This was a bit of an unplanned excursion for us, but what a treat. They have butterfly house and provide nectar and the butterflies will land on you. It was incredible. The Airboat ride was fab. We saw lots of Alligator and turtles. The driver made it fun and did some twists and turns. We really enjoyed it. I had with me my 2 older (19,21yrs) kids, and they loved it too. Would highly recommend as a change from the the parks and shopping malls.

Rubbish boat trip saw no alligator or wild life, guide hardly engaged with any information except to say it was hunting season so not good time to go on boat trip. If they had said that before we would not have wasted our time or money on a wasted day
Close proximity to Orlando, which was good. 30 minutes was a good length with kids. More would have got repetitive fast.
Thought we would see some gators but none was out. It cost a lot just for a misty boat ride. The drivers were nice. Wouldn’t rebook or recommend to others.
we went at the 10:45 am time slot and we didn't see any alligators, just a couple of birds, and beautiful lillies. They boat ride was fun and they guides were kind.
Go City pass w/2 adventures for Orlando - I planned to use Gatorland and Boggy Creek Airboat rides. Gatorland worked fine but in order to use Boggy Creek you have to make separate reservations directly with them, BG does not have a LIVE person to answer the phone and uses AI. The AI feature does NOT allow you to make reservations using Go City and instructs you to show up 30 min's before an open time slot (visible on the BG website showing open times). We drove 45 miles out to BG only to find out the time slot we wanted was already booked; even though we checked the night before & it was available and we showed up 1hr. in advance. The next open slot was >2 hrs. later. BG is not linked very good thru Go City and did not assist in any way to help us. We had a party of 10 people so it sucked to waste our time/gas driving out to BG and they even said their AI had problems but had no solution for making reservations in advance using GoCity. REMOVE them from the offer if they require reservations but can't accept them over the phone using AI thru Go City. Driving 45 miles out for "Stand-by" is not an acceptable offer/solution.
We are here from South Dakota and this was something we had talked about doing-we are SO glad that we did! Brandon and Frank were absolutely excellent!!! This adventure has been a highlight of our trip so far!! They are both very knowledgeable, and our group on this ride made it even more enjoyable, as well. Highly recommend! Thank You!!
Such an amazing family experience. We saw gators and all types of wildlife. Captain Chris was such a great guide.
Asked the lady at the desk if i could go to the bathroom, she said it was not possible cause then we would mis the boat. She was not very friendly. Hurried to the deck, boat was not leaving. Waited for 5 minutes, boat was not leaving. Went to the bathroom. When i was back the boat still was not leaving. So there was plenty of time to go to the bathroom. Tour was nice, but only for the wildlife. Saw a few birds. We saw a few tiny baby aligators. Over all, won’t recommend this compagny at this time of the year.
Mark and Izzie was amazing and the ride was great . The experience was enjoyable for us. Our children and Grandchildren really had fun.
Booked this airboat tour as a family experience during our Orlando holiday and unfortunately the organisation completely let it down. When boarding the boat, our family of four were told we had to split into 2 and 2 across different parts of the boat, despite there being seating arrangements that could easily have kept us together. No seating allocation or guidance was provided before boarding, so guests effectively claimed seats at random. What frustrated me most was the handling by the captain. Rather than acknowledging the poor organisation, we repeatedly received dismissive responses such as “we’re all going to the same place anyway” and vague references to “weight distribution” which did not appear to have been considered at all before boarding started. Had the seating been properly managed from the beginning, this situation could have been avoided entirely. The actual airboat ride itself was fine, but the experience started on the wrong foot due to poor customer handling and a lack of professionalism. When families book and pay for experiences together, being able to sit together should be treated as a priority wherever possible.
Great fun! Saw alligators and the boat ride alone is worth the rate. Captain Andy and his co captain were great.
Great place many things to do while you wait …Only saw one alligator….but everything else was fine …
Wonderful people so friendly and knowledgeable. We missed our boat ride as went to wrong address and although we couldn’t do another one that day they were happy to do the morning. They let us into the park to have a look round as we had travelled.
Wow! We had the best time - an incredible way to see the beauty of the Everglades. The kids loved it. Staff was very friendly. 10/10 experience. We had so much fun the kids wanted to go back and do it again. We saw a couple gators and so many birds. My girls loved the butterfly exhibit
It was a very well organised company. It easy to make a booking by email. We only saw a couple of alligators but that didn’t matter as the trip was fun anyway. My sox year old loved it just as a boat ride. Great trip. We added on the mini moo land experience that was lovely. My daughter is normally scared of larger animals but she really settled in to this. She fed them and groomed them. It was a great add on at a reasonable price
Little bit expensive, but great service, nice staff, comfortable boat,
Good airboat tour! We seen some alligators and birds. Bring cash if you wanna tip the driver. Worth th drive. Beautiful area
Been to Orlando numerous times and always wanted to do this. About a 45 min drive from the 192 area, easy to find. A very friendly place and great value for money. Got to see some huge gators. Great fun !
The place was clean and nice. Easy to navigate for family members who require easier walking excursions. We saw lots of baby alligators and one big one. 30 minute ride might have been a little short but I don't know that there would've been a lot more to see had we done the 1 hour long tour.
Airboat ride was fun. We got to see a bunch of different birds and four alligators on our ride. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Along with the airboats they have mini highland cows you can go into a pen with and feed and pet them. We had fun the whole time.
