around for 90 minutes and getting information.
Captain Chris and Yvette did a a good job of showing us local wildlife and plants. They answered all of our questions and were very friendly. Cost was reasonable for the length of time and the atmosphere.

Wonderful customer service. I miscaluated my time and was not going to make it in time for the tour. Customer service was so gracious and allowed me to swich to another day. The day of the tour was wonderful. It was so relaxing and I learned fun facts about the everglades. The boat crew were kind and knowledgeable. Although the trip was cut short due to mother nature (lightening strike) safety first. I enjoyed myself and if I'm ever in the area again will definitely do another a tour. Its affordable, relaxing and fun.
Captain Chris was great! We actually ended up on the airboat and had an awesome time. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the lake/lagoon.
The guides are very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour took us out on the lake, where we saw some alligators, exotic birds, vegetation, and other wildlife. We enjoyed the experience of overall.
What an awesome tour, Captain Chris and Meredith were great tour guides pointing out the birds and alligators, all about the plants and flowers growing in the water and some of its history. Great for young and old alike , very comfortable boat with plenty of seating and shade. Highly recommended
Guides/Captains were very knowledgeable. We learned a lot. They even answered all of the questions we had a long the way. Great scenery and views. We saw a couple alligator and some beautiful birds, but nature is nature, so keep in mind you aren’t guaranteed to always to see things and I am sure the experience varies trip by trip.
Chris was very knowledgeable, and spoke to us all about this unique eco system. Saw a lot of alligators and a large variety of bird life. I would highly recommend this trip.

Captain Chris knows the wildlife and where the gators are, they may not cooperate but that's wildlife. Also, be prepared for some great local trivia.

It was great. It was too hot for the gators to be out but we got to see a couple heads in the water. The hosts were very knowledgeable about the area and animals as well. They kept us entertained.
Nice and relaxing. Didn't see a whole lot but it was nice. Saw the top of a couple alligators which was cool.
Had a fun tour and learned alot about the ecosystem there. Capt. Chris and deck hand Meredith were super insightful. The snail hawk ( most endangered bird of prey), spotted gar and alligators were super cool to see! Only wished we could have gotten closer to the alligator but you can only get so close so you don't harass the wildlife.
The captain was very knowledgeable and the trip was excellent . I would certainly recommend this trip for someone interested in learning about the wildlife and ecology of the Everglades.
My family and I really enjoyed this excursion! We saw 3 gators and many different birds plants and other vegetation and got stories on each. The boat ride was relaxing and Chris, our guide was knowledgable and fun. Would do this again next time we come to central Florida.
The captain ( think he was called Chris) and the young lady were very friendly and informative. It was a comfortable seated boat with a canopy keeping off the heat which was a real bonus. We saw lots of different birds and a few alligators .
Very informative, it is a covered boat ride to beat the heat. Saw at least 15 gators and many birds in their natural habitat. Just awesome!

Such a nice experience out on the lake. We saw several gators and many types of birds. The boat was comfortable and the captain was knowledgeable. I was grateful to find an activity I could do with my sister with ALZ. She loved it and wants to go again.
Pretty fun! There were so many wild birds and the weather was perfect for riding the boat; the breeze was amazing! Unfortunately, we didn't see any live gators, but we can't control that lol. Definitely recommend!

Captain Chris is very knowledgeable and took time to give us detailed information on birds, gators, etc. We had 4 people in our party, including a 10 yr old who recently broke his leg. Captain Chris was very helpful getting him on and off the boat. Meredith is very sweet and kind. We all enjoyed their 90 minute tour. Well worth the money.

We were disappointed as there were no gator sightings, just spotted some completely submerged in the waters with just their eyes visible to the trained eyes. The birds were also quite scarce. The captain was quite engaging in his details about the area, birds, alligators and other geography of the area. Would not recommend this if you are looking for gator sightings, probably ok as a wildlife spotting trip for birds.

We got to see beautiful scenery, wildlife, and hidden spots in the Everglades while enjoying a smooth and relaxing ride on the pontoon boat. He explained interesting facts about the area and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was peaceful but exciting at the same time. This was a really great pontoon boat trip with a highly knowledgeable captain. Saw lots and lots of wildlife: amazing birds, cranes, blue herons, bald eagles, many alligators and even an alligator baby. Inspiring, energizing, and totally relaxing all at the same time.
We had a fascinating time with Chris and Meredith as they showed us around Lake Tohopekaliga. A number of the alligators were not in their usual position but we did still get to see a few, as well as other great sights such as ospreys, bald eagles and turtles. This was a memorable experience and one we would heartily recommend.

It might be a part of Everglades but don’t be fooled. We just took a short ride around the lake, saw some birds, nothing special and eagles from very far away. No gators up close. Captain was very friendly and knowledgeably though.
