The Elser Hotel Miami

Stayed in room 3307 Beautifully renovated with a great layout. Previously in room 3312 which unfortunately had a dryer not working, the tv wasn’t connected to the internet so it wouldn’t work, and a closet door was off its hinge. The front desk graciously allowed us to switch rooms. Glad I asked. Better layout. The trade off was the other room had a better view. There is a bar/kitchen at the pool at The Elser Hotel Miami. It is located on the 10th floor (the level above Level P), housed on a 19,000-square-foot double-height amenity deck. Pool Details & Features • Size & Design: A 132-foot L-shaped, resort-style heated pool wrapping around the edge of the deck. • Amenities on the Deck: Features a 16-foot poolside LED screening wall, a full-service poolside bar, a hot tub, eight electric grills, and lounge areas. • Fitness Center: Adjacent to a multi-level, two-story fitness center and spa located right on the amenity level. Great place to stay! Definitely recommend to stay here, and will come back before our next cruise for sure

My stay at the Elser was an extraordinary experience. I booked a 2 bedroom suite that had the most amazing view. The employees at the front desk and concierge were so patient, very informative, and kind. My daughter ended up leaving her prescription glasses. Alejandro and Pedro assisted me with sending them back. I really appreciate everyone that I encountered at the Elser. Also, if you are taking a cruise from Miami the Elser is walking distance to the port. I highly recommend the Elser!!!

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price Our stay at The Elser Hotel Miami was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and we even found cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Another major issue was the ventilation system. The air vent was positioned directly in front of the bed, blowing air straight at our faces throughout the night while we were trying to sleep. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to enjoy a restful night's sleep. On top of these issues, the hotel charged a very high amenities fee that was not clearly disclosed in writing beforehand. We were not properly informed of this charge and were simply billed for it, which felt misleading and unfair. For a hotel charging these prices, we expected clean rooms, comfortable sleeping conditions, and transparent pricing. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below our expectations. I would not recommend this hotel. Management needs to improve room cleanliness, address the uncomfortable ventilation placement, and clearly disclose all mandatory fees before guests book or check in.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the room was beautiful and impeccably maintained. I especially loved the view from our room—it was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hallways and common areas were also very clean, and the service throughout our stay was great. We stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Kaseya Center, and the location could not have been better. It is within walking distance of both the Kaseya Center and Bayside, which gave us plenty of options for food and, most importantly, allowed us to avoid all the traffic before and after the concert. That alone made the location incredibly convenient. We also ordered tacos from the pool bar/restaurant, and they were very good. My only suggestion for improvement would be regarding the elevators in the self-parking area. There are no traditional elevator call buttons. Instead, you have to use a touchscreen outside the elevators to select your destination. When we arrived, we had no idea that was how the elevators worked, and another couple was just as confused. We spent quite a while trying to figure out how to call the elevator. A simple sign saying something like, “Please use the touchscreen to call the elevator,” would make a big difference, especially for first-time guests. This was a very minor issue and definitely not enough for me to take away a star. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again.
