Luis was amazing! I only had two issues. The original time I booked was changed, which inconvenienced me and conflicted with plans I had already made. Additionally, champagne was supposed to be included with my booking, but we never received it.

Reached out to us a little late about getting a captain other than that everything was good and we had a great captain!! I loved everything about this experience

5/5 it was a very easy and fast experience

Person was dishonest about the price, and told me we had to pay another 200 hours before the event, giving me no opportunity to cancel . They sent me required tests and contracts to sign only 2hrs before, giving me no time at all. They changed the location literally FIVE minutes before.

It's a rip off right from the beginning. When you pay the money online, you are led to believe that that's all it cost for the yaht ride rental, it isn't the case. You not only pay that money but you also pay another $150 (Cash) to the captain, $50/Gas, and another $20 for a sailing certificate online. When you get to the dock they may have changed the boat that you saw in the picture and paid for. Also, they called us a couple of hours before we were supposed to get on the boat and told us that we had to look for our own captains out of a list of three that we were given, and make contact with them to find out which one wanted to charter our boat, and then get back to Viator with the name of the Captain available that we chose. The ride on the boat was nice but the boat was raggedy. It looked like it had been involved in a gunfight. The seats had holes in them and rips and stains and the galley was trashy and there were spiders on the boat. We killed a couple of spiders crawling and a spider web went across my face. I would never ever ever ever ever purchase any type of trip or excursion from Viator again! They are not transparent and you do not know everything that you're going to be paying for until 2 hours before your trip. If I were you, I wouldn't buy online, I'd wait until I got to Florida and then go into a legitimate establishment so that you know all of your cost up front.

This tour was the perfect finale for our bachelorette trip! 7 of us in total went on the boat. We felt very taken off by Captain Juan, who was flexible with us when we arrived a little late due to crazy traffic. I was nervous about getting motion sick, but he was a great driver so it ended up being so peaceful. Beautiful views! Beautiful water! So happy we fit this into our itinerary.
