Orlando area private vacation home rentals are perfect for groups traveling together, families who need kitchen and laundry facilities, or couples who just want a little privacy. Executive homes are an ideal choice for those looking for upscale accommodations, exceptional furnishings with many designer touches, a larger floor plan, and a definite "wow" factor. All homes feature a private, screened pool, sun loungers and chairs, a spa or game room, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, air-conditioning, iron and ironing board, all linens and towels, TV, telephone, and WiFi. THREE BEDROOM: Sleeps 6. FOUR BEDROOM: Sleeps 8. FIVE BEDROOM: Sleeps 10. SIX BEDROOM: Sleeps 12. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: The following items can be requested and are subject to availability: highchair, crib, rollaway bed, BBQ's, welcome pack and additional maid service. All requests must be made in writing. Heated pools can be arranged but must be requested at the time of booking as not all private homes have heatable pools. Prices are available on request and are dependant on the homes location. Please note that 'Mother Nature' cannot be controlled and if the air temperature drops, particularly in the winter, pool water temperatures may be uncomfortable. Regrettably requests for compensation will not be accepted unless this is a result of equipment malfunction. NOTE: Homes are located within 10-25 minutes of the Disney area. A rental car is essential. Pets are not allowed. Arrival information will be provided approximately 2-4 weeks prior to travel. This will include the homes address and the electronic door code used to enter the home.
