Segway tour guide was really nice and accommodating since we were running late. It was hard to hear him with the headphone though if you weren't right by him and not alot of information about what we saw

Family vacation to Miami, Segway tour is a must. We did the sunset tour and it was amazing. Joseph was an amazing guide and coach. The family was nervous to ride but after 5 minutes of riding with him they were taking photos while driving. Such an amazing experience and wonderful memories for the family. It is a must do when you are in the area.

It was our first time on segways and the guide was super friendly and helpful and taught everyone well. The trip was very nice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our tour guide was Joe who was helpful and personable. They made sure that my friend Colleen was able to ride a Segway. If my friend Colleen can ride a Segway anybody can. Am I right Joe?. She did awesome. I would highly recommend them. I have (CRS) and cannot remember the other guy's name that explained everything to her..🤣 But everyone was great.. if I ever come back to Miami I'm going to look you guys up. Much Love ❤️ Mary

Joseph was an excellent guide, however at times I had difficulty hearing him. A microphone would be useful to enhance the experience.

Very nice tour to Star Island under the heat with Rolando and his second guide . We appreciate their explanations , kindness and patience . Thank you too to Miguel who sheltered us during this 1,5 hour heavy rain and differed our prebooked activity to the day after without any problem . We ll definitely choose your company for our next experiences in Miami Beach .

The tour operator said they didn’t have our reservations??? They told us we should have arrived before our stated start time so we could have gotten ready. We did arrive late but with this new info we were even later. I was told this info was emailed to us but it wasnt anywhere in the info I received. Because of all this they shorted our 1hr tour to 30min.

We’ve booked Segway tours through viator in two other cities and this one was the worst. It felt rushed and the guide led us without looking back to make sure we were safe. He did not share much Miami history and told us that a lot of his information was what he’s’ “been told.” He only gave us one opportunity to stop and take pictures. We did enjoy learning who owned properties on Star Island. Luckily, we knew who the people were because when others said they didn’t know, the guide didn’t even try to share their significance. The most disappointing part was that he couldn’t or didn’t explain the significance of art deco buildings related to Cuban migrants. When we got back to the shop, the guide was given a high- five by his co-workers who told him that he “ made it on time.” The young man who was our guide was very nice but lacked the professionalism and knowledge that we’ve come to expect on these tours. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name because he didn’t introduce himself.

First timer on Segway. Was very afraid and felt unbalanced. The team took their time to allow me to feel comfortable. By the end of the tour I felt like a pro. The tour takes you down public streets and across the bridge into star island. Our tour guide Gustavo stops at beautiful spots for pictures. He also took many pictures of us during the ride and will transfer them to your phone afterward.

Josue was our tour guide! He was fun and full of knowledge. The Segway was easy to learn and fun to ride! Definitely a tour you gotta take! 🤩🤩

Great opportunity to see Miami Beach as a group! Mikal was an awesome guide and also took GREAT photos of our group of 8 aged 65-25!!! 4 stars bc they did not have segways ready so we had a late start/finish and were driving to the Keyes after tour. Also the audio didn’t work for 4/8 of us after several attempts to troubleshoot- No fault of Mikal!!!

I did this segway tour with my parents for my birthday! We had the best time and the best tour guide (shout out to Josue!) We had beautiful weather and a lot of fun getting to see the sights. Star Island is a cool opportunity too :) Thank you!

We had a blast even though Troy was scared, she is an excellent moderator. She kept us focused and entertained with facts. We didn’t have much money on us . She definitely deserved a really GREAT TIP

Chad was SO PATIENT with our kids (and us). We were anxious to try as first timers but the reviews were true! Chad can teach you!

Great tour. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and fun!! Really loved seeing Star Island. The only downfall was that we had such a big group the microphone couldn’t reach those of us in the back, but Alex made sure to come back and repeat for us!!

We had a great time. First time doing this and we all felt comfortable very quickly. Some of the other teens on the tour had a hard time, but our 21 and 18 year olds got it quickly as did my wife and I. Lots of fun! Guide was patient and helpful. We would go again.

Had an amazing time on our Segway tour of South Beach and star Island. Alex was our tour guide, and he had a depth of knowledge about the area and had such a fun personality. He took the time to ensure that we knew how to operate the Segway before we left and felt safe when we got on the road.From there we had a great time looking at all of the sites of South Beach, Ocean Drive, Biscayne Bay, and star Island. The time flew by! We are definitely glad that we took the time to see so many sites in this part of the city. Highly recommend this tour!

Best tour in Miami, the owner was amazing and super friendly, took videos and pictures of us during all the tour! We saw very close the Houses in Star Island and went to the principal areas. He treated us as friends ❤️ we are definitely recommending and coming back!

Chad was an awesome tour guide. He showed patience in the beginning with the first timers and those who were rusty. He watched over us on the tour and stressed safety first. He was extremely informative while being relaxed and humorous. Both young and old talked about him the morning and we are no longer in Miami, we're home. I am glad to open up this email so I can share our experience with him. Great job fella, we'll be back and we're bringing friends.

Alex was our guide and he was very patient with us because we were afraid at first. 2 blocks in and we were like pros.. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! We rode to Star Island and saw P Diddys house, Rhianas, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Dr. Frost who(made Viagra). Where they made some of SCARFACE (say hello to my little friend).. The house where they made some of the Bad Boys movie (Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.... The Versace mansion.. I could go on and on... EVERYONE THERE WAS VERY FRIENDLY... We did the Star Island Segway Tour and it was fantastic, we had been on segways before which made the whole experience much smoother. (Don’t worry if you haven’t they will teach you, it’s really easy ;-) ) We ended up having a private tour as no one else had booked for that time and we were able to zip round so much of Miami Beach as well as Star Island. Our guide really looked after us even showing and stopping us for a Cuban coffee off the main touristy tracks. Would definitely recommend and when we go back we’ll try and different location for our Segway tour.

This was a fun tour. Segway is always fun. The main part is Star Island. The scenery is beautiful. More importantly, our guide Nambre was awesome, funny and accommodative. Highly recommended.

Very informative Segway tour. The tour guide did a great job of giving us information along the way but the only issue is that the people in the back could not hear her clearly.
