1 Hour Miami Jet Ski Adventure + Complimentary Boat Ride

I am extremely frustrated with how this company handled our jet ski reservation. We showed up on time for our scheduled reservation, ready to enjoy our experience. However, the company delayed the jet skiing because of lightning and weather conditions. We were told we would have to wait, but unfortunately, we could not sit around for an hour waiting to see if the weather would clear. The frustrating part is that the delay was not caused by us—we showed up when we were supposed to. We did not simply decide not to show up or cancel at the last minute. The company delayed the service because of the weather, which was completely outside of our control. I spoke directly with the owner about getting a refund since we were unable to receive the service we paid for. Instead of trying to work with us, he refused to refund our money and argued back and forth with me and my boyfriend as though we were somehow responsible for the weather delay. The customer service was incredibly disappointing. If the company has to delay an activity because of lightning or unsafe weather, I understand that—that's a safety issue. What I don't understand is why the customer should lose their money when the company is the one unable to provide the service at the scheduled time. We paid for a service that we did not receive, and rather than showing understanding and trying to find a reasonable solution, the owner became argumentative and refused to work with us. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking with this company. Weather happens, but how a business chooses to treat its customers when things don't go as planned says a lot about the company. Unfortunately, our experience was that they cared more about keeping our money than providing reasonable customer service.

Overall the experience was a one star. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values there time and money. My family of 5 booked a time slot at 11:35 and we waited there till 2:30 before entering the boat that would take us 45 mins to the location. After arriving on the boat ride to the location the driver fell asleep and we hit the side of a wake. We had to wake him up and signal him to turn the boat. After that he started violently speeding up at mx speed almost throwing my kids off the boat and then when I told him to slow down he caught the engine off and gave me sass.when we finally got to the place my jet ski was broken for half the time and was steaming up. Then when we finished the trip the driver got fired so we had to wait 2 hours in the middle of no where. To make matters worse we got hit with a storm and got back fully wet and cold. Overall we took a tour that was supposed to be an hour , instead lasting 6 hours and ruining our whole day.

Super fun! Had to wait a while after jet skiing for the boat but was assured it was abnormal to have a wait like that, overall a super fun time!

It was such a good time! The guides were really knowledgeable! The boat ride out to the bay where we rode the jetskis was one of our favorite parts! Highly recommend!

Overall a good experience. But have a few complaints; original online add advertised 2 hrs of jet skiing for $88, but in actuality you only get an hour and the balance of the time is used to get to/ from skis via pontoon boat ride. In fine print , an additional $50 is required for marina fees , etc. We were warned to keep 100 yards apart or risk being called back in. This distance is a bit excessive and didn’t allow our group to ride together. We were also warned if the ski is rolled that we would be charged $300 minimum to cover damages. The ski is designed to sustain a roll without damage so didn’t understand why we were told this. Although I am a seasoned rider, the instruction they give is very limited if u have no prior experience. They should mention how to keep throttle on through a turn (helps avoid rolling it), or how to re-mount if thrown overboard , etc. Overall a good experience but much room for improvement if they want to take this business to the next level.

Ones you get to the jet ski flowting area the guys can be rude they didn’t even let this one guy know if you flip the jet ski it’s 500 dollars and he didn’t want to take a picture for me on the jet ski he was rude about it to so yeah I won’t be coming back here rent somewhere else people

they charged me extra $400 because I accidentally hit a parked jetski. There was no contract that I signed that required me to pay $400 if you hit or got into an accident. They did not bother to ask me if I was even okay. They went ahead and charged me $400. This particular place is not recommended.

It was awesome. We had a great time and great boat ride to and from the jetski location. Very nice staff too

Not a good experience. Would be good to know that you needed a license before hand. Would be good to know the full price and not just show up and hit us with hidden fees. The time given was an hour and it was less than an hour because they needed the jet skis for another group of people. One of the guys was rude to us because we were trying to take pictures. They can improve their customer service

Daughter first time jet skiing and it was a terrible experience with this company. They charged them 250$ for falling off the jet ski. Do not rent here go to another rental. This company is not prepared!!! Terrible

This was rescheduled due to weather and then they did not show up. In addition, I paid the total price when I booked and they said I owe an additional $100 for fuel… horrible group.

