Have had great experiences with this hotel! Couldn’t be happier with Donnalee who had gone above and beyond here! Roger and Ameia at the front desk have been super helpful too. The M lounge and the suites are 10/10!!!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY My wife and I stayed at this hotel from July 21st to 28th, 2026 while vacationing in the West Palm Beach area. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and LOVE IT! The service was (again) A-1, Top notch; the M-Club on premise was wonderful and our Host every evening (John) was kind, professional and very accommodating. The room was clean with maid service daily (not every 2 or 3 days like in other hotels), the Wi-Fi never failed us and the AC worked perfectly. The lobby bar seemed to always be active and was staffed with very nice Marriott employees. The pool was refreshing with an adequate number to tables and chairs for guests and the water was clean. We decided that on future vacations to West Palm, we will stay at this hotel. You can't beat the service, quality of food and the kind and courteous staff. Plus, the hotel is situated close to one of the nicest shopping malls in the state and only a short distance to some of the best dining restaurants in Florida. Give this place a try......you will be glad you did.
