The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort

We arrived today, and our first impressions of The St. Regis Bal Harbour are outstanding. We were immediately amazed by the hotel, our room, and the level of service. The hotel is incredibly modern and stylish, while still maintaining that elegant St. Regis feel. The rooms are huge, beautifully designed, and the views are absolutely incredible. We were especially touched by the welcome for our 15th wedding anniversary. The balloons and delicious treats were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly celebrated from the moment we arrived. This is our third St. Regis experience, and once again, they have managed to consistently deliver outstanding service. There is something very reassuring about knowing that the St. Regis experience can be this consistently excellent across different properties. We spent the evening having drinks and dinner at the Lobby Bar, and Amilcar took wonderful care of us. His service was excellent, and both the drinks and sushi were outstanding. The live band playing in the bar added to the atmosphere and made for a really enjoyable first evening. We still have the rest of our stay to explore the hotel and everything it has to offer, but we wanted to share our first impressions because, so far, The St. Regis Bal Harbour is off to a fantastic start.

I stay in Miami a lot. This was my first stay here and I am now OBSESSED! The service was definitely what I would expect at a 5 star resort. Every employee I encountered was extremely helpful and accommodating. They made sure my stay was perfect. My room was gorgeous and had a balcony with a great view of the ocean. I will definitely be staying here again.

We had an amazing experience at The St. Regis Bal Harbour and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the level of service stood out. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. They paid attention to the little details, which made a big difference. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and had breathtaking ocean views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything in perfect condition throughout our stay. The pool and beach service were outstanding, with staff always available to help without ever feeling intrusive. The location is also fantastic, directly across from the Bal Harbour Shops, making it easy to enjoy great shopping and dining. The entire property feels peaceful, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. Thank you to everyone at The St. Regis Bal Harbour for making our trip so memorable. It's rare to find a hotel that delivers on every aspect of a luxury experience, but this one truly does. We can't wait to return.

We came to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday and our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to create truly unique moments: a beautiful birthday celebration, surprises waiting in our room, fresh fruit platters by the beach, and wonderful food throughout our stay.