My 19 year old son and I had a great time jet skiing on Biscayne Bay. Boat picked us up in Miami Beach and took us on a short cruise to Biscayne bay to the jet skis. We were able to go as fast as we wanted. It was a lot of fun.

Put deposit down add said 4 hours not 4 hours only 1 hour Get several emails and then you have to take a boaters test to get a license so study to!

I reserved in advance and wasn't even able to do it because of some kind of inspection, the people through the phone i could barely understand and they were not very professional. I still haven't even been refunded. i'm overall very disappointed and dissatisfied with this rental place.

Great experience, a plenty of time to enjoy the ride. High speed, large territory with great views on miami skyline. Awesome experience in general!

To be honest booking the jet ski was simple and easy. When we got there it was a man who didn’t speak English so he had no way of understanding us. And then when we got on the boat and they said our payment didn’t go through so we paid them again. So we paid $190 twice. And on top of that it rained, while we were on the water, I feel like that was extremely dangerous and it could have ended worse than it did, luckily it didn’t. But the guy driving the boat was super kind and understanding. I just feel like this overall experience is a 3/10 because we had to pay twice, it rained and we had no reassurance of nothing!!!

The experience was bad from the start the day off my schedule jet ski an appointment. I received a text message saying that due to marina inspections my scheduled time needed to be moved up. I explained to the concierge that I am traveling from West Palm Beach. The time slot would not work for me. They then proceed to book me for a 5:30 pm appointment when I arrived at the Marina at approximately 5:18 PM we did not see anyone with any signs for the jet ski rentals. We proceed to call the number for a booking. I was text back and told not to call but text that’s when we was told that they called us at 5 PM no one answered so they gave our slots to someone else so I ask them. What does that mean? The person on the other line told me that I have to wait until 615 for the captain to come back and pick us up for a later appointment when it was time for us to get on the boat to take us to the jet ski the captain has the most horrible attitude that I’ve experience not welcoming very short profanity was used very very bad experience.

Nice experience . Workers great but the jet skis, some goes 23 mph. Which should be corrected because no one pays to go 20 on a jet ski.

Was a lot of fun knowledgeable staff! Only thing I would recommend is for them to clarify the meeting point of where Pier 1 is that’s the only thing that was a little bit confusing as the signs for the dock are small but other than that it was a great time enjoyed the boat ride and they even video taped me on the jet ski flying by!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent jetski rental experience. I booked a jetski for myself, my husband, and our three college-aged sons who are on spring break. The quoted price at the time of reservation was $465 plus tax, with no mention of additional charges. I chose your company based on the positive reviews on your website. I attempted to find Google reviews, but I could not locate the company name. Unfortunately, after booking receipt , I found a 1-star review on Google; however, it was too late to cancel at that point. We were instructed to arrive at 1:30 PM, but the boat did not arrive to pick us up until 2:25 PM. Upon meeting us, the captain immediately stated that we had an outstanding balance of $250, which came as a complete surprise. I found the entire team to be exceptionally unprofessional. We received less than one minute of instruction and were charged an additional $10 for temporary boat licenses. After our ride, we had to wait an hour on the boat to return to the marina. While waiting on the boat, we were surrounded by intoxicated individuals and were subjected to music containing profanity. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

It was so much fun! The experience was amazing. The jet ski was fun and the banana boat ride was crazy! The staff was so friendly and took pictures with us and made the experience even better. I would recommend this activity to anyone visiting Miami!! The tour operator was a little unprofessional, I was told to be 30 minutes early and I came a hour early to make sure I could find the location in time. And she was 1 hour late and wouldn't answer my calls or text. Until I requested a refund then she replied. But other than that it was amazing!!!

