The Banyan Hotel Fort Myers, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

My girlfriend and I always stay at this Hilton whenever we’re in town visiting her family, and there’s a reason we keep coming back! It’s the only hotel we stay at in the area, and we’ve always had a great experience. I especially want to give a shoutout to Vashti at the front desk! She was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. It’s people like her who make a hotel stand out and make guests want to return. We always look forward to staying here, and it’s nice knowing we have a hotel we can count on every time we’re in town. Thank you again, Vashti, for the great hospitality! We’ll definitely be back!

As a local resident, I came in for drinks at the bar, as I had heard great things about it. Famed Elvis impersonator Lee Birchfield was there doing a show. What a great time! He is spectacular; really something to see. Afterward, we had drinks at the rooftop bar. A great time and a lovely view! Everyone from the front desk clerk to the general manager were helpful and inviting. Special shout out to bartender Andrea!

We had an excellent stay! The location is perfect and very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Anathania and Anitte for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our visit so special!

Cash to was awesome and helpful. Great hotel and location. Great room ^^^ this review was submitted by the woman that checked us in without us even seeing the room first. Granted the room was beautiful, but there was no A/C in the lobby, elevator, or hallways, and the bathroom in our room did not have A/C either. This is something to consider for the summer months. We were sooo hot. I think It was pretty audacious of the woman at the front desk to grab my phone and submit the review without a real experience! Also, the upstairs bar does not look ANYTHING like the pictures! I’m sure every business has their problems, but no a/c in the bathroom was horrible - I had to shower with cold water to cool off. Also, TV was freezing constantly. Overall, might not stay here again due to these experiences, and the audacity of the woman who checked us in to submit the review without me even going into the room.
