The Westin Cape Coral Resort At Marina Village

Been to many Marriott resorts. They are all nice. This one is too. But there was always laundry detergent with the washer. Not this time so no problem I do not mind paying. The store had none which was pretty lame since many rooms have a washer. We asked at the desk and they said they would see what they could do. Since they wash towels and sheets I thought they might just bring us a tiny bit. We'll we get a call in the room suggesting we use door dash to go get some. Really? For laundry detergent? Assuming I am cheap on the tip it would be over $20 when I only need a tiny bit. The arrogance and audacity to suggest that is so absurd. So, not a bad place, not as nice as some Marriott resorts but bring your own laundry detergent?

We had such a wonderful stay celebrating our daughter’s birthday! From start to finish, everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The resort itself was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our entire weekend. I especially want to recognize the Devyn at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our daughter’s birthday special. She upgraded our room, which was already such a wonderful surprise, but then she went the extra mile and had a cheesecake sent up to our room with a handwritten birthday card for our daughter. That thoughtful gesture absolutely made her day, and it was something we’ll remember. We also had a security guard who brought our daughter a complimentary mocktail, which was another incredibly sweet and unexpected touch. It was so nice to see how genuinely kind and thoughtful the staff were toward our family. We loved our stay and had such a great time. Thank you to the entire team for making our daughter’s birthday weekend so memorable! We can’t wait to come back. ❤️

The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village gave a fantastic experience! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided fantastic views. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and both the amenities and food options were top-notch throughout the trip. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff service. Their complementary tour for Dolphin and Sunset view along with ferry to fort Myers was a sweet surprise to our package. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Fort Myers / Cape Coral area. We will definitely be back!"

Our team recently had the privilege of hosting a multi-day training conference at The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From the very beginning, the level of professionalism, communication, and genuine hospitality was second to none. Mrs. Susan made the scheduling process effortless. Coordinating a large group can be challenging, but she stayed on top of every detail, communicated proactively, and ensured everything came together seamlessly. Mrs. Nicole was phenomenal throughout the planning process. She went above and beyond by not only helping coordinate our event but also sharing recommendations about the local area that allowed us to build an outstanding experience for our Marines outside of training hours. Her knowledge and enthusiasm truly elevated the event. During our stay, Mrs. Sherly, Mr. Phil, and Mr. Jimmy were exceptional. They consistently checked in with us, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and made sure our conference rooms, meals, and daily requirements were handled flawlessly. Their willingness to accommodate every request made our entire group feel genuinely valued. It is rare to find a team where every single person is committed to providing this level of service, but that’s exactly what we experienced. They didn’t simply host our conference—they became partners in ensuring its success. On behalf of our entire Marine Corps team, thank you for making us feel welcome and for exceeding every expectation. We will absolutely be recommending The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village for future conferences and look forward to returning. Five stars isn’t enough.
