The rooms are sparkling and have a nice design. Although, honestly, I kind of hate their light sensors on the bottoms of the beds. Very nice tvs. The staff is incredibly friendly. Also, great free daily drinks (paloma). I prefer smaller, friendly hotels like this.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is probably the friendliest and most accommodating we've ever dealt with, and the property is beautiful and clean. There is direct access to the beautiful beach and the pool is great as well. I highly recommend and we plan on going back!
We booked 6 double rooms for our company retreat from Thursday to Sunday for a group of 12 and I am so glad that we chose Royal Palm South Beach Miami. From the first moment of being greeted by the friendly staff at the door and checking in with the receptionist, it seemed like they were expecting us and they knew what to do. The rooms were a good size, soft lighting, great decor, and very clean. I absolutely loved the pool with restaurant and bar adjacent. They even had a DJ setting a very chill vibe around the pool area. I loved that the outdoor pool was for all ages and vibes. The location was so convenient because we had direct access to the ocean. One of the perks was free chair rentals by the beach. 10/10 for this great hotel with such great staff that treats you with care and gratitude. We will definitely be coming back!
So happy we chose the Royal Palm, and even happier that Ruby was the one who greeted us! We checked in extremely late due to flight delays, but Ruby made the entire process feel like it was 2 PM—lively, helpful, and genuinely kind. She even made sure we still received our welcome drinks. We loved every detail of the newly renovated hotel. The rooms and common areas feel fresh, modern, and beautifully done, and the beds are heavenly! We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely choose the Royal Palm again. My only caveat is the additional $35 fee for beach umbrella usage after already paying a $50 resort fee. That felt like an unnecessary extra charge for a beachfront resort. Overall, we’re very happy we chose the Royal Palm—and Ruby made an already great experience even better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Palm Miami! The hotel is beautiful, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff members were super friendly, welcoming, and always greeted you with a smile. They honored my elite status and allowed me to check in early and check out late, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The pool was relaxing, and the location was perfect—convenient to so many things in South Beach. I also loved that the hotel provides beach chairs and bikes, a great perk! The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. My only negative was that there was no microwave available at the hotel. I needed to warm milk for my toddler, so having access to a microwave would have been very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay at the Royal Palm Miami again!
