Our captain Bobby was entertaining, knowledgeable and intelligent. We saw a crocodile, dolphins and a beautiful sunset. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend to any friends traveling this way.

Captain Gabriel and First Mate crushed it. They did a very fun cruise that got us some dolphins views and a nice sunset. They also excelled in both hospitality and their craft as a whole. If you are looking for a nice cruise or just to get on a boat on water, this is the move.

The sunset Cruise was beautiful. Captain Kevin and Ricky were great hosts, providing prosecco and abundant snacks. Ricky was engaging and took photos for the passengers. It was very enjoyable all the way around.

We had such a great time! The boat was huge and very comfortable. Erin and Ricky were wonderful hosts. Between the fun music, the guided landmarks, and the breathtaking views of the sunset and full moon, it was the perfect ending to the day.

We called ahead because earlier in the day we had to cancel a half day snorkeling excursion due to weather. They said weather would be fine - all good. We boarded and got less than half way through the 1.5 hr sunset cruise and we had to turn back due to storm. No sunset on the sunset cruise. The crew was great - I just don’t feel like you should take people out on a boat in the ocean if the radar shows bad weather because - i get it that you have to run your boats - but it was just a waste of money.

Only the two of us were booked, so they transferred us to a Sunset cruise on their partner, pirates Cove. Our captain, Bobby, was outstanding, and we really enjoyed this little cruise as he taught us all about the birds and the ecosystem, before positioning the boat for a perfect sunset.

Both boats were fairly small and intimate which made it feel like a private tour! Captain Tommy was awesome!

Captain Deb was awesome and took us for a short tour just before sunset. The sunset was gorgeous! We were on a smaller boat than the catamaran but it was perfect.

We were just two couples and our captain on this cruise, which was an unexpected bonus. He was very knowledgeable about key largo, and about the mangroves.It was extra good for us since we had gone on a self guided tour of the mangroves in our kayaks earlier.But with no guide to give us information about the mangroves. With thoroughly recommend this trip.

We had beautiful Sunset, tour of Key Largo shoreside, great stories and history explained by our guides Katey and Joe. Treated us great, with help to board due to our limited physical ability.

There were only three of us. Crew was great. Very friendly. Love boat rides and sunset too. A bit rainy but still saw some dolphins. Overall great experience. Nice touch with providing cheese, crackers, fruit and champaign (lemonade too)

Went on the sunset cruise, very chill, spectacular views, and we even saw dolphins. After a day of diving this was a lovely wind down, fun activity. Great staff, nice little spread.

While it's hard to go wrong with a sunset cruise in Florida Bay, our engaging crew made this trip special, even though the boat itself is a no frills catamaran usually used for dive trips. Our captain, who could be Jack Black's twin brother, though he denies it, kept up a continuous dialog that entertained us throughout the voyage. Our route added some local color before sunset, including a view of an only-in-Florida DIY houseboat, and watching a couple attempt to board their floating AirBnB shack (real thing; another passenger found the listing as we cruised by; visualize a 50-year-old 16' pontoon boat boxed in with drywall and you have the idea). The champagne toast at sunset was a nice touch, too. Highly recommend.

Henry was our guide!! He was amazing!!! We were switched to Pirates Cove their sister company and in the end we were 100% happy!!!

Nice to be out on the water at sunset, but not a notable excursion. Our captain taught us about some of the local birds and fish, and a little Key Largo history; he showed us one or two places that have good music at night, but made it sound like basically all the food on the island is mediocre. Also disappointing that our "2 hour sunset cruise" was actually 1 hour, 15 minutes from departure to return.

Captain Brad and First Mate Christine were excellent, they had so many facts about Key Largo and overall a great trip! Viator needs to fix some things about their platform though - they have the wrong time and location for the cruise. The sunset cruise is great and texted us the correct details and explained they have been trying to get Viator to fix it but they have been unresponsive.
