We had such a wonderful experience! The rooms were beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the entire property was absolutely gorgeous. The location is also incredibly convenient for visiting Disney. They offer great transportation with very good schedules, and the hotel is very close to Disney Springs. There is also an excellent selection of restaurants and shops nearby. A special thank-you to Abby and Lisa at the front desk! They helped us so much during our stay and were incredibly patient, kind, welcoming, and professional. They went above and beyond to help us with my husband’s birthday celebration and to sort out the hotel charges. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, and they made us feel so special and cared for. Honestly, they both deserve a raise and an upgrade! The croissant was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. I especially loved the complimentary Nespresso coffee in the room because Nespresso is my favorite coffee brand! The housekeeping staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall, this was a beautiful and memorable experience. Everyone helped make my husband’s birthday extra special, and he was extremely happy with our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, especially to Abby and Lisa, for making our visit so wonderful!

We are currently staying at this hotel as I write this. I was in an innital room, it smelled like cigarette smoke and triggered an asthma attack. I needed to leave the room so we (my bride and I) went to the lobby. The asthma attack really ramped up to the point I was getting dizzy. I was standing in line and needed to get help. I went to the concierge to ask for the new room and key. She told me “no.” I then asked if she was going to help me because I was having an asthma attack or do I have to go wait in the light while being short of breathe. She smiled at me and said “no, I can’t help you”. As I was walking to the line for the front desk, spacial from the shirt of breathe, a man in a Baltustrol shirt walked up said something to her quickly, and walked off, she nodded her head. I sat on my suitcase at the front desk, waiting. When I got to the counter, I really needed deep breaths. We get a new room key, get to the new room, the smoke detector is disconnected, the cords are disheveled the place, we are now at the pool. I asked for a glass of water. As I looked at the children walking over the bridge, for a moment I thought of my own son and the words of my inhaler prescriber “Asthma will take you off this planet.” Also, the QR codes on the flags at the pool don’t do anything, use as your own risk. Oh, also, the usb drive in the room that I connected to my phone asked to Access my phone’s data. Hey Balti, not a snub at your club, just an example of how places like Disney and Vernon are for everyone. I am familiar with hotels and this self proclaimed “Most Magical place on Earth” has an employee who would not help someone during an asthma attack, and has continued to be unkempt, theres a half eaten lime rind on the ground under a lounge chair. Also, the ducks are in the pool again the female is sassy. And they dance to the music. Now, here’s a real review from someone still here. Telling you multiple times, get it right. A life could depend on it. The property is secluded somewhat.

Our stay at Signia by Hilton - An Official Walt Disney World Hotel was great. Provided waters in the room so that you don't need to ask or go to purchase some. Valet service and Bell services provided. Valet parking $63.90 per day. Labor Day holiday was very relaxing in the lazy river: grounds, pool and resort well maintained: one of the hot tub is not heating but I'm sure that will be taken care of soon. I was surprised that the resort was not crowded for the holiday. Employees were polite and willing to help, housekeeping was great, nice, clean room and linens. For buffet breakfast $34.00 person at the Harvest Bistro. Brenda at the restaurant was so amazing and very helpful and pleasant each time she checked if we needed anything else to eat etc. and kept bringing hot coffee AWESOME. She has worked with Hilton for 17 years - since 2009; I hope she can receive an award or recognition for her services. Will definitely stay here again. There was $300.00 hold taken immediately at check in that I was surprised about. Michelle RN

Great weekend stay My wife and I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel was beautiful, the pool area was really nice, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. Lisa checked us in and made us feel welcome right away. Bruno at the concierge desk was also great and helped us book our Epcot tickets, which made everything easy. Salvador took great care of us with our poolside orders as well. We had dinner at La Luce on Saturday and Zeta Asia on Sunday, and both were excellent. Rex and Brianna, the hostess at Zeta Asia, were especially friendly and took great care of us. Our server at La Luce was also fantastic, along with the rest of the staff there. I just wish I could remember everyone’s names! Overall, we had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again.
