Beautiful little boutique hotel on Anna Maria Island! The property has been beautifully renovated, with spacious rooms and gorgeous beach access just across the street. Sunsets here are stunning. The hotel also has a well-kept pool, a hammock area, mini putting green, and cornhole for some laid-back fun. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from everything the island has to offer. Absolutely recommend. This place is a gem!

HIGHLY recommend this cute hotel! The location is fantastic, the rooms are newly updated and stylish with lots of storage. Very easy check-in and out. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Really appreciated the lounge chairs and beach towels since we flew there! Nice pool and beautiful pool area. There were also bikes available by the pool area. We will be back!
The location is perfect! You are only steps away from the white sand and blue water of Bradenton beach. There is also a trolley stop right down the street to bring you anywhere on the island. The pool and surrounding inn areas are very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are newly renovated which is a nice touch. There are some things that could be better. Our shower door did not close so we had to shove a washcloth under it to stay closed to keep water from splashing everywhere. Also the AC unit hums once an hour very loudly. It would wake me up from sleep during the night. You cannot beat the location though. It really is beautiful.
My husband booked this hotel for a weekend getaway. The recently renovated rooms look very nice, though they are quite small you have to be careful walking around so you don't stub your toes on the bed, and the bathroom is tight enough that you have to close the door just to access the shower or sink. What ultimately brought this down to a 3-star review was the front desk service. In contrast, the cleaning ladies were wonderful and polite. In fact, when our room completely lost power on Sunday morning, I asked them for help. They had maintenance up to our room very quickly. The maintenance guys were friendly, but unfortunately, they couldn’t fix the issue, forcing us to pack up in the dark and check out nearly two hours early (thank goodness my husband brought a flashlight!). Management should consider retraining the front desk staff, as the housekeeping team has far superior customer service skills. On Saturday night, I asked the woman at the front desk if a later check-out was possible for Sunday, June 14th. She didn't even bother to check, she just snapped a very abrupt "no late check-out" with a major attitude. Then, when we checked out after losing electricity, the young lady at the desk seemed completely indifferent to the inconvenience. We didn't ask for handouts, but a professional management team would have at least offered a partial credit or a sincere apology for losing power. The property has potential, but due to the poor front desk service, I’d rather stay elsewhere next time.
I’ve now stayed at two of the Anna Maria Island Inn properties (The Resort and Tropic Isle). We’ve had an excellent experience both times. Clean, beautiful, close to the beach, nice pool and putting greens, etc. I’m only giving 4/5 stars because the check in/check out time was 4pm/10am, and they were wouldn’t allow us to even pay for a late check out. If you’re only staying one night, it seems expensive for 16 hours and no wiggle room. Also, there’s no full length mirror. That didn’t matter for us but it may for some people.
