Miguel was fantastic! Arrived early for pickup and made sure we were settled and ready to go with music connected, water for all guests, and a very clean ride! We were traveling with a group of 13 young girls and he drove with care. We arrived at all of our destinations safely and on time. Would definitely book again!
Booked for a Birthday Ride with 20 friends to my favorite restaurant in Miami. It was so much fun! Philip our driver was so prompt, patient and helpful. It really made the party special. Would definitely do it again.
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The party bus was spotless, beautiful, and exactly like the photos. The music system and lighting made the whole night so much fun, and our driver was professional, friendly, and on time the entire evening. Everyone in our group kept talking about how much fun they had. The company made everything easy and stress-free, and we felt completely taken care of the whole night. Would definitely book again and highly recommend for birthdays, celebrations, or a girls’ night out!
Super convenient transport! Our driver was in contact when we landed and was ready to go! He did some crazy Tetris to load all of our bags! We traveled with young kids and it was very nicd to have a fun transport option
Did a sprinter for my birthday. They showed up on time. Car was clean. No complaints. Would book again!
The service is amazing the Sprinter was super clean, great sound system super confortable on the inside. But the best part of the whole service was our driver Dante, always on time, friendly, always making sure we were confortable, safe and checking on the whole group. Provide advice on time and locations, absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended their service make our whole day of activities a breeze. Thank you, Dante!
Phil the driver was so awesome. Very nice personality and kind. Drove us to our family event and back safely. Would definitely use this company services again!
Our driver Castro was amazing. The car was amazing and everything was clean and the sound system was perfect. The lighting was great. Castro was very patient and helpful.
From beginning to end, i was given superior customer service with early arrivals and drop offs. These guys have been in the business for many years and it shows. The communication was impeccable making the entire experience very pleasant. Thanks again for the great service and clean ride!
Requested a sprinter that fit 14 people. 2 people were hanging off each end while another had to sit up front. Contacted the person I went through and was told it was for "They are built for 14 average sized adults" was confused because what is average size? We also felt rushed since we spent most of tje time taking back roads before finally hitting the highway. This was the worse serviceand I will not use this company for anything in the future.
Everything was great! Our driver was fantastic and we had a blast! The Sprinter was in great shape, everything was super clean! 5/5 would recommend for sure
Rob was great, accommodating and kept to contact to ensure all was well. Our driver Phil was great as well. Truly an angel. Looking forward to booking with DreamRide in the future.

I just booked Dream Ride for my wedding at the end of the month. The communication was excellent and response time was very fast. All my questions were answered. We spoke over the phone, emailed, and text. Having multiple forms of communication with customers is key for booking. New time users like myself have many questions. I can’t wait for my wedding day and not have to worry about transportation. I will update my review once we use them.
The driver, Miguel. He was so helpful and pleasant and professional. As a wheelchair, patient, Miguel made getting on and off the bus comfortable and safely. He’s a keeper. The party bus was well appointed and beautiful. The birthday girl will remember her 80th birthday. for sure The booking staff (namely Francesca) was iinstrumental and helping me put this together.
