I had a great stay at YOTEL Miami! The hotel is in an excellent location in downtown Miami, within easy reach of the metro, public transportation, and various tourist attractions and tour activities. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were friendly, polite, and well-behaved. The swimming pool on the 12th floor was an added advantage, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience with a great location, good breakfast, helpful staff, and excellent amenities. I would definitely recommend YOTEL Miami to anyone visiting Miami and would be happy to stay here again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fabiola made our experience exceptional! She was incredibly friendly, sweet, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and her hospitality did not go unnoticed. The brunch was absolutely on point, and everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re planning to visit this hotel for brunch, please ask for Ms. Fabiola! Her outstanding customer service makes the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back! 👏🏽✨
Rooms feel like staying at a gym. Maybe its the vinyl cove base like im in an office buillding. But it wasnt warm and inviting. Bed frame, chair, and hall carpet stained badly. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain properly. Service was good and everyone was really nice. Javien at breakfast was great.
I had a great stay at the the Yotel/Airbnb connected to the Yotel property. However I had AMAZING service at the Yotel restaurant from Fabiola!! She took great care of us and was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu as we had a few questions. Would definitely come back and Fabiola deserves all the tips!!
If you’re heading to the cruise port in Miami, this is a fantastic hotel in terms of location. It’s relatively close to the airport, and only a ten minute drive to the port. Had a great check in experience initially (although I then had an issue when I came back after my cruise ship for the day). The rooms are weird! The shower and toilet are behind two separate glass divides, while the sink is in the room, so if you’re sharing with a friend or family member it may not be suitable. But other than that, the rooms were clean, bed was spotless and the ambient lighting controls were really cool. The in-house restaurant for breakfast was super expensive and service was really slow. I spent $40+ for eggs and avocado on toast and some tea, it took 20 mins for it to come out and it wasn’t a great portion considering the price. I had an issue while checking in which wasn’t great. After leaving the cruise ship I booked a day rate at the Yotel via the Hilton App. The day rate is usually 9-5, so I went ahead and booked via the app about a week prior, but when I arrived for check in the check staff said the booking didn’t show as a day rate booking and had no rooms available for me (9am). There was a bit (a lot) of back and forth, and I eventually got the room, but I was made out to be in the wrong when it just wasn’t the case- I had indeed booked the day rate. So that put a little downer on an otherwise good hotel.