It’s windy on the boat which makes it fun but take a jacket or sweater All of the staff was very friendly
Had a wonderful time from the Butterfly exhibit to the exhibit of gators. Awesome souvenirs they had got a few to bring home to Tennessee. The best part was the boat ride. We loved it got to see a gator nest, Crane nest and a 10 foot Gator sun bathing. Awesome highly recommend Boggy Creek ❤️👍
We were running late, and wouldn't make our air boat time. We called and they readily changed our ride time to an hour later. For the ride, our guide, Chris, was very nice and told us about the animals we were seeing. He drove the boat well, with some thrills but not enough to be too scary. We saw quite a few gators and even a couple of "Florida Sea Cows". Chris was mindful to give us all the time we needed to take pictures. I do wish we got more information about the area's history, though. If it's not really hot out, you might want to bring a light jacket, as it was a little chilly out on the water. Next time we're out this way, I would like to try one of their Sunset Cruises.
Very enjoyable and informative. A pleasant experience for my family.
Did the 30 minute airboat tour with captain chris. Plenty of wildlife to see. Also enjoyed feeding and brushing the Highland cows.
Perfect airboat ride for all ages!!!!! Highly recommend......the captain and staff were wonderful....if you come early, try the gem mining..our 8 year old grandson described the day as " the best ever " !
We had a great time. The crew was very knowledgeable and showed us things we never would have known to look for!
We are 9 people in total and I could only buy 8 because I have one infant which there is no option to pick from the list and they told me someone has to get off because there too may people on the boat.
Said to meet at 5pm we were late by 30mins that was the last 30min airboat tour was. Unable to use tickets as boat already left
Fun Fun Fun. Worth the drive to get there. Saw several alligators in their natural habitat. Kids loved it.
Super fun! Very informative guide!! My 4 year old had the best time ever and wanted to go a second time. A must do if you’re in the area
My sister, her spouse and me did the 30 min airboat tour today. So glad we did it. Fantastic experience. Our driver/guide shared lots of info and found us some alligators. Well worth the price and drive.
Great ride saw plenty of gators drive was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to find the gators
It was an excellent 30 minute adventure and we would definitely do it again for the 1 hour ride this time.
Fantastic few hours. Well run establishment with friendly and knowledgeable guides. A must when in the Orlando area. Would highly recommend.
This experience went way above my expectations! I recommend this to everyone! We saw baby alligators, turtles and several big gators and we felt safe and had a great time. Thank you so much.
Great experience with captain Mark at the helm! Seen 2 gators out on the lake in their natural habitat, I’d recommend going later afternoon when the sun is not so intense as that is when the gators are happy to be on the weeds sunning themselves
Found the whole experience enjoyable. Was concerned at the timing of our boat ride as it was extremely hot so we didn’t have high hopes of seeing anything. We ended up seeing a wild gator at her next with her hatchlings. Was an amazing experience. Highly recommend this. We used Lyft for transportation there and back, the way back it was a little bit tricky due to the remoteness of the location but after about a 20/30 minute we were sorted.
A fantastic experience away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks but tinged with a bit of excitement! We managed to see 3 alligators on the half hour ride. Wish we’d booked for the full hour as we could have spent longer there.
Loved this airboat ride. David and Jeff were brilliant guides. Very funny and informative. Saw loads of alligators and wildlife up close. Very smooth and relaxing ride. 30 mins was plenty for us. Would definitely recommend. This was one of our definite must do things this holiday & it didn’t disappoint.
Although only 30 minutes we got plenty of travel time and the captain managed to stop near to some alligator nests meaning we did get to see some Gators. We all had great fun and even without seeing the gators it would have been worth the time and money.
Really just an alligator tour. No information given on the location or wildlife. All birds were ignored (sometimes just disturbed unnecessarily by the boat as they attempted to twist and turn on the water to create a more “thrilling” experience.
It was amazing, highly recommend. The staff was great and knowledgeable. She found 2 gators and explained information about alligators I had no idea of.
We had a great morning at Boggy Creek doing something out of the ordinary! Ours was just the 30 minute ride but, for someone who gets car sick just thinking about being a passenger in a car, that was just about right for me. We were at Boggy Creek for about 2 hours. The journey there from Lake Buena Vista/Bottom of I-Drive was 30-40 mins and cost around $30 in a Lyft, but I had a voucher which saved me $13 both ways. The boat moves fast, making regular 90, 180 and 360 spins. We didn't see a huge amount of wildlife, a few small gators and a small bird of prey. But the experience wasn't dampened by this at all. Expect to get smacked in the face, arms, chest by Robin sized Dragon Flies or Reeds. It was definitely worth doing, and something that I think people probably miss out on when they plan their Orlando holiday.
Our captain was great. He found us one gator within 10 minutes. We were quite impressed as it was very hot out and we were told the gators like to hide in the heat. That was the only one we saw, due to the heat, but our captain tried very hard to find us another. I would come back again! Well worth the time and money.
Great expérience with Captain Steve ! Five adults from Belgium, saw some alligators, beautifull lilies, not easy to find the alligators with the airboat because it was already hot but the captain did his best! We also found three little ones around the boats at the deck. Relaxed under the trees, bought some souvenirs, and the burgers at the restaurant were sooo good ! We recommand it !!
Great experience, the boat captain was very knowledgeable and had a great eye for spotting wildlife!
Excellent trip! We have done this trip several times over 10 years and it is always good. Our guide was knowledgeable and although not the best time of day to see alligators we still saw several. Definitely worth the money and plan to return for a sunset one next time we’re in the area.
Starting off to say the tour itself was great. However, It would've been nice as first timers to have known it was unlikely to see any gators unless it's an evening or night ride. We only seen 2, 1 of which we seen after we got off of the air boat, the other we seen from a distance. Our tour guides were great. The airboat felt amazing especially with the warm weather. You will get a little wet through out. Which to us felt refreshing but also something we weren't expecting. So don't wear white. Lol Basically the gators aren't on the payroll. I thought there would be so many to see no matter what. So we were bummed. Basically we were just uneducated michiganers about gators. Which is not their fault. But educating others, in case you were like us.
