60 Min. Everglades Airboat Ride & Pick-up ,Small Group +Pro Guide

The pick-up was excellent. Sent message they would be 10 minutes late. Pick up times/ location was emailed the day before. Driver (April) was great. Took time to ask the tour pick-ups if ok etc. and looked after all of us at the park. Airboat pilot (Jack) was great. He knew his stuff and was great at finding alligators. We saw 3 in the wild 2 very large and a younger one. There is also a quick show where there are many Alligators to see if you were unlucky on the Everglades Overall, I can't fault the day.

Excellent experience , the tour agent had good communication. The agent on the day April was amazing and she accompanied us and make sure our trip and airboat ride was good. She was gentle and considerate

Excellent adventure. The trip there was nice, but didn't include commentary about the area. The boat trip was great! We saw 3 alligators and the captain made certain we all go to see it and get pictures. The alligator "wrestling" show was great, but very short. Of course you could buy souvenirs. pay for an animal encounter, or buy snacks. It was very touristy, but still fun. Oh, be forewarned, you'll need to leave several tips (captain, alligator wrestler, van driver). All in all, a great experience, 5/5.

Abril picked us up from the hotel. She communicated very well and was so thorough. Great boat ride. So convenient! No need to rent a car in Miami.

Our guide Hagen was the best, would definitely book this tour again, 5-star treatment. We only saw one alligator but the other tour group within the same time slot saw 3, so it depends on your luck.

Just finished a trip to the Everglades with Hagen as our guide. In one word, BRILLIANT! He was fun, entertaining and more importantly, very knowledgeable about all things related to the city and the tour itself. Highly recommended!

It was an incredible experience! We had a great time exploring the Everglades. Abril was very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and it was a pleasure chatting with her. The ride was amazing, and we got to discover the beauty of the Everglades in a unique way. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Miami!

The tour guide went beyond to help us. Collected photographs meaning we didnt have ti queue. He provided us with water to save overpriced drinks at outlet. Gave us a guided tour of Miami on route. Definetly deserves 5 stars.

Great experience, saw 5-6 alligators on the boat ride, and the show was also quite good. My guide April is very nice and suggested places I could visit in Miami.

Party of 2 adults and 2 children (7 & 9). Smooth pick up from our hotel in Miami with good communication. Guide friendly and knowledgeable. Our first air boat experience was fab. Driver again, fun and knowledgeable. Spoke about all the wildlife and was able to get close up to some crocs. There’s a shop for drinks, ice creams and gifts where you get on the air boat. I had booked this tour as no mention of the croc zoo/show which I was keen to avoid but it is included. They claim taking crocs from their natural environments have been ‘rescued’, only to be sat on, turned and twisted and forced to open their jaws. The other animals kept there are in awful small, confined cages and they have baby crocs with mouths sellotaped.

Excellent tour ! Relaxed tour to the Everglades with prompt communication. Abril was wonderful guide! Small group almost private! Amazing choice if you are in the Miami area and would like to experience the Everglades for half a day!

Our driver, April, was very nice and welcoming. She stopped for us to use the bathroom on the way to the Everglades. She tools pictures for us and was great communicating! You guys are awesome 😎

Our driver April was Amazing. She was understanding when we were running late and moved our tour to 12 pm. Very accommodating and incredibly nice. Boat ride was fun and the show interesting. Would recommend

These are scammers! Before the tour, nobody replied to my messages asking about the pickup time. This morning, nobody showed up, and they are not answering the phone. Do not use their services if you don’t want to lose your money!

Recommend this tour. Went to the Everglades. Saw Alligators and a show after. Van ride with driver April was exceptional. Very safe driver for the 45-60 minute drive to get there.

Its ok, not a fast boat with big fan, very slow barge with 20 - 30 other passengers. Saw some small aligators.

We took the Everglades tour with Banana Joe Tours and highly recommend it. Hagen took great care of us. He greeted us very kindly, immediately created an open and relaxed atmosphere. He did a fantastic job off provided lots of details and keeping us engaged. He also went above and beyond providing us with bottle waters, showing us hand on examples of what he was taking about, taking our group picture, etc. This was the best excursion experience of our two week trip.

April was our van driver…beautiful person with a friendly fun personality and made our experience very enjoyable the entire day. April was awesome about keeping our group together and communicating what we needed to know and where we needed to be. She was also an excellent driver…highly recommended.

