We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great, and the service was excellent from beginning to end. A special thank you to Zeynep at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring throughout our stay. She always checked in with us and made sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. Her warm and thoughtful service really made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and had a great experience overall. Thank you to Zeynep and the entire team for making our stay in Miami Beach so special. We would definitely stay here again!

The pools are beautiful, with plenty of natural shade, making them perfect for relaxing throughout the day. Having direct access to the ocean with complimentary hotel loungers made the experience even more special. The rooms were elegant, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The food was outstanding—every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic variety and top-quality ingredients. What truly made our stay perfect was the incredible staff. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. A very special thank you to Onur from the restaurant for his outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and warm personality. He made every breakfast a pleasure. We would also like to thank Mr. Christopher, the manager, for his professionalism and for ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for. His leadership is clearly reflected in the exceptional service throughout the hotel. This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. I had a great stay at the Miami Beach Edition! It's one of the few hotels in South Beach where you can truly relax. The atmosphere is calm and sophisticated, and the lobby never feels overcrowded or chaotic. The breakfast was excellent, the amenities were of a very high standard, and the staff were consistently friendly, funny and professional. The rooms are simple yet comfortable, and the location is ideal. I would especially like to recognize Marie Claire, who serviced my room on the evening of June 2nd. Her attention to detail was exceptional. The room was spotless, but what really impressed me were the thoughtful touches that showed genuine care and attentiveness: She noticed that I preferred the air conditioning off and left it that way. My towel was neatly folded next to the shower, my slippers were placed by the entrance, and the blanket was folded on the bed as she had noticed I was using it. She also arranged the bathroom amenities neatly, cleaned and placed the glass I use for my supplements beside them, kept the hairdryer tidy and easy to find, and even organized my makeup. Everything felt fresh, tidy, and welcoming. What really stood out was how she seemed to notice my habits and put everything exactly where I would want it, making the room feel comfortable and ready for me to use straight away. It's rare to experience this level of attention to detail, and it made a real difference to my stay. Thank you to Marie Claire and the entire team for such a wonderful experience!
