Rosalind our tour guide was amazing. We saw lots of wildlife even though it was quite early. We love the tour. 10/10 would recommend. In total it was four hours door to door and would recommend wearing closed toe shoes and bug spray/bands are a good idea

Great tour with Christian. Our cruise line had no tours in Miami. I was able to message the company direct and they guided me on where to book and best options. They picked us up in a lovely air conditioned van right outside the cruise terminal. Tour was informative and Christian was a fabulous guide. Then we got dropped off at the airport with plenty of time for our flight home. Would highly recommend. We were 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 4 and 7).

Christian was an awesome tour guy. Explained everything really well and made the trip really exciting A+ Really enjoyed the experience would highly recommend for anyone looking for a tour.

I booked our trip only two days before we wanted to go. Dominik picked us up from our hotel on time and drove us 45 minutes to the Everglades. He shared a lot of great facts on our drive. I highly recommend using Banana Joe tours. Thank you.

Christian was a great diver and the tour was amazing seen lots of gators - the show was fantastic. Make sure you try the gator bites.

More like a private tour with a smaller bus and much more enthusiasm and joy than the larger busses. Guide Chris made the trip informative and fun for all in the group of 11. Recommend the trip.

These guys seem to be either fraud or provide no customer service at all. They collected money from me in advance for the private everglades airboat trip and then they did not provide the boat location. Did not respond to multiple emails,texts, calls etc day before the trip, on the morning of the scheduled trip and at the time of the scheduled trip. Had to find an alternative trip on the same day, at very last moment. After that they are refusing to refund, claiming that some email with location was sent- while i have received several automated emails from them only, none with the boat location. They dont explain why they are not reachable, which seems to be a norm for them. In case they are not fraud they have no customer service at all. Avoid, use other provides.

It was exciting to hold the baby but would have liked to see more. The time flew by and we only saw a few alligators. That being said, the guide was very knowledgeable and if we had more time I'm sure he would have found more.

So worth it. Umberto was great! He took the time to answer so many questions my kids asked. It’s great to see how he loves the land and appreciates it. Thank you for an amazing time! Go ahead and book a private tour. Its totally worth it.

A very special experience - which Hagen accompanied perfectly as our guide. We were picked up by private bus from the hotel (this alone is an experience) and on the way to the Everglades we got entertaining and interesting information about Miami (including restaurant tips ;-)) The tour was really very private - that had nothing to do with mass touri handling. Around a real highlight!

A great excursion on German language with dome of Banana Joe. Learned a lot about Miami, the Everglades and wildlife.
