I stayed here while attending a conference, and the location was very convenient. The rooms may not be the most modern, but they had absolutely everything I needed. Most importantly, everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was thoughtfully equipped with coffee, a good selection of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, plenty of hangers, and even a small balcony. Mine faced the parking lot, but it was still perfectly fine and quiet enough for my stay. The reception staff were consistently polite and welcoming, and I didn’t need to ask for anything during my stay because everything was already provided. I also really enjoyed the restaurant downstairs — I actually found it nicer than the restaurants at some of the nearby hotels. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and very convenient hotel. I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily stay here again.

Renaissance Orlando at Disney Springs Hotel – A Solid Stay The Renaissance Orlando at Disney Springs is a nice, clean, and affordable hotel in a great location. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. What really stood out to me was the staff. From the front desk and bell team to the bartenders, restaurant servers, and even the Starbucks team inside the hotel, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. That level of service made a great impression. The hotel also offers a spa, convention center, restaurants, a bar, Starbucks, and a gift shop. It is close to the Disney parks and Disney Springs, making it a very convenient place to stay. The area felt safe, and many attractions and dining options were easy to access. Was the room or hotel the most remarkable I have ever experienced? No. However, it was clean, comfortable, safe, affordable, and accommodating. Most importantly, the staff made the experience better. Overall, I would describe this as a solid hotel that delivers what you need for a comfortable stay. If you are visiting the Disney Springs area and looking for a convenient, welcoming, and reasonably priced hotel, I would definitely recommend checking it out.
I wanted to love it. All of our interactions with the staff were very positive, and the front desk staff were especially helpful and quick to respond to concerns. The hotel itself has potential. The updated lobby and lounge areas had attention to detail, but the hallways and rooms need a deep cleaning. I know that there are industry wide struggles to adequately hire and retain housekeeping staff, and I think that is probably the issue here. Used towels were left in the room by previous guests, and there was something spilled down the side of the desk. I picked the hotel because I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, and the location was perfect. For a one night stay it was fine, but I probably wouldn’t book an extended stay.
Here on a weekend getaway with my adult daughter & having the best time! The staff at the front desk are super friendly & helpful. The room is clean & quiet. We had breakfast @ the Kitchen restaurant both days & the food is fresh & delicious. Loved our server Luz in particular! So warm & personable. Our hostess Katrina is great as well! The pool area is very nice. The bartender makes a great drink & the events coordinator put together some fun activities! Love the extended pool hours - it was a hot day at Universal so we took a dip @ 9pm. Disney Springs is a short walk from the hotel - great location! We’ll be back!
I stayed at Renaissance Orlando Resort – Disney Springs Area and had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay that was perfect for a Disney trip. The location was a huge plus—being so close to Disney Springs made it super easy to walk over for dining, shopping, and entertainment in the evenings without needing transportation. It really added convenience and fun to the whole stay. My room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a great bed that made it easy to rest after long park days. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, and the space was thoughtfully designed for relaxation. I also really liked the pool area—it had a resort feel, was well-kept, and was a great place to unwind during the day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt lively but still relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to getting around the property felt smooth and easy. Overall, it felt like a great mix of Disney convenience, comfort, and resort-style relaxation, and I’d definitely stay here again for another Orlando trip.
