Were there for recent Kelly/DiSalvo wedding event and it did not disappoint. Staff were excellent and totally attentive to our needs and worked to solve and answer any questions we had. The short shuttle to the Beach Club was worth the ride for the amenities and the beautiful view and sunset.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was absolutely wonderful. The staff sets the gold standard for customer service—everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. The room was gorgeous, incredibly clean, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. A truly 5-star experience in every way!
I've had an incredible experience. So many places price gouge and provide mediocrity in return. Service was amazing (my highest priority). Nothing stands out as a negative. They had an awesome game room, food was delicious and the location was close to all of the places that I wanted to check out. I had one of the highest tier room on the top floor. Sadly the ,'bay view' was half obstructed by another hotel.
I had such a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and the room was lovely, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The bathroom was especially large and updated, which made the suite feel even more luxurious. The service was truly top-notch from beginning to end. From check-in to room service and every staff member I encountered in between, everyone was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The real highlight of this resort, though, is the private Beach Club. The lounge chairs on the beach have the most comfortable cushions, and having servers come right down to you on the beach made it feel like such a treat. I also spent time lounging by the pool, which was just as relaxing. They really think of everything, from bringing you water to providing complimentary sunscreen and all of the little touches that make it easy to completely relax. I came to Sarasota a little early before heading to Anna Maria Island for a work retreat, and I am SO happy I did. I immediately told my husband that I want to come back with him so he can enjoy it too! I visited in September, which may have been a quieter time of year, because the resort and Beach Club were not crowded at all. It made the entire stay feel incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Such a beautiful property, wonderful service, and exactly the kind of getaway I was hoping for. I cannot wait to return one day!
Recently vacationed at Ritz Carlton Sarasota and a Bonvoy member. The best thing to say is - The Beach Club on Lido is terrific. The staff at The Beech Club are amazing people. The hotel itself is merely a 3 star. No bellmen after 11:30 pm unless security guards were available. We were told to take our own bags up. The 2 queen marina view room was small, with dated furnishings and need of attention. While the bathroom was expansive, the plumbing drained slowly, holding water in the tub/shower and sinks before finally draining after 10 minutes.Desk lightbulb was out. The mini fridge advertised is unusable for guests items and signage in the room states it must only be used for items stocked in it and sold at a price. Do not store anything. We asked for a fridge and finally received it after requesting twice. No microwave to reheat anything. Turndown service arrived at 7 pm both nights just as we were trying to ready ourselves for dinner. We opted out so we could continue getting prepared for dinner. Weekday stays there is only one shuttle to The Beach Club. If it’s full then guests wait an hour for the next shuttle or take an Uber. Overall at $645/night more amenities and quality is expected. I’ve stayed in much better hotels.
