Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas, I-drive/orlando

Had an amazing experience through a package deal. The staff in the link check-in area are phenomenal. David, Julie, Cristal, and Lexi were the best. Also at the bamboo area Marc is exceptional as well as Jospeh and Mario. My family enjoyed chatting with them in the morning while grabbing some coffee. The environment is awesome; play grounds, splash pad at the pool area. There activities daily at the pool areas too. The room we had was great and perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and had everything a house would have. It was the best stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas. Overall, we were extremely happy with the experience. The property was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable for our family. The resort itself is beautiful, with plenty of space to relax, and everything felt organized and taken care of. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also very convenient for getting around Orlando and visiting the parks, restaurants, and other attractions. The staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and we never had any major issues during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after long days around Orlando. Highly recommended for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay.

We are owners. We have been coming to Orlando for a while now since becoming owners in November 2014. We have never had a more awesome, attentive concierge like Jeremy. He gave us a call 2 weeks prior to our vacation. Made sure things were well explained, provided us with extra request made last minute. I wasn't never to fond of our timeshare due to unexplained small print and always trying to squeeze more money out of us almost every year but Jeremy this time around made this experience awesome and more exciting to be owners. He stayed late to make sure our checking process went smoothly, which it did. I even had a guest who vacation 2 weeks pror to our vacation, which was a bit frustrating. Jeremy stepped in and everything was smooth sailing from there. She might even become an owner because of his professionalism and service skills. Jeremy, I think you have found your calling in serving others. May God align you with his perfect will and bless you with more to come. Thank you for such a great experience.

I love Marriott but not this step child sorry, I tried not one time. They make the price “cheap” but you get what you pay for AND took it only because my Marriott was book those dates each time. So always a portion of our trip started or ended here but nooo mas (more) can’t do it. Sheraton (Karl or whomever the Manager is) if a member is unhappy regardless of prepaid status, let them check out next morning and gladly refund them, you know you’ll book for higher rate AND make them happy. Don’t keep me there with the issues and concerns I addressed. Now in the email survey I did note, the other “minor” maintenance notes: roaches in the kitchen cabinets. There wasn’t any food, so why the roaches? I didn’t bother placing anything in the cabinet after that. They were by the plates and cups so wondering if they were washed properly… My villa had 1 butter knife. Perhaps that’s policy now I don’t know. I think it might be helpful to post a laminated list of items expected to be in the kitchen/villa prior to and should still be there when we depart the room our final day. I don’t recall what else was on the survey, but I try to be helpful and informative so they can make it better for the next guest.
