6 Hour Trip

Amazing Trip we had we with Captain Mike and mike. Perfect day for him to show us how it is done. We caught 12 mahi mahi 1 sail fish and a few others. Great teaching us everything and showing us many things we had no idea. Will def. be back for sure next time I can.

We had an absolutely incredible fishing experience—if we could give 10 stars, we would! This was my son’s first ocean fishing trip, and Capt. Alex made it an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We were on fish almost immediately after leaving the causeway, and the action never let up. Throughout the trip we caught king mackerel, red snapper, jack, bonito, and the grand finale—an incredible 85-inch nurse shark! We even had the opportunity to tag the shark for conservation, making the experience even more memorable. Capt. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing along the way. He taught us how different lures work, how various fish species migrate throughout the year in Florida, and when and where live bait is most effective. His passion for fishing and willingness to share his expertise made the trip educational as well as exciting. If you’re looking for an unforgettable day on the water with a captain who works hard to put you on fish and genuinely cares about giving you a great experience, we can’t recommend Good Hit Sportfishing and Capt. We had a fun time with our guide Alex and he worked his butt off to try and get us on some fish, but unfortunately for us the fish just werent biting as well as previous days. It was still a great day to be out on the water with my friend. The owner Mike is a great person to work with on making everything about the experience good for everyone. We had an amazing experience. These guys are truly professional fishing guides who really know what they’re doing. We learned several new techniques during our trips, which made it even more valuable. We also took the kids out for a day, and it turned into a fantastic experience for the whole family—highly recommended if you’re going with children. We caught an incredible variety of fish, including Goliath grouper, hammerhead shark, barracuda, wahoo, and many more. Every single day was successful, with great catches. One tip: make sure to order extra bait if you plan to do kite fishing—it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

We go fishing all the time so we are pretty picky at this one was great. Captain Ransom was awesome. From the moment. He greeted us on time at the boat slip. The boat was super lame and experience with so much fun. We caught a bunch of sharks and got some great pictures and videos. We also brought in one of the biggest black tuna he says he’s ever seen. If you’re in Fort Lauderdale, make sure you book with good hit and ask for Ransom. We just loved being out on the water with him.

We had the pleasure of having Captain Adam for the 6 hour trip. It was myself and my 13-year-old son. It turned out to be an experience of a lifetime with his vast knowledge and ability to find the fish and educate us on what we were doing and direct us on how to be as big a part as possible in the total experience! He had us catching fish straight out of the gate, which then led to a 30+ pound Almaco Jack. He had so much experience and knowledge on where the fish were at, even when other boats were coming up with nothing. From sunken ship wrecks to well planned locations. We also caught a 7 foot shark! He helped us in knowing how to have this shark created into an art piece for our home! We were trolling on the way back to grab a few more fun catches capitalizing on every moment we had booked. My wife and nine-year-old daughter met us at the docks for fun pics and we are now sitting at a restaurant he recommended eating the fresh fish that we caught that he filleted for us. Trip of a lifetime! Booking again really soon! I am requesting Captain Adam!!

Great crew great experience. Morning started slow but crew never gave up and then landed 3 nice sailfish and couple large amber jack. Thank you guys for an unforgettable experience.

Fishing was good we caught a tuna and a bunch of Bonitas. We were with Capt Chad and they really wanted us to catch a fish they tried several tecnic and multiple road at the same time in the water to explore all the water depth. Having experienced charter fishing with several capitan I would honestly recommend good hit.

Captain Chad and Dylan work as hard as they can to get you the most possible opportunities to hook a fish. Both guys work the rods and work great together. As someone who charters dozens of guides a year these guys are hands down the two hardest working crew I've fished with. We had a fantastic time and learned alot about kite fishing for sailfish. From the music to the generosity of sharing knowledge about there style of fishing sure makes the time go by too fast. We will be back next month for a few more days.

Was an amazing trip. Captain Chad was an amazing guide. Felt real lucky to catch what we did. Caught king fish, tuna and salefish. I would definitely go again. Even though I had luck on my side this trip. Even if we did not catch anything would have been a great time with this team!

Wanted to call out the great time our family had out on the water with Capt Richard. We we spent a 6 hour trip fishing off of Ft. Lauderdale with Capt Richard today. He worked amazingly hard to get us on fish on what was a tough day. We were listening on the radio to other boat’s captains saying they weren’t getting hits and were going back. Our Capt Richard took us trolling, wreck fishing, kite fishing, and every other kind I can think of until he found us fish to save the day and get us some action. It was a great time and highly recommend him if you want to be successful even on the tough days. Including a photo of a couple of kings we caught. Phenomenal experience, mike knew his stuff, we caught nurse sharks, sailfish, and a huge snapper ... did everything by the book, knew the regulations as well. Eat drink play music, catch fish. Great vibes

Mike was a great fishing captain. We caught several huge tuna and got lucky to catch a school of Mahi mahi. I would definitely recommend this fishing charter. It was a legendary day of fishing fun for our family.

The best guided fishing trip ever, never have I seen 2 guys work so hard to get me what I was looking for and they succeeded 100% 12 ft 500 lbs Hammerhead Shark...catch and release!! Thanks guys you rock!!