Dreadful experience! Company offered no communication whatsoever until afternoon before tour. I had booked pick up at a local hotel closest to me, although that was still 7 miles away. Never received any confirmation of pick up there. I paid for Uber to get there and then their bus driver, on querying where I was, told me I should have met them at a location in South Miami, which was around 25 miles away. Uber costs to that point would have been around $60 each way! Not feasible on a $65 your. I clearly used the pick up location correctly on the Viator platform. Their service has been dreadful. Avoid at all costs!!

I really like the introduction of the animals by Christian; he did a great job by distributing the materials with cute little knowledge about alligators and crocodiles!

This tour started at our hotel in downtown Miami (Hilton). Häagen was our driver and tour guide. I got a text via Viator saying they would pick us up at the hotel at 7:30am and he was there at the exact time. He was an excellent driver and guide. Very friendly and helpful. He gave us info on what we were seeing downtown while we picked up other people. We only had 9 people on a Banana Joe tour bus that could have held 18-20. We got to Everglades Holiday Park 30 minutes before our airboat tour was to start, plenty of time for restroom breaks and a quick stop in the gift shop. He picked up our wristbands for the airboat for us and we were #1. He explained how the day would go and that he would be there when the tour was over. The airboat held about 25 people and was covered. Be very careful getting in and out of the boat. You have to duck your head to get in or out and the floor of the boat has ridges that can trip you. We saw 3 gators on the tour which they said was a little low but that’s nature for you. After the tour Haagen was there and handed us the group photo that had been taken before the boat ride. The photo was included in the admission. He told us there was an alligator show next and that we would leave on the bus at 11:45am. The show was a single guy talking about the gators in the little stage/habitat and he spent about 10 minutes interacting with one. Very interesting and at certain times amazing how calm he was and the gator was. After the show we had 20 minutes to use the restroom and/or shop. We boarded the bus at 11:15am and dropped everyone off at their hotels. If you get Haagen as your tour guide you will be very pleased. He is from Germany and has been here 18 years and is very friendly and helpful.

The trip was superb and we saw Alligators !! It was very well organised with smooth pickup and drop off at down town hotel. We picked up at 7.50am and back by 1pm. The mini bus driver was great (Christian) and our air boat captain (Captain Chaos) equally as entertaining. The only slight issue is there was little water in the canals so the air boat was very restricted in how fast and where we went. In fact we travelled only a few kilometres. But, we saw 6/7 alligators in their own unique ecosystem and it was so worth the trip !!

Christian was a fantastic tour guide - excellent communication, knowledgeable and friendly! The Everglades Holiday Park was a brilliant; we saw alligators in the wild during the boat tour followed by an entertaining gator show. Great value and highly recommend!

This was not a 60 minute air boat ride near Everglades National park and was not a 6 to 8 person small group and not a 8 person air boat with pro guide This was totally false advertisement and did not get what was promised I would like a full refund They also made me drive over 2 hours to meet them and cost me for downtown parking when I stayed near where the air boat event was supposed to have taken place I can see they didn’t have more than us two so they changed the event without telling us and without compensation Please call me to rectify this problem 6026782319 Thank you

Our adventure started with a long ride out to the Everglades. While the trip was long, our host Hagen was a wonderful narrator keeping us informed of all the sites we saw throughout our trip. He had a great personality and made the ride enjoyable. We arrived at our destination and had an experience of a lifetime. Would I do it again, no, but happy I did it. We had a 12 & 14 year old. They loved the airboat ride and we saw 3 gators and several large birds. After that we saw a show, took pictures with a snake and alligator. I was also appreciative of the fact he picked us up right on time. Overall it was a great experience.

I was really disappointed in this tour. He kept going around in the same circle looking at alligators and not trying to find birds and he didn’t talk. Have any kind of personality miss the same alligator twice cause he kept going around in a circle look at it and then we went back. Do not take this tour.

It was both informative and entertaining from the drive to and from the park with our brave driver Christian to the Everglades boat ride and gater show. Well worth it!

Christian our driver/guide was great fun and knowledgeable. We saw 10+ allligators and a few birds. Alligator show was ok.

We had a brilliant time! Christian was fantastic and shared lots of interesting information and facts with us along the way. The minibus was very comfortable, which made the whole journey even more enjoyable. The Everglades tour itself was great. We joined an airboat with another tour company, with around 20 people on board, and it was a really fun experience. The show afterwards was excellent too — we got to see alligators up close and enjoyed a little presentation. We also saw other wildlife, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had a really enjoyable day and would definitely recommend it!

Christian was an outstanding tour guide. Highly recommend with great knowledge to add about the Eco System of the Everglades.