Dont waste your time with this company, initial tour was canceled by them because they can't provide address where activity will be. Book them again and got Email it was canceled because of situation above. You can't run your business like that Even ONE STAR it will be overrated for this company. Expedia should remove this offer because they DONT CARE what they do

Took my Haitian father (iykyk) for his birthday and he had such a great time and even smiled in his pictures, instructions were clear, the people attending to use were super nice as well.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this Miami jet ski adventure for a jet ski booking. Despite receiving an email outlining the process the night before, upon arrival, there was a complete lack of professionalism and communication about what was expected. Firstly, there was no clear briefing on what we needed to do. We were abruptly told to go away and fill out a waiver form, which unexpectedly included additional charges and a 20-minute quiz test. This caused unnecessary stress, especially as we were left waiting in the burning sun. When we finally returned to meet the person supposed to take us on the jet ski ride, they were nowhere to be found, disappearing intermittently. After much confusion and delay, we managed to find them by their boat, only to realize there were no life jackets available on the boat. This was particularly concerning as we cannot swim and are tourists unfamiliar with the area. At that point, we withdrew from the experience due to the lack of trust and safety concerns. The entire process was chaotic, unprofessional, and frankly, dangerous. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a safe and enjoyable jet ski experience. They refused to refund our money causing a great concern of how legitimate this company is.

It was our first time in Miami and we describe this unforgettable experience with the Jet Skis. The customer service was very professional. When we arrived at the marina, they treated us very well and gave us all the instructions with many details. I recommend them to everyone. We hope to return and we will certainly do so again with Vivamytravels. Thank you.

This was my first time on a jet ski. The boat captain and instructor was amazing. He made me feel extremely confident while out on the water. I got to share this experience with the love of my life.

I would advise avoiding this company and spending your money elsewhere unless you enjoy being scammed. They seem determined to ruin your experience. I booked a jet ski rental and paid $35 to reserve it, but when I arrived, I was hit with numerous hidden fees. After speaking with David, who claimed to be the manager, he was not only rude in explaining the situation but also canceled my appointment and refused to refund the reservation payment.

It was our first time but the team was very helpful. They provided needed instructions and was very nice. We had a great experience that we decided to come back again.

Only mirror issue was being informed that we had to take a test and get a temporary boating certificate an hour before our appointment. They were about 10 Minutes late but kept good communication, and everything went great. Very informative, helpful and really nice. It was our first time and they walked us through every step! I will definitely be coming back.

I had to give a star in order to submit this review because if it was up to me this tour will get NO stars at all!! Terrible experience DO NOT BOOK! I had a family group of 7 and had the most terrifying experience ever! We had to meet in a parking lot where they made us sign waivers for 2 different companies claiming because we had too many people. They started making up rules in order to get more money from my family which was ridiculous!!! My whole day was ruined. The jet skis kept turning off NO GAS! in the middle of the ocean!!! So much more unprofessionalism I can't even explain. This tour has a bunch of disrespectful men that scams tourist thinking they will get away with it which is why I am writing this review with hopes that no one ever have to go through my experience with this tour ever again! Do not book find somewhere else!

The communication was terrible and my reservation time was changed twice. It was so bad that I just gave up and went home.

Tour guide tried to scam un by telling us we stil had to pay $100 by cash or cashapp only no credit card once we were on the boat and we had paid the whole advertised price before getting there

This was my first time ever riding on Jet Skis so I was little nervous at first right when we reached the meet up spot i instantly felt comfortable by the staff. They reassured us all that it is not as hard as it seems. The staff is very welcoming as well and they have a really good sense of humor. I had a great time, my favorite part was definitely when I learned how to go in circles

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Paradise Tours. My experience was nothing short of disappointing. Not only was our jet ski experience significantly delayed, but the customer service from Ruby in particular was abysmal. She was unprofessional and incredibly rude. The jet skis are raggedy and barely operational. I had to have my jet ski replaced because it stopped accelerating while I was in the water. No apologies or acknowledgment from the staff. I would strongly advise against using this company for your jet ski experience.
